In the drive thru a half hour for a chicken sandwich no pickles and a regular fries. A half hour!!!! The lady gave a very lame sorry for the wait. But my first bite into that sandwich, getting a mouthful of pickle, really made me mad enough to make this review. That much time, $9.90 for a sandwich and fries and you can’t even get it right?????

I used to come to this location frequently for years on my drive back and forth to Appleton and I have never had a bad experience until today. We went here the other night after a football game 9/23/25. There was 2 or 3 cars in the lot and maybe one or two cars in the drive thru. We waited 15 minutes just to place our order and maybe 20 minutes to actually get our food (3 people). The burgers tasted burnt and my burger didn’t have all of the toppings. I just ate it anyways because we were starving and I figured going back up to the counter would result in another 20 minute wait. Most of the tables were dirty, and they closed at 7:00 when people were still just finishing their food. The person at the counter apologized for the long wait but that doesn’t make up for the terrible food.

Staff was very friendly, food was hot, fries were way too salty but crispy and fresh, cheese curds were, as always, golden and just melty enough, very good experience and will be back soon!

The Double Bacon Crunch Burger looked nothing like the picture. The fries looked like they were sitting under the warmer for days. The chocolate shake didn't have any whipped cream or cherry on top. Cheese curds were good.

My son and I each had their ice cream treat kind of like the concrete mixer are blizzard. They were pretty runny. They could have been mixed a little better. And I thought they were priced kind of high compared to the others.

Arrived around 6:10 on a Monday, 2 cars in front of us, didn't leave the window until 6:45. There wasn't much foot traffic inside so I am not sure what could have caused the 35 minute wait. Cashier didn't give us our receipt upon request, cashier didn't apologize or acknowledge the wait, and nearly gave us 2 wrong items.

Went inside to order food 615pm on a Thursday, and were out of almost everything. No hot dogs, no onion and mushrooms for their specialty burger, no chicken items at all, and could not make a milk shake. What is the point of even being open if half of their menu can't be made? I've tried many times to patronize here over the years, and each time has gotten progressively worse.

What a joke! I don’t know how they stay in business considering it’s always closed no matter what the hours state online. As soon as i walked in here my toes start viciously dancing. The overwhelming of deliciousness hit my nostrils. The workers are amazing at their jobs and do their best. The food was immaculate and made me feel warm and tingly. Overall a great experience. 100/10. 🤩🤩🤩🤩

We have not stopped here in a long time. Very disappointed. Opened our bag of food and found red dots on the inside. They told us it is red dye. I don't care when you see red dots inside the bag turns you off on the food. I think the staff should have stated there maybe red dye in/on the bag. Will not be stopping there again.
To the owner we did NOT eat the food. We wasted $28.50 on food we DID NOt trust. If you want to eat or see the food we still have it.!! And the bag. Gross!!

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Very poor service. Sat at the ordering window for 10 if not 15 minutes. Without ever ordering. They told me to hold a moment which I was fine with. I fully understand and sympathize with your staffing shortage. This is the second time in 3 months we have stopped at your establishment to find it closed. I called ahead to confirm the hours and I do understand although it's inconvenient to have someone come in 1 minute before you close, they should be served. I worked in fast food when I was 14 and recall many times taking orders well after closing if people were either inside or in the drive thru line when the outside lights were turned off. Again, I hope you find help but also hope in the future customer's orders are taken right up until you're closing time.

First of all, I drive truck locally. I parked so that the people inside could see my 75’ long rig…. Walked past the drive thru window and smiled at lady inside, she smiled back. Get inside hoping to order and she says only the drive thru, I can’t take your order here. So I go to the drive thru window to order and all is good…. Only thing is it’s 30 degrees, rainy snow, 20mph winds…. Must have never heard of the word “EXEMPTION”. Next time I’m pulling right up to the window. Food was good and hot though…

Terrible, really wished I went to Dairy Queen in Brillion instead. Cheeses on Hamburgers, that were without cheese. (Sons allergic to dairy) asked and paid for Extra Bacon on My Buger, I got No Bacon what so ever. And My favorite Coney Dog had No Cheese sauce, what a let down. We stopped at a and W in Reedsville at 6:30 Monday, April 26. There were three cars ahead of us in the drive-through. We finally got up to the speaker to order at 6:55 and The person on the other end told us to hang on for a moment. We waited and at 7 o’clock the lights went off on the sign and the person on the speaker told us they are closed for the night. We were in total disbelief not only that it would take a half hour to serve the three cars ahead of us but that they would shut down after making us wait. This is so ridiculous I wouldn’t believe it except I was there to witness it. I would strongly recommend not patronizing this place.

Horribly slow service. All we asked for was a gallon of root beer. We were passing through the area and thought A&W was a great idea. No, never coming back. Instead of getting a container of rootbeer we got A BAG of root beer! WTH! Try pouring a BAG of rootbeer! Never received this in any other restaurant. We ended up throwing it away. Total waste of money. Do yourself and drive through this little town and go anywhere else. No receipt to get our money back either.😡

Our quick stop here as we headed through town on our way home was extremely lousy!!
They were out of fries!!! Who runs out of fries??? NOTHING was offered for not having fries, but we were told we could "up grade" to onion rings, cheese curds or applesauce for an ADDITIONAL COST TO US!!!!! We got attitude from the employee and when asked to the night supervisor we got the team lead that listened but again did not offer anything for THEIR lack of supplies!!😡 After receiving our food to go, our drinks were 1/2 full!!!! When I asked for our cups to be FILLED, after spending $40 for our meal, another employee came to help while the girl who took our order stood back around the corner and watched us while I could still see her in the mirror!! Will NOT be back to this restaurant and will spread the word to anyone I know!!!! I will be contacting corporate.
