The food was unfortunately cold and salty. My corn dog combo had cold and flavorless corn dogs, fries that were acceptable but also cold. My grandmother's three-piece chicken strip order was very salty and barely warm. The only item we enjoyed was the root beer.

10 minutes to get a medium float in the drive thru, which normally wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, I had to repeat the order at the window. Ok. They left, returned to get payment. I had to repeat my order. They processed payment, returned my card and left. They returned to the window and asked what size I ordered. Really? 4 times, processed the payment and still don't know what I ordered?? Fortunately the float was good, but not worth the trouble.

The food was really good. I haven't been since I was a kid. The one at home shut down. The cashier was really polite, they suggested the cheese curds and they were good. The other coworker was not. I'm not sure if they know if people can hear them from the counter or not, but I did. Not sure if they were intentionally being rude or accidentally. They said something, "wow she hasn't ordered anything yet?" Just as I walked into the door and looked at the menu. Maybe they were having a bad day and I so happened to be the customer they took it out on. Oh well. I'd still recommend the place! 🙂

Food was great as always. However young preteen children kept running in and out of the kitchen to the dinning room playing tag games while what i would guess is their mother, worked behind the counter.

The time before that, a teenage worker behind the counter was gossiping and kissing her boyfriend while she worked. Him having to lean over the counter for the experience.

With all this going on, makes me wonder what else goes on in that kitchen.

But again, the food is great.

Quite possibly the most incompetent staff I've ever seen. From the kid at the register wiping his snot nose on his collar multiple times then transition directly to prepping food to start. Then 30 minutes waiting for a burger n chicken sandwich, there was literally one order before us and one after. Also filthy with food items and trash on the floor. One last point, when your customers can see the kitchen via the mirror, dont drop to go bags on the floor and use them for orders.

Not great. Took 3 times of me saying the order for he to get it in the system. Waited 10 minutes after that before I could pay. Then another ten 8 to get the food. Upon attempting to eat while driving on my way I discovered that the only thing right about the order was the kids meal. The two other meals for myself and my wife we're totally wrong. I ordered a papa burger meal and got a regular double cheeseburger. My wife ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and root beer float and received a regular single burger and a root beer freeze(which is like a milkshake). Would not recommend this location.

I ordered the Monday special-a hamburger, fries and a drink for $2.99! I asked for the burger to be well done and was told the burgers are timed so no one receives an unsafe burger. My burger was well done and very tasty. The fries were hot and plentiful, and the root beer was sweet and cold in the glass mug. They have daily specials listed on a board near the window, so you always see what the deal is before you look at the main menu. I will eat at A&W again!

Well this was my second time eating there the first time I had the chicken wings or chicken strips they forgot the coleslaw this time I stood there at the ordering window we're about 20 minutes before I glanced over the top of the counter back towards the back of the kitchen where are the two apparent staff members we're joking around about something finally my friend so does anybody back there and they then said we will be with you in a minute which took an additional 15 minutes. It's a real shame to go to such a famous restaurant has A&W Root Beer and have them disrespect the business the way they did I believe that you need to replace those employees with people that actually care about the job they have and the people they serve

Excellent food, great promotions & price (I had coupons), a little bit longer of a wait than I thought for noon on a Saturday but my food was very fresh and hot and that makes up for it. They forgot a small order fries that was free with my coupon. It also shocked me that they were out of A&W Root Beer but having Wild Cherry Pepsi as a selection partially made up for that as well. Overall I would eat there again but I'll probably dine in.
