We love this restaurant, however the policy for smoking on the patio mastectomies experience not so pleasant. Please consider changing this policy. We truly had to suffer through most of dinner breathing in second hand smoke.

Definitely a delicious farm to table adventure. Enjoyed dinner here two nights after playing 18 and sandbox both days. Service is friendly and chef is accommodating for any special dietary needs

Excellent experience at the Farm & Table. The menu is well balanced, all cooked to a perfection. Attentive service. Beautiful setting in the Mammoth Golf Course with overview of the last two holes. There is an indoor sitting and large screened porch area with heaters if needed.

At best, this was a subpar steak dinner -

My husband and I had heard good things about Aldo's so we decided to go for date night tonight. Unfortunately, this dinner did not live up to our expectations. We each ordered different cuts of steak, but both cooked medium. Both steaks were well over medium to the point of almost being cooked well done. An overcooked steak seemed to be the theme for the night because the table next to us sent theirs back for being overcooked as well. In addition to the steak being overcooked, it was like eating a salt bomb! And then they also add extra salt to the plate for decor so if you accidentally bump that it's almost inedible.

The sides were pretty basic. Nothing special. The only star of this dinner was our appetizer. We got the burrata which had good flavor and unlike everything else, was not overly salty.

When you spend $200+ on a meal, it should be exceptional! And with a price tag like that, it isn't worth risking $200 to try again and hope for better.

My wife and I love Sand Valley, to the point that we come back and celebrate our anniversary here every year. This year was our first time eating at Aldo's, and I really really wanted to enjoy it - but it was simply "ok".

Pros first: staff is amazing, the scenery is perfect: elevated but never stuffy. We also ordered mocktails from the bar without much direction, and the bar came back with two different yet very tasty drinks. Probably the highlight of the meal

Cons: limited, generic, and fairly pricey menu. We shared crab cakes, and got salmon + the ny strip with asparagus and smashed potatoes as sides. Main courses were both a touch over, and the kitchen seemed especially heavy handed with the salt and black pepper across the board - and this is the first restaurant I've ever complained about over salting. And then, a $150 bill for 2 people: pre-tip, no booze, and no desserts ,

I'm writing a short essay here because I would love Aldo's to be the crown gem of Sand Valley's food offerings, but in our option, it just isn't (yet!). Next time, it's back to Craig's Porch for amazing and stupid cheap tacos overlooking the sunset on the 18th green

What a great place! Excellent food, wonderful bar area, beautiful grounds. The tenderloin was one of the best I have ever had. The alcohol selection was top notch too. Friendly service and genuinely concerned about your satisfaction. Highly recommend having dinner and drinks here.

Aldo's Farm & Table is by far one of my favorite places I have eaten. My family and I went to Aldo's for my grandma's birthday, and we were beyond impressed. All the servers were extremely polite and attentive, and they served us with impeccable speed. Furthermore, all the food was delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked, and had excellent flavor. In addition, after we had finished our meal one of the chefs came out to personally thank us for coming, and treated us to several delicious deserts, as well as offering us more than we could ever need. 10/10, will eat again.

Went to Aldo’s for dinner after golf and I was extremely happy and surprised with Aldo’s. The beet salad was fresh with shaved goat cheese and crispy beet greens on top. The pork shank was fall of the bone with a nice crispy spatzel accompaniment. Had a to die for brownie sundae in a cast iron skillet for dessert. Newly appointed Chef Oscar obviously cares about his craft and came out to talk to us personally about his preparation. Highly recommend!

Aldo's Farm &Table at Sand Valley is the best. The food is excellent and the taste is always delicious and fresh. You can not go wrong with any selection. Our favorite is the fantastic pork shank...OMG fall off the bone beyond amazing. Chef Jon Keeley truly is a master at his craft!
