This place is the best. I came here originally because I wanted to try a free shake and for a fitness and health consultation. I really loved the shakes and teas and I started seeing results. There was a super friendly atmosphere and they know me by name. I love the advice I got to help me with my health. I recommend everyone to visit here. It's my favorite!! I love the nutritional teas. I am from out of town, and thought I'd try this place. Normally the teas are very flavorful, but this one was terrible. I wonder if they didn't put enough of the ingredients in. It just tasted like water with a tiny bit of flavor. Staff was very friendly, though.

I am from the Barabo area but had never visited 3rd St. Nutrition. Some friends and I went out to celebrate my birthday over lunch. I wanted to try somewhere new....so we stopped. So glad we did!! This is actually a front for herbalife, an MLM pyramid scheme. Herbalife was sued and forced to settle for 200 million to compensate customers who were falsely led to believe that they would make money selling for them.

While I'm sure not everything sold here is bad for you (there are alleged links between herbalife products and liver failure, thyroid abnormalities, and high levels of heavy metals) these shakes are not as healthy as they are made out to be. This is not a health store, nor a local business. This is a front for a multi billion dollar corporation with a very troubled past.
