Alpine Lanes and Avalanche Grill was gracious enough to offer their backroom for our event after the VFW in New Berlin canceled us. The wait staff was awesome when our large group ordered food too. Jen served us with a smile and humor. Never made us feel we were overwhelming her. Food was excellent too. Thank you Avalanche Grill. We'll be back. 10 out of 10

I am editing my old review because it was with the former owner Lloyd. He had some problems with the health department and serving minors alcohol. One of the same problems with the new owner is that it is still a hit or miss with the carryout food. Last night was no exception. They got the extra toasted buns right and lots of fries versus hardly any with our last time ordering, but the burgers, all three wrong. If you extra toast the buns, you don't extra cook the burger. They were all ordered medium and were more on the well done side. The burgers were ruined as far as we were concerned. $41 for 3 cheesburgers with fries is ridiculous if they aren't going to cook them right. The first time we ordered the black and blue burgers cooked medium, they were medium rare. The second time we ordered them they were cooked perfectly, but the buns were super soggy and had hardly any fries. Now three strikes and you are out unless the owner wants to make it right. My daughter, who lives in Waterford, loved the shrimp poor boy, but same thing. She gave them several times to get it right and she gave up. All that I can say is that The Avalanche Bar & Grill has been consistently inconsistent. Very disappointed, especially for the amount of money it cost. It should have been excellent.

Took my kids here this past summer with the Kids Bowl Free program. Kids get 2 free games every day during summer! You have to pay for shoe rental which was $10.50 for 3 Kids. Love that they have an app to keep track of scores all summer. Always nice and cool which was awesome with the summer heat. Great staff, always willing to help! Great pizza too!

Our group started celebrating our annual gift exchange at Alpine Lanes and Avalanche Grill in 2022.
Jen our server is always friendly, knowledgeable and extremely attentive.
Jen’s been our server now for our event since 2022 and through the years she’s been welcomed with open arms to our group.
This year we finally got a group photo with her!
Our group size is anywhere from 12-25 ladies and the kitchen does a great job getting our meals out hot and around the same time.
Kudos to The Avalanche Grill for hiring people that are like family (not just employees)

Great bowling alley for the family. They have new scoreboard where you can add your picture with fun animations. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food is great, especially the pizza. I recently visited this bar and was pretty disappointed to find out they don't have Dr Pepper. It's one of my favorite drinks, and I was really looking forward to enjoying it. The rest of the menu seemed fine, and the atmosphere was decent, but the lack of Dr Pepper was a letdown. If you're a Dr Pepper fan, you might want to consider another spot.

Me and my friends came here to bowl and we went to the counter and were looking at the food menu standing there for about 5 minutes before someone came up and got to us. The person at the counter was rude. He said “do you need something or are you just holding up the line?” I thought he was saying it in a joking manner but he was serious ( there was literally no line at all) and so we left.

Food was very good, & reasonably priced. We had a group of 13, served by one waiter. Surprisingly we did NOT have to wait long for our food, considering the size of the group. At the suggestion of my son, I stopped in last night for a take out order of wings and a reuben sandwich. Both were very good. I was especially pleased with the reuben. With Reubens, you can't be sure what you'll get. The meat can sometimes be pretty fatty, which I hate. However, in this case the meat was very lean and flavorful. And the sandwich was huge!

We always have an excellent experience bowling at Alpine Lanes. The bowling alley staff are always welcoming and so patient even with all the chaos of the bowling alley behind them. They’re fast and their prices are very reasonable. We always call ahead to make sure there are open lanes and no leagues or events taking over the bowling alley, which has helped make our experiences positive. We always go back when we’re in the mood to bowl and we look forward to our next trip. There are sleds available if you have small children and plenty of different weights for bowling balls. We tell our friends about how great they are and look forward to enjoying their outstanding services for years to come.

As you can imagine we can be alot but our servers were courteous and on top of their game!!! We had appetizers and pizza and that all was delicious!
