Just stopped by Alchemy Brewing. Met some nice people at the bar. Great bartender Jacob. He was very accommodating and willing to let us try a taste of what they had on tap. Had the cheese curds with caramel sauce as recommended by a regular. Did not disappoint. Can't wait to stop there again. Nice place, nice outside seating also.

Stopped by for dinner and drinks while we were renting a cabin nearby. The food was flavorful and fresh - an unexpected gem! Beer selection is also pretty large and we had some really good local ones. Patio is dog friendly which is always a plus when travelling. Highly recommend!

Alchemy Brewing is great spot along Hwy 27 for good brews and food. I had the Buck Brown and Shleppen Bock and my wife had the Cucumber lager. All 3 were very well done. We had cheese curds, a smash burger, and a wrap. The food was very good as well. Nice place to unwind and have couple drinks. Staff was great too.

We had a great experience here. We had attentive and helpful service. The bartendar gave us multiple tastes so we could decide which beer to order. Lots of choices! He treated us because my Dad was a veteran. That made my Dad feel very good. They had multiple places to sit amd enjoy the outdoor area.

1st time visit. Wow! I was not ready for this bar in the country to have such amazing food and beer. The atmosphere is great, and the staff were so friendly, and on top of everything. If yer around the area (by 30 miles or less) it's so worth the experience. Highly recommend visiting this place and grabbing a bite. Oh and ask for the cheese curds with caramel sauce - addictive!!

Best burgers we have ever had! We had thought about swinging by for years and just never did. I wish we would have tried it so much sooner. The food is INCREDIBLE all the way around. We had burgers, fries and cheese curds (dipped in caramel sauce, I know it sounds weird but trust me) all were mind blowingly good! The staff is super friendly and does a great job. Had live music which kept the attention of my 2 year old and she was dancing the night away. 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone who wants amazing food at very reasonable prices. Definitely going to be our go to place from here on out!

About 20 local craft beers on tap and a really good look bar food menu. The burgers look awesome. Didn't have one, had the Munster Cheese Curds, with, uniquely, a Carmel sauce. Interesting combination. Not bad. Really attentive service from Tabitha. Try the Beer Flight. Up to 6 of their draft beers. Enjoyed our time.

It was a little bit of a drive to get there but well worth the effort. The wife ordered the "cheesy, cheesy steak sandwich" and I ordered a "double hamburger with lettuce, tomato and pepper-jack cheese." I had to take one of the patties off the bun so I could bite into the burger. I also got the "house fries," that I enjoyed but the wife did not care for them. She did devour the steak sandwich in no time at all. A great experience, we will return and maybe even try one of the many beers that are brewed in site.

Very nice place! Stopped in for lunch today and both food and service were great!

They were pretty busy when I stopped, but the staff was was very efficient and friendly so there wasn't any wait. Great location with plenty of parking. They have a pool table and shuffleboard inside and nice seating area outside with an area set up for playing cornhole. They have a mix of their own brews and guest brews. I enjoyed the few I tried. I also had a crispy chicken sandwich with seasoned fries. Both were really good and the fries were some of the best I've had recently. The only downside was that they were out of cheese curds, but I guess that just means another visit is in order.

There is something about little breweries in the middle of nowhere. Alchemy fits the bill. It is a great spot about 10min from Sparta. They had 4 of their own beers on tap on my last stop (all pretty good) but also have a great lineup of guest taps to fit your taste. The space is very clean and modern with shuffleboard, pool, etc. Looks like a nice outdoor space to sit and look at the rolling farm lands in western WI come summer. The service was great and I plan to be back next time I pass by.

Was here for the first time to celebrate a buddy's promotion and really enjoyed this place. It's fairly new and very well maintained. The bar is at the center with lots of room for everyone. The brews are delicious with a fair amount of diff flavors at a very good price compared to other places. The food was pretty good with a few selections to choose from. They also have an outdoor area with a fire pit and they were hosting a corn-hole tournament. I honestly don't remember if they were playing music or not? Either way, we will be going back to enjoy the beer!

Bruh. Let me tell you what. The owners here are some of the greatest people you can talk to in the area. If you're looking for a bar that straight up represents everything the town of Leon represents, this spot is it. Some delicious home brewed beers.
