We live in the neighborhood and have never tried this place. And today we did. We ordered the Philly cheesesteaks and they were pretty tasty. The bread was very fresh and they did not skimp on the ingredients. Will probably give them another try. 10/11/25. Ordered from here again and it was disappointing to say the least. Ordered 10 pc chicken wings and fries. Both were cold and looked and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Chicken was dry and chewy, fries were cold and soggy. Don’t plan on ordering from here anytime soon. Employees should know better than to send out food that has been sitting around under heat lamps for hours cuz customers can definitely see and taste the difference between hot and fresh food and crap that’s been sitting around for hours. Can’t blame it on the delivery because we live within walking distance so if the food was fresh it certainly didn’t have time to cool off and dry up that fast. Get your crsp together!

I’m not sure where to start so yesterday me and my family decided to stop in here to grab something to eat. Let’s start by saying there was RATS outside this establishment playing around and it was like a 15 min wait however once we got our food the quality was horrible. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and the meat was so greasy it soaked through my bread and the meat tasted old the fries tasted like it was fried in old grease it was just a bad experience. I’m not sure if they are under new Management but the food is definitely not good anymore 💯‼️

I ordered delivery via door dash. The order tracker continued to increase on the estimated delivery time as the driver was at the resturant. Once the order arrived there were missing items. I first contacted the resturant and as I was describing the issue, they set the phone down and helped other cutomers never comming back to the phone. I contacted the delivery driver, Jacoby, and he said I could contact door dash for a refund. I went to the resturant to retreive the missing items and had to wait an additional 28 minutes for 3 pieces of fish, some fries, and one cheese cup! In the time I spent in the lobby, they handed out inccorrect orders to two other customers and gave other "Dashers" they're orders in varying orders of arrival. It didn't help that neither the husband or the wife running the counter could speak complete english. I will never order from this location again.

I used to love this place there's 4 ppl in the family we could easily spend 70 bucks on dinner happily not now I give restaurants 3 and out so yesterday I wanted catfish steaks I was told 20 minutes but no drive up anymore for disabled or elderly I come in 32 minutes after ordering a young lady took my money and didn't say how much longer I stood to the side as a customer was eating out his box at the counter waiting for more food as I stood there I watched one cook cook the guy who took the order on the phone sneezed twice whipped his nose and kept eating his food behind counter but in view of customer then whipped his nose and made 2 blushes without washing hands after another 20 minutes I received my 5 piece and fries soggy fish was actually crispy and look seasoned soon as I broke a piece you could smell the spoiled meat I was pissed truly absolutely never again

I don't go here for the space(sparce seating and obviously not table service, lol), tho it always looks clean. I go here for the wing deals, and the wings are great! 20 piece wings with fries for under $30 is awesome, and they don't disappoint! Wings are great size and love the fries. They also add lemon pepper as you watch and ask YOU when to stop! I have been going here for years and say JJ's Who? Since Phylli Way shut down, I have also gotten my cravings met at least here for a Phylli. Overall Great place to eat.

If I could give zero stars I would! I called to see what the prices were on wings and if they had any specials or deal, the lady who answered the phone kept repeating we have party wings and wings. She could not answer what the price was or if they had any deals with wings, fries and soda like they usually do. I asked to speak to someone else and she hung up on me. 1st & 2nd time I ordered the load potatoe it was beyond dry onions weren't fully cooked, the mushrooms were out of a can. The older lady that works there needs to fix her attitude and start admitting when she’s wrong.

I ordered from there and they gave me someone else’s order. The receipt stapled to the bag was my order, but the food in the bag was not.
The young lady who was there was apologetic and trying to be helpful but the old lady said they wouldn’t remake it, took the food they gave me and refused to refund my money.
This is not the first time I’ve had issues with the older lady. I live across the street from there so i tried to give them multiple chances because of the convenience. Never again.
