We had an incredible experience at Bleu! The food was absolutely impeccable, and Gavin provided attentive, timely service. This place is amazing!!! First, the food is so great. Very fancy and incredibly delicious. I cant wait to go back many times to try everything. Second, the atmosphere is also perfect. The decor is beautiful and just a bougie atmosphere in general. And third, they let me hold a team meeting here and catered to us so well. I can't say enough great things about Bleu!!

TOTAL RIPP-OFF ...... Bleu is NOT an upscale restaurant..... it is a JOKE....I spent all of my business career meeting clients and vendors over dinner throughout the United States so I have solid background of what a good restaurant has and this has NONE of those characteristics. Walking in they jammed twice as many tables for the dinning space..... to maximize $$$$$ over comfort..... this made have a conversation between 4 people impossible because of the table noise of the other tables .... service was bad and only got worse.... getting a initial drink took a half hour and went down from there...... 3 regular items on the menu were out ...really this was like mid week and common items you would expect to be routine .... the steaks and only seafood item they had “in-stock” took nearly an hour and it was WARM .... clearly it was under a heat lamp until all the plates were ready or maybe because the wait staff just didn’t care.... it was the whole staff not just our waiter..... as people left they seated another couple next to us even though the restaurant was by then not even 1/3 full ..... they were glad to take our $300+ but without a smile or thank you ..... this place is a disaster and many there are other fine restaurants in the Green Bay area to have a pleasant dinner.... just not here

As an old farm house, Bleu offers a cozy fine dining experience. There was plenty of seating table, booth or bar. I’m not sure about wait times because we had a reservation but it looked like there was plenty of seating available. Everything my party and I ate was delicious for the appetizers, to main dishes and dessert. The calamari was breaded very well, the butter crusted cod was cooked perfectly with a side asparagus and creamy mashed potatoes. The bananas foster was also delicious. If you’re going expect to spend around $30-50 per person

Elevated bites, so glad I discovered this place. Little pricey but oh so very delicious! I started with the madjool dates stuffed with chorizo & wrapped in bacon - the flavors melded beautifully! For my main I tried the Atlantic Cod - large fillet cooked to perfection, flaky with excellent texture. The smashed new potatoes were excellent along with asparagus. Everything was fresh & cooked perfectly, flavorful & beautifully plated. Neat interior with unique wood doors for the ceiling. Bar seating or tables available. Partially open kitchen area where you can watch the fabulous dishes being masterfully created. They have a great view which they should play up instead of hiding behind curtains & not so clear windows.

What a disappointment !! I had gotten a gift certificate from my son and daughter in law. Because they were coming to Green Bay from Seattle for the first time, I decided to save the certificate to enjoy dinner with them. We had an early reservation and were seated immediately. The decor is attractive but the tables and chairs are jammed too close together. The acoustics were terrible! We ordered drinks, which took half an hour for us to receive. The seating capacity is fifty-two with more than enough servers to accommodate, even if they were full. Two of us wanted the lobster rolls (three different lobster choices on the menu), and one of us wanted the salmon entree. We were told they were out of lobster and salmon. This is in the middle of the week and with an early reservation....so disappointing! It took another hour before our dinners were served. The food was delicious but served warm, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. As far as the service, our waitress was quite rude and made no apologies for any of our issues. The only thing we could think was that there was no managerial staff. For a high-end restaurant this experience was inexcusable! Never again!! Four people over $250

Up until today, I was always excited to go to Blue. Either they got bought out, got a new chef, or they just stopped caring.
My goodness, I’m thoroughly disappointed and unimpressed.
There food, their service, just everything. Went from being excited to go there to a
1 out of 10.
The food especially is just not what it used to be, their flavor, their quality. Honestly debating if it’s worth coming back to.
Maybe just remember all the good times?
For a party 5, spending over $150, we would come here at least once a month, sadly we won’t be coming back again.
It’s not just me… it’s everyone in our party of 5. Terrible service too.
Honestly the waitress attention to detail was lacking. Took a full plate of food and tried to box it up without asking what’s wrong. When she came back it wasn’t even wanted. Just overall such a terribly sad experience, compared to previous times.

My husband & I went there for our anniversary for the first time, it's a very cute place. We ordered the goat cheese curds & they were amazing, definitely recommend. I ordered the lamb and was very disappointed. 99% of the dish was noodles and peas. The two pieces of lamb could have honestly been ground beef- they were so small I couldn't tell. The sauce was good but not $24 good, I could have made a better dish at home. My husband got the lemon chicken which he said was good. We also got dessert, the goat cheesecake & bananas foster, both I would recommend. My husband had an old fashioned to drink & said it was the best he'd ever had. Overall it was a good experience, I'd be willing to try them again. Just don't order the lamb.

So hot. There is no AC do not go. There are some fans but nope, that does not do anything. My husband got the steak special both him and I agree there was no flavor. The broccoli was the best part. My salmon was okay, again no flavor. For $160 we expect AC and flavor. But the servers were excellent. In way more pain and hotness then us and helping with a smile.

Bleu Restaurant & Lounge give you high end, big city feels.
The service, food and drinks have always been on point. It is a great place to have go on a date or enjoy with friends. We went as a group of five, to celebrate our friend’s anniversary.
I’m not normally a fan of calamari but here I am. The batter is crisp, seasoned and has just the right amount of salt sprinkled on it.
I ordered the Butter Crusted Atlantic Cod, as well as one of my friends. This is a big meaty piece of fish that is truly cooked to perfection. So flaky. The lemon caper beurre blanc gives the dish a nice briny lemony boost.
I wish I remembered our server’s name to give her a proper shout out, because she was knowledgeable, gave great suggestions and was just fun to interact with.

Wifes birthday meal. Online site said they had swordfish but when we arrived, no swordfish on the menu. $50.00 Ribeye was a thin slice of overdone meat on top of soggy frenchfries and topped with half pound of leafy greens. Terrible mystery sauce covered it all. My wife ordered $40.00 fillet mignon which was bland and mashed potatoes were

An Unexpected Gem in De Pere — Bleu Restaurant & Lounge
My husband and I recently visited Bleu Restaurant & Lounge in De Pere, Wisconsin, while searching for oysters — and we were so pleasantly surprised by what we discovered! This place is a true hidden gem, full of flavor, charm, and character.
Our server, Omar, was absolutely wonderful — friendly, attentive, and brought a warm, welcoming energy that made our experience even more enjoyable.
We started with fresh oysters from Maine, which were exceptionally fresh and delicious. We also tried two soups: the Soup of the Day (Italian sausage with kale — hearty and full of depth) and the Lobster Bisque, which featured a unique ginger aftertaste that added a surprising and delightful twist. Alongside, we were served warm, house-made bread — a simple but thoughtful touch.
One of the most unexpected highlights was the beet and goat cheese salad. While it may sound simple, the flavor combination was anything but — balanced, vibrant, and beautifully composed. Even my husband, who usually isn’t a fan of beets, admitted it was absolutely delicious!
Beyond the fantastic food, the wine list was impressive, and the interior design of the restaurant was both modern and full of personality. One unique feature we loved was the clear kitchen door near the entrance — it offered a peek into the kitchen and immediately created a sense of openness and trust.
But the most striking feature was the ceiling made of doors — a truly creative and symbolic design element. It reminded me of the concept from the show Dark Matter - different doors representing parallel universes and the choices we make. It added a thoughtful, almost philosophical layer to our dining experience.
We also learned that the second floor can be rented for private events, and the third floor is rumored to be haunted — a mysterious and whimsical detail that makes us want to return, not only for the food but also to explore the history of the building.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area. Bleu is a rare combination of excellent food, exceptional service, artistic design, and a memorable story. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

As an appetizer, we decided to go with the Medjool Dates. They were amazing! Definite 5.
My wife had the Mussels and enjoyed them. Solid 4.
I decided to go with the shrimp 'n grits as my main course and was underwhelmed. 2 at best. 😔 They were just rather bland and seemed to be missing something.
Overall, it was a good experience minus my entre.

Others in our party of four were happy with their food but I ordered the shrimp and grits. While the shrimp were excellant, the grits were not good at all. They were blah and watery. I understand grits are not native to Wisconsin but if you are going to put them on the menu please do some research and make them taste as great as they should be.

Fantastic food, great service & the atmosphere is a fun unique take on a higher end rustic bar with lots of plates to share. The bartender (Nicole) is fantastic at recommending things to try both with drinks & with food and they were all fantastic. Food is always interesting and delicious! Always something on a plate that is intriging. Our server, Andrew, was amazing! One suggestion, regarding ribeye and frites would be to serve the fries and the sauce on the side. Two of our party got this entree and they both felt the fries got soggy under the steak. Taste before plating. Both also preferred the sauce on the side as an option to dip either steak or fries in. It was a great evening! Thank you!

Usually my food is good but the last couple times it was just ok. My yellowtail had a tendon in half of it making it inedible, and in the muscle bucatini the noodles were overcooked and mushy. I reached out both times but no one did anything. Also felt rushed the last time we ate there.

Love coming here for special occasions! Staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Our server was very attentive both times coming here despite it being so busy. Clean, welcoming ambiance though some of the booth seats are starting to show noticeable damage. I believe you have to take elevator to get to bathroom so if it takes you more time to get around, be mindful of that.
Our food was delicious. I especially love to see what their specials/seasonal items are. Their salads NEVER disappoint! Love the steak, fries, lobster rolls, bread n butter, and veggies! Enjoy the presentation of the plates.

We had the pricey lobster rolls. They came as tiny dinner rolls with little to no lobster filling.
We each (2 of us) had two tiny lobster rolls and a soda. Our bill was outrageous.

My husband and I shared our anniversary at Bleu last night which is the first time we ever dined there. I had a sunny side up burger and my husband had salmon and we both agreed the food was very good. However, I don't know that we will return again because the wooden chairs were very outdated but more importanly very uncomfortable. They do have a few booths with some padding on the seats but all the chairs should be padded.

Absolutely disappointed in our experience today. I made a reservation, we arrived 4 minutes early. The place wasn't busy, there was a party and one person at the bar. My husband and I sat there for over 15 minutes waiting on a server. Just to acknowledge our presence and order drinks. The waiters on staff were joking around with each other and clearly not busy. The lack of service was beyond acceptable. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone in the future.

Came here for dinner with coworkers and Bleu did not disappoint! Everyone enjoyed their meals, drinks and dessert. It might be the best cod I've ever had, very impressed.
Didn't love having to take an elevator down to a dark and not great smelling bathroom but the rest of the experience trumped that and I'd definitely go back for dinner again.
Goat Cheese Curds were unique and tasty! Great vibe in the bar and dining area. Definitely recommend this place!

Three of us recently had lunch here and were all pleased with the food and service. We started with the Goat Cheese Curds which were amazing! Our meals consisted of the Filet Mignon, Pan Roasted Free Range Lemon Chicken, and the Bleu Stack Burger. All three were well liked and delicious. Our waitress did an amazing job and kept our drinks topped off and checked in on how the meal was. Really enjoyed the ambiance of the place. Plenty of parking and a short distance off of HWY 172. Although a little pricey, the quality is well worth it and we will be back again,

SO GOOD. I didn't realize Green Bay had restaurants like this (read: fancy) until my first visit a couple of months ago. The food is fantastic and they have a lot of fun drinks. It has a good dining space, too.
My one request is that they get a bike rack!!! My husband and I frequently bike there and you’d think that being right on the East River Trail they’d be prepared for that. There aren’t any bike racks among any of the businesses in that square, minus the bike store but theirs doesn’t look like it’s meant for general use.

Service wasn't great and we waited a very long time for food (I would estimate 45-60 min) Had to ask for bread to be brought to the table. Seating was tight. Great atmosphere and service. The food was disappointing. The lobster bisque was pedestrian at best. It was bland and a bit on the cooler side. I think they put more effort into the artistry than the recipe.
The cod was even worse, it was definitely pre frozen, it seemed off and was cooked uneven. By its appearance it had potential but when the flavor of frozen cod meets inconsistent temperature of the food it was a turn off. For me the roasted potatoes were the highlight of the meal.
Our sever didn’t ask about the food she seemed to be very busy. I would say she did a very good job outside of leaving us for an excessive amount of time after the food was delivered. I would have sent the cod back.
This place is has excellent ambience but the food quality coming out of the kitchen was pedestrian at best, at least last night. Who knows maybe it was an off night. I might be tempted to go back some point but for now I’ll keep my distance.

Absolutely outstanding. Chef gave us a wonderful sampling of his favorites from the current seasonal menu when we went. Everything exceeded my expectations for cuisine in the greater Green Bay Area. This place is one of the top dining experiences in the area.
The service staff is also terrific—extremely knowledgeable on the wine menu, and the bartenders made excellent martinis.
The atmosphere is lovely, and the overall experience was just perfect for a night out with friends, a romantic evening or just any upscale dinner you may be wanting.

Upon visiting Bleu Restaurant and Lounge in Green Bay, Wisconsin, I was greeted with an ambiance that sets the stage for a culinary journey that’s both comforting and delightfully unexpected. The menu, rich with creative uses of goat cheese, adds a sumptuous layer to each dish, elevating the flavors to new heights.

Everyone had an awesome meal.

Bleu catered my wedding in Door County in July 2023. Not only did they bring all the food to prepare and serve on site but everything was PHENOMENAL! Numerous guests came up to us at the wedding to share that the steaks were not just the best steaks they had had at a wedding but the best steaks they had ever eaten! I am a vegetarian and the mushroom ravioli was incredible. The passed appetizers were terrific. We did our tasting at the restaurant and loved the atmosphere. We'll definitely return when in the area!

Do not come here. This evening was a Christmas present to us for a date night coming from 40 mins out of town. I had called earlier in the week to make our reservation. When we walked in they said we weren’t on the list.. a manager took over and when I tried showing the voicemail I have about SATURDAY he rudely interrupted me and said he has no doubts that I spoke with someone. We were booked for FRIDAY, by staff, instead of Saturday. And our options were “oh well” you can have the bar or wait 3.15hrs for a table. I’ve worked in FINE dining in CA for years and understand that mistakes happen but I would never disregard a customer like that. We will not be returning nor will we ever recommend. What a joke.

We were in for the first time ever on Saturday, December 9. I worked in the food industry my entire career and retired in 2014. So I must admit I’m kind of a food snob as I have been around food my entire life. This restaurant Was absolutely excellent. I spend a lot of time in Green Bay and the surrounding area even though I live two hours away, but for some reason this excellent establishment has escaped my eye. The variety on the menu was impressive. The descriptions of the food, ingredients listed, spoke that they had talent in the kitchen. And it proved to be fact! They were running a feature pasta dish that consisted of a Alfredo Sauce over homemade mushroom raviolis. The pasta was al dente and homemade. The mushroom filling was fantastic. The Alfredo sauce was as good as I have had. An expertly crafted dish. My wife ordered a lunch feature which consisted of a seven layer side salad, which was one of the best salads either of us have ever had, and also a Braised short rib served over mashed potatoes. Again it was just excellent. I ordered the beet salad with a cup of lobster, bisque and enjoyed it Tremendously. For appetizers, we ordered the goat cheese, curds and calamari. Both were very good and very well prepared as the calamari was tender and not overcooked. If I was to criticize these appetizers, the only thing I would suggest is that they need a different coating or breading. Both had the same breading, and in each case the breading was not crispy or browned at all. Therefore it was somewhat soft and did not have any texture. The appearance was subpar due to the breading. The product was still good, but I would definitely suggest working on a different type of breading that cooks faster and browns faster because of the nature of the short time needed in cooking these two products. All in all I still gave a rating of five stars on every category because overall this restaurant exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be back as we visit Green Bay 3 to 4 times monthly and this will probably now be our favorite restaurant to stop at. Thank you so much for your great food And service.

I stopped in for a quick lunch because I was craving a caeser salad. Theirs satisfied my desires and I even ordered some goat cheese curds that were an extra special treat. I wish I hadn’t had such a specific idea for my lunch today because the rest of their menu looked absolutely divine… I guess I will have to come back soon!! I sat at the bar, and despite being busy with tables, Ness took care of me there too. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. I hope he is working when I come back!

Every floor, ceiling and wall was a hard surface so it was ridiculously loud. It was so loud that there was no one at our table who could hear what the person sitting next to them were saying unless they cupped their hands over their mouth and yelled. Didn't help that a table of 8 was in the middle of the room. Why aren't large parties away from the smaller groups? Will only be back if it's off hours or they do something about the noise levels.

Um, wow! A must go to if you are looking for a fantastic dinner. Do yourself a favor and order the cheese curds. Totally live up to the hype. The oysters were super fresh and delicious. If you like cocktails the oldmoney is bar none the best. We ordered the Tomahawk steak. Wife and I shared it and wow, was it delicious. Just Order it, and I promise you will not be disappointed. Downside if you can call it that, they cut it off the bone for us, so picture doesn't even remotely do it justice.

I especially enjoyed their beet salad. The presentation was excellent and the flavors were well balanced. The lobster roll was rich and had a good amount of lobster. Everything was cooked to perfection.

Incredible experience. Dylan was our server. He was kind, patient and attentive while my friend and I took our time making decisions on what to order to celebrate her 21st. The atmosphere is cozy. The food is unreal. And Dylans service was truly top notch. One star off because they really need to work on their cocktails. The ones from the house cocktail menu were overly sweet and the espresso martini I ordered was not even close to what it should have been. When I return I’ll stick to the wine menu.

Had dinner at "Bleu" this weekend. It was a very good experience. The place is kind of chic, eclectic, and vintage all in one location. As an old granary, it has a certain vintage charm, but they have decorated it a unique and interesting motif ( be sure to look at the ceiling).
Service was prompt, friendly, and courteous. Dinner flowed as it should with greetings, drinks, and eventually our meals. We both had steaks which were prepared to our liking and very tasty. We both selected the mashed potatoes with assorted veggies, also very tasty. Drinks were good as well. The time we spent there was relaxed and comfortable. Costs were what you might expect for a slightly upscale good restaurant. Overall a very good experience. Be sure to check them out if you get a chance.

I wish I would have gotten to enjoy Bleu like I was hoping to. My partner and I had never been there and were excited to go. The food looked great and the atmosphere was just what we were looking for. However, we never got to experience the food or the atmosphere. I rarely leave reviews for places, but I had to this time.
We had a reservation and were seated outside when we arrived. There were two other tables besides us. Each table was finishing up, and each one had their own waitress. Between the two waitresses and a man checking on people, we were passed at least 10 times in the 20 minutes we were there. Each time we were looked at, and each time nobody said anything. Not "hello" or "someone will be right with you."
Besides the last time we were at Hagemeister and the waitress told us to go to the bar and get our own drinks because she was talking to her parents for 15 minutes, this was the next most poor service we've received. On our way out, the two people at check-in didn't even say goodbye. It was very strange. We went up the road to Greystone (which was packed full) and were waited on in 5 minutes.
I'm sure Bleu has great food, but not great enough food to go there and be ignored.

Its been a ruff week. My other half & I wanted to “escape” and go some place really nice; romantic. We have heard raving reviews about The Bleu, so we finally decided to give it a try last night. We ended up having such a great time, the night came together so effortlessly. The drinks were out of this world as well as the food. Best old fashion I’ve ever drank, hands down. I had very high expectations for this place and they well beyond exceeded them. Every piece of food on my plate had a purpose, every flavor worked cohesively with everything else in my dish. My streak was cooked to literal perfection, I was stunned- it had a PERFECT medium cook and the sear was to LIVE for!!! My other half ordered their special, The Swordfish, which we’ve never had. The cook on the fish was absolutely flawless, it tasted heavenly with the spices in the kimchi purée. They executed everything perfect from drinks to food! Gordon Ramsay would be so freaking impressed. This. is. Worth. Every. Penny!! I can’t wait to come back for my anniversary soon🍽️🥂🥳

What a beautiful place and delicious food. My first time there, I was immediately greeted by a bartender with a fun personality who made one of the best Amaretto old-fashioned sours. This place was a breath of fresh air after nothing but bar food during our weekend in Green Bay. Staff was so friendly - our server, Bryn, was a delight and every person we walked by acknowledged us with a friendly “hello” or “have a great evening” (stark difference to the service at other nearby places). Wonderful food. Wonderful ambience. I walked out of here saying, “I feel like a human again!” and my boyfriend, “It was nice to go where someone actually COOKS!” On special were the potato bacon leek soup and tuna tacos - both were excellent. Nice selection of wine and craft cocktails with enough beers at a good price in case you want something easier to drink. Will definitely come back next time we visit!

First of all this was our second time back- the first time was simply amazing/ the second time not so good! Order a tall drink received it in a water glass and the server tried to explain to me it was the same as a tall - my husband ordered a well burger- it came med- lots of pink- went to the bar after dinner - it took for ever to get a drink - not in a hurry to go back - would rather go to plae - nice atmosphere thou- disappointed! Also should not be stocking the bar during service - may have gotten my after drink sooner !

I really wanted to like this place because of all the smiling help. But the food was bad. And the chairs are uncomfortable. How anyone could have thought those bar stools would enhance your dining experience is beyond belief. And the chairs in the dining room were also bad. As for the food: worst lobster bisque I have ever had. To much sherry perhaps. The ribeye was cooked a perfect medium rare and the steak itself was a good cut, but it was over seasoned to the point of almost being inedible. My date had the salmon and it was nothing special. Plae Bistro, Republic Chop House or Chef Fusion are highly recommended over Blue
