Usually have good food and service at this location but not today. In the drive thru asked for a drink carrier which was a huge annoyance to the lady, and she made it known. When she handed it to me she said “it doesn’t do much good for two cups.” Is this what customer service has come to now? Absolutely uncalled for. And if you are miserable at your job and don’t want to deal with customer requests, go do something else? Also, I ordered a burger with no bun and got home it was it a bunch of slop and tasted like grease. Attached picture of slop. If this is the service and food we will get here, will go elsewhere.

Went to get a sandwich I like around 8pm on Wednesday. Waited 2 minutes to order. There was just silence, no "i'll be with you in a minute" or "sorry for waiting". Ordered my food and waited good 10 minutes behind another car. I thought that maybe they're short staffed. But when I was by the the window I saw at least 4 people there, moving slow and talk to each other. They finally gave me the bag, but forgot the drink. And when I moved away from the window, I realized that they didn't give me a straw. I like their food and usually happy with service. But after today's experience I won't hurry back for awhile.

We were greeted by a young man vaping out back when we came in. (I hope he washed his hand before he went back to work). Went up to the counter to order and there was no one there. The girl working the drive through looked around for the person who was supposed to be working the counter, but they were no where to be found. Sat at a booth and could hear the employees music bumping from the kitchen even over the restaurant music. Food came, my cheese curds were over cooked and exploded, and my cheeseburger was a total grease bomb. Should lead to a great bout of gastrointestinal distress later. Out of all the A&W’s I’ve been to this one is the worst.

Came for supper tonight, the girl who took our oder was not welcoming. Got our food and there was more grease than anything on our burgers. Then had to have them make our other root beer freeze, and its like they just put everything in the cup and didn't even bother to mix it long enough. Tonight was the worse experience we have had coming here, and could hear the music from the kitchen in the dinning room. Definitely should NOT be able to hear the music from the kitchen in the dinning room!

I’m not blaming it on the employees themselves, one guy was nice and fast with getting my order as well as running around trying to tend to all of the other orders in the drive through, and a DoorDash order. The curds I had orders took a while to come out, I’m guessing it was because they were so busy and partially un organized with their system, the guy kept asking the kitchen to get my curd out.

Overall though, it’s an amazing A&W and amazing food, just a little slow and unorganized, thanks to the guy who took my order and kept checking the kitchen!

Terrible food. Terribly managed. Our server came to our table to take our order immediately but we weren't ready. He then went on break and sat next to us. We thought someone else would come to take our order but they didn't. So finally, we went to the front and ordered. After about 20 minutes, our food came out. It was all very cold except the cheese curds. While we were eating, there was yelling from the kitchen and someone quit and walked out. We only ate a few bites of the awful food and then left.

Burgers have always been competently cooked for me, like they understand the difference between well-done and burnt. They actually taste like decent quality beef too. Mind-blowing stuff for a fast food chain. I've always like their root beer floats too.

The chicken is also nicely cooked with an airy breading. Imagine if Popeyes mild tenders were moist on the inside. That's A&W tenders. I'm starting to wonder if you can even go wrong ordering from A&W.

Terrible. Had a bacon cheeseburger. Noticed right away no bacon on the burger and the cheese slice on the burger was cold and not melted at all. I told our waitress and she said okay I will get you some bacon. So she brings me a container of cold bacon for my burger. Really? With the high cost of eating out this is unacceptable. Apparently much more staff training at this site is needed and have someone make sure food is being prepared correctly and served hot.

The only thing that was a little strange was that the kids meals were supposed to come with a prize and when I asked about it, they said that there should be a free ice cream ticket inside the napkin at the bottom of the kids meals bags. This place is a great little chain restaurant. The service was amazing. They actually come to your table to take your order! The food was very quick. And the order was accurate. They have nice tables outside and about 10 booths inside. It's definitely on the smaller side. The only negative aspect was the temperature inside the restaurant. It was so hot and stuffy. The bathrooms were nice and clean. I'm picky about the bathrooms. I really like the Scott paper towel they had?
