Placed an online order at 6:45pm. When I called immediately after placing my online order to check if it might be ready earlier (even though it said 7:30pm online), the staff said they’d ask the kitchen to get started on it ASAP - we thought that was wonderful service of them so we got to the restaurant at 7:10pm. However, we ended up waiting in the restaurant for 40 minutes, and the food wasn’t ready until 7:50. Staff wasn’t apologetic and came across as extremely dismissive.

When we finally got our order, the food was a huge disappointment. The onion rings and fries were so salty they were inedible—and I usually oversalt everything. On top of that, they were an extra charge (not included with the burgers), ridiculously overpriced, and came in tiny portions.

We’re only in town for the weekend, and we wasted so much of our limited time waiting for terrible food. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This has been my go-to place in Superior since they opened. Best beer selection in town (by far). I don't go there for the burgers, but some people like them. Their tacos are great, they have good apps, and their homemade chips and fresh-cut fries are great and come with a choice of many different seasonings.

We had the Chicken Fajita Bowl and the Thai Peanut Chicken Rice Bowl for dinner and BOTH were surprisingly fantastic. Definitely not what I'd expect from a Taphouse. Great selection of beers (approx 50 handles) and awesome service. Well worth the visit if you're in the area.

We enjoyed dinner here on a Friday night. It was very busy, but everything arrived quickly. Our server, Billy, was friendly and attentive. We started with the loaded tots and Drekker sours. They have a huge selection of beer. The loaded tots had a bit of a kick and were flavorful. The bumbleberry cheesecake Drekker was phenomenal. Smooth. Tasted like dessert. We ended with two burgers and beer battered fries: a one-eyed jack (pepper jack and a fried egg on a pretzel bun) and a porker (bacon, queso, BBQ pulled pork). Everything was great. We stop at this location often when we're in the Superior area. Reasonable prices. Our experience is always 10/10.

My family and I were in town vacationing and visiting state parks. We had no idea where to eat and found this place. We absolutely loved it! The burgers were incredible. We also got sweet potato fries which were great. We got an appetizer of pickle fries which were very tasty (never had them cut like fries before). They were training a new employee but were still very attentive to us and got us our free refills without asking and our food was very quick. We will absolutely be back if we’re in Superior again. My daughter asked after how we can find something similar in our hometown. Thanks for a great meal and experience!

A solid pick for a burger, apps, and beers. They do serve cocktails as well. A good reward system if you are a frequent customer. It can get pretty busy at times. They seem to manage it well. Only downside is sometimes the burgers are pretty well done and dry. Also, sides cost extra when you wish fries were included in the price.

The answer to a day of driving! Real handy right on Tower Ave in Superior. Server Vasi is so helpful with her knowledge of hazy IPS's and I'm choosing Ursa Minor's Badass Warrior Woman...mainly for the name, delish!

I was craving Cajun fries and noticed they were on the menu, so I decided to call in a pickup order. The ordering process over the phone was simple, and picking them up was a breeze. What can I say, I love this place! Food is always top notch, servers and bartenders are really friendly and they have beer taps for miles! I've enjoyed many items off their menu and have never been disappointed! Here's what I've hade: Cheese curds, Loaded tots, jalapeño bacon poppers, sweet potato fries, Avocado chicken tacos, Blackened fish tacos, One eyed jack burger, West OMG burger and Taphouse burger. The fries were really good. However, the California Burger didn't have any tomatoes or cheese and all the burgers were very dry. The buns were also super dry and crumbly almost like they had been sitting out for days. I was pretty disappointed.

Came through the door and the sign says seat yourself so that’s what we did. We get seated and no one comes to greet us for about 10min or more. Finally the lady at the bar came to get our drink order. We wait for the food to come out felt like a really long wait but that wasn’t the problem. Once the food got to the table is was cold. Like if I wanted to eat cold food I would open my fridge and get something. Once the food comes no one come to check on you or anything like that. Portions might've been a little small, but not terribly so. Also in today's world that's not that bad of a problem. I think the prices are quite fair to match though which is also good in today's world. Nice customization options for sides and meal components, letting folks tailor their meal to their liking. I can't speak to the alcohol offerings myself other than they seem to have a very extensive selection as the name implies. Loved the music they had on when we were there. I won't lie, there's better burgers in town, even on this same avenue as this location, but this place is pretty decent. Well worth mixing it in to our options to visit for this kind of menu. We decided to visit here on a whim, because our regular burger joint, the anchor had to long of a wait. It was nice to find a place like this with a good atmosphere and good food, however, I think the prices seem pretty high. And, not only are the prices high, but the serving sizes are minimal. Great burgers but they don’t come with fries. An order of french fries is an additional four dollars. We ordered sweet potato fries and it’s the smallest portion of sweet potato fries I’ve ever seen in my life. We also ordered the cheese curds appetizer, which was the smallest amount of cheese curds I have ever seen. At initial glance, the price of a burger seems reasonable, until you realize it’s just the burger, and it doesn’t come with anything else.Good beer selection.

When I accidentally locked myself out of my Airbnb along with my cell phone later that day, the staff let me use their phone to call Airbnb, so I appreciated that greatly. First time visiting. I tried the steakhouse mushroom Swiss and a bloody Mary. Bloody Mary was strong but pretty good, not too spicy which is great. Had to ask for a straw from a waitress passing by, she was great about it.
It wasn't very busy when we were there, the staff was friendly but seemed to be an issue in the kitchen. Staff issues with each other or something.
The chips were a bit greasy and some were under cooked, but taste wasn't bad. My husband had the same issue with his fries. The burgers overall weren't bad, but some of the mushrooms were cold like they didn't get cooked.
After getting our food we didn't checked on again until we were asked if we wanted the check.

I've been waiting for this location to open for months and they lived up to every expectation. The food is flavor full, fast, and delicious and the service was great. Usually you'd expect a few hiccups with a newly opened establishment, but there were none to be had here. You can't go wrong no matter if you are going for beers or food.

Edit: Loosing one star for value. Prices have increased and portions decreased. In particular the Taphouse burger is now both more expensive and is only a single patty.

7 West TapHouse in Superior is a good choice for food in Superior. Plenty of seating. Lots of TV’s. SO MANY beer choices. It’s certainly earns the name TapHouse.

I had a burger and chips. The burger was excellent. The chips were even better. Home made cut from the potato chips. Just wonderful. And LOTS. Like, a ridiculous amount of chips.

I tried a flute of random beers they chose and, of course, I didn’t find any I liked. That brings the grand total to….ZERO beers I’ve ever liked. Maybe next time.

I’ll certainly be back to try more taps. Perhaps I’ll find a beer I like someday. I’ll definitely be back to have more chips!

I feel like when you go in you think everything is priced really cheaply until you realize that if you order a burger, the side is ordered separately. You end up spending about the same as any other burger joint or even a little more depending on what side you order. Just keep that in mind when you go. Otherwise everything is great! :)
