Have been here several times before, over the last 5 years. It has always been good, and this last visit was no exception. It's located on the the square in downtown East Troy. Its one of the vintage looking building, painted blue with green striped awnings. It has great curb appeal, and very welcoming. There are outside cafe tables, and plenty of seating inside for different size groups.
Not only are they a coffee house, but they serve an wide ranging menu of foods, and there are grocery items that you can purchase, including dairy, eggs, and meats. Lot of other items for gifting.
Got a very friendly greeting from the cashier. I ordered a London Fog Tea Latte (little lavender, little vanilla, and extra foam), in a mug. The blueberry scones looked amazing so I got one of those as well (they make all their bakery on sight). Everything was excellent. Lots of micro-bubbles in the latte, plenty of blueberries in the scone.
I forgot to bring my book along, but they have a very eclectic selection, so I able to peruse some titles that I had not seen before.
Overall, another great experience. One of my favorite places in Walworth County.

I walked in got a coffee, and oh my lord the second I drank it I became a muscular, hairy, and cool navy seal, and my dead grandpa came back and said, Sonny your a REAL MAN. After that girls swarmed me because I don’t give an eeffoc, and the barista gave me a haircut that costs a quarter. However the atmosphere was a bit weird because some of the workers had X-ray vision for grippers(which made me a bit uncomfortable) however idksterling was here visiting.

The coffees cost a quarter. Came here on national mustard day with the infinity stones and my grippers covered yet Tom ( he may as well leave ) had x ray vision and saw them. Ruined my day but I'm still giving five stars cuz I don't give eeffoc. Best coffee shop in Ohio

Usually my family and I come here for a solid meal but today was not the case. My dad was served cold and soggy breakfast potatoes, and I was served a salad with stale croutons and brown lettuce. We and most every other table also had to go up and ask for utensils since they weren’t given to us when served. The only good thing about this visit was the peanut butter cookie.

Fantastic place for breakfast. Our dishes were absolutely delicious!! Moreover, all food here is fresh and organic. Definitely a huge plus in my book. Coffee is good and was well balanced. I was a bit confused that nobody knew what a "Red Eye" was. It's a common term for black coffee with a few shots of espresso. But I digress. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. Prices are above average. A great place for foodies and I definitely would recommend.

AWFUL is an understatement.
We were the only ones getting food and our order still took almost 15 minutes on a slow Wednesday morning .
My husband’s chillquitas were cold and the vegetables watery, my popper quesadilla was hot but the flour tortilla severely undercooked.
The service was so bad, I left the guy behind the cash register a 20% tip when I ordered, but when I asked for water 20 seconds later (no one in line behind us) he just pointed to a water station, as he was talking to another staff member behind the counter.
When I asked for an extra plate at the table he had to repeat it, looking at me incredulously as if to say I already had one.
Last Sunday I went and ordered what I believe was called the kale bowl with eggs.
I asked for lite oil. When my entrée arrived it was full of oil.
No one checks to see if your food is OK after they serve it.
The cute atmosphere does not offset the lousy food and service.
We will not be back a third time.

This cozy café in the middle of the square in cute Easter Troy has the most amazing food ever. I had the blue paradise burger, and it was cooked perfectly. The mushrooms were so flavorful and the side salad was such a treat. My husband had the tuna salad sandwich and ate every last piece of it, of course with the side of your chips. We will absolutely visit you guys again. It was so nice.

Visited recently to enjoy coffee inside. Greeted by very friendly staff. Order was handled professionally. This was our first visit, so we were not familiar with the layout. But the staff was very friendly to help us understand where to locate things. The atmosphere is very impressive. Rustic look. Vibrant colors. Spacious. Inviting and friendly. Large windows let in great sunlight during the day. Perfect location on that square downtown. I look forward to a return visit.

Not like it used to be. Their menu doesn’t seem to rotate seasonally like it used to, and their seasonal drink menus don’t get updated quickly. Their food is really hit or miss, sometimes they serve bacon that is so overcooked it will literally hurt your teeth, other times it’s not bad- but still not as good as it used to be when they first opened. However, their cupcakes are delicious. Drinks are usually good, but sometimes seem to be clearly missing an ingredient- in winter I ordered a peppermint mocha to go and after leaving realized it had no peppermint. The staff is friendly, though often seems distracted. 90% of the time when I go in and specify I am dining in- even if I explicitly ask for my drink to be put in a mug- I still receive it in a paper cup. This is a little thing, but for me it’s half the reason I go to a cafe- for the aesthetic. It also can affect the quality of the product I receive- for example twice now I have ordered a tea for here and been given it in a to go cup, which means I end up with an overpacked loose tea bag in a small amount of water, resulting in a very bitter tea, rather than in a french press as they typically serve it for in house orders.
Overall, I still go because options in the area are limited and they have good vibes. But I really wish they would have retained the quality that they used to have. It’s frustrating to spend $5-8 on a drink and have it not be quite right.

It's a nice spot to have a coffee and chat. They have merch and other things for sale which is a nice touch but I won't eat there again. I ordered a regular breakfast and a coffee. It's pricey and my potatoes were super greasy. Not a fan of having to get up and grab salt and pepper shakers and getting up again to put creamer and sugar in my coffee. Barely ate my breakfast and than you have to get up and throw it away and separate your plates. It's a no for me

Picture this:
We just finished a biathlon up in Eagle. We’ve driven there from Green Bay, I’m the dead of winter, and our Tesla Model Y has only 7 miles of battery on it. We see that the closest charging stop is in some backwater called “East Troy”… so we inch our way there, driving at 30 mph. When we finally get to the charger, which is at this fine establishment, we find that the spot is taken by a KIA Sorento. We’re absolutely crushed. So we wait. And then, by some miracle, the Kia leaves. We are overjoyed, and decide to eat at this restaurant. Food was nothing special, but the hope that this place gave me in my search for a Tesla charger is unmatched. Nice job guys.

I absolutely recommend this cafe. They offer very unique menu items and other shop products that I’ve never seen or heard of. If you are into Asian foods, you should look at what their little shop has to offer. I am a wood fanatic, so the inside of this building just made my heart happy. I love so many of the drinks that I'll just list a few: cortado with honey, 16 oz iced dirty chai with 2 extra shots of espresso with a pump of vanilla, and 12 oz iced latte with 2 extra shots of espresso and a pump of salted caramel. The chicken bacon ranch wrap tastes amazing. I used to love the asiago bagels on Saturday, it was my favorite day of the week, maybe they'll be back soon. I really like the chocolate chip cookies too, they pair so nicely with my iced latte! The baristas are super nice and make my day when I stop in to get my orders.

There's only one suggestion I have: please consider having an accessible entrance. Thankfully, kind customers helped me get my son in his wheelchair up through the front door (thank you whoever you are) and also helped us out. I was told they just redid the sidewalks and they used to have a ramp. It would be great if more cities/towns replaced ramps if they removed them, or took into consideration with new construction accessibility.
Onto my review of the Cafe. We were determined to enjoy a delicious coffee and organic breakfast for mothers day. Although periods were quite busy, it never felt that way and there was plenty of room in the building. It's a combination of a historic rustic with modern farm to table type atmosphere. There's a lot of light and a nice, laid back vibe. My son was pulled up to a window table with no issues.
The coffee is stone creek which is WONDERFUL. I had the drip coffee with sugar free caramel syrup. My son and I split the DV sandwich and granola bowl with yogurt and fruit. Although the sandwich looks small, do not be fooled. It's made with a homeade sweet potato roll (we checked if they sold them because it was so good and they don't) that is perfectly aromatic, tasty and filling in its own right. I split the sandwich and bowl with my son and we were perfectly happy and full. My friend had the sandwich and she also was very satisfied.
We truly enjoyed our mothers day breakfast and will definitely be back. Service was prompt at the register. Prices are what you expect at a coffeehouse. There is a good variety in the menu. They sell some produce, cheese, eggs, sauces, jams, and pantry products also.
If you haven't tried this gem, please do! You are missing out.

Bright and airy cafe. We have been here for breakfast and lunch. Perhaps a little pricey but very good.

This place is awesome! I come here every time I'm in from Phoenix. The coffee is great. The pastries are amazing. Try the apple cobbler pancakes. You'll be happy you did.

A cool local coffee shop. I would recommend it as a "to-go" coffee spot. It's definitely one of the more expensive coffee shops and doesn't have comfortable seating to get work done.

Fun combination of a cafe and small shop. Real good local food. Croutons on the salad were freshly homemade and some of the best I've ever had.
