Went to watch the brewers in the playoffs. Didn’t get acknowledged for over 15 minutes. Finally odered a drink and a water. Got the drink but had to wait another 10 minutes for my friends water. You would think a sports bar would have the brewers playoff game on but had to ask to turn it on and then wait another 20 minutes to turn the sound on even tho 75% of the people were there to watch it. And getting a second drink and ordering any food was completely out of the question. Worst service ive ever experienced at a bar hands down

Went to Anduzzi's to celebrate my friend's birthday. Sat at the bar for over 10 minutes without an acknowledgement. Asked bartender about getting a drink and she was very rude in her reply. We left and went to The Bar.

I used to really like this place but the last 2 experiences I had were extremely disappointing.

Last night, my fiancé and I sat at the bar, got ID’d right away, and knew what we wanted for food but had to wait to put an order in. We watched the bartenders serve the same people repeatedly. We waited for over 30 minutes and still never got service. It wasn’t even busy that night. The other bartender was standing around with his hands on his hips. The experience was so bad it almost felt intentional.

We ended up closing our tab for the one drink my fiancé ordered. We ended up going another restaurant, The Bar, instead. The Bar had better service, more foot traffic, and the food was way better compared how I remember it being at Anduzzis. Im so happy we ended up taking our business elsewhere.

We will no longer return to Anduzzis.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was disappointing enough to speak up.
First, the food arrived cold—not just lukewarm, but genuinely cold, like it had been sitting out for a while before making it to the table. When I mentioned it, the staff seemed uninterested and didn’t offer to fix it.
What really sealed the deal was witnessing a manager loudly berating another staff member right in the middle of the patio bar. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and made for an incredibly awkward atmosphere.
On top of that, the general vibe among the employees was negative—bad attitudes all around. And honestly, the place wasn’t very clean.
Overall, this place felt disorganized, unwelcoming, and poorly managed. Definitely not somewhere I’d return or recommend.

We had a new waitress that was not familiar with the order system. A team leader came over and took our order and 3 people in our group of 6 still got the wrong order. The chilli was overcooked tasting slightly burnt and the chicken in our salads was inedible and almost styrofoam like. We informed the waitress and sent back the dish virtually untouched but no adjustment was made to our bill. We waited 20 minutes after receiving our bill and headed towards the bar to pay before our waitress returned. We stood in the middle of the restaurant while she processed our three payments. The food was lousy, the service lacking and the whole experience was unpleasant. I will not be dining here again.

Nikitta Saldaña was a server/bartender at this restaurant. She served us food and drinks but only bucketitos once and no pull tabs which is why it's a 4 for service not a 5. I would say that Nikitta Saldaña's presence at the restaurant does change the experience when I go in a way that is difficult to describe. The restaurant itself is well known as a place in Green Bay to eat on the east side by Aurora hospital. I cannot think of another place with this exact name in this exact spot in Green Bay. The experience is one I had when I went there. Overall I would recommend.

Went here Saturday to see the Wet Possums. My boyfriend and I both had a tab open. When we went to close out at the end of the night, they couldn’t find my card. Come to find out they closed it out to another person. I was obviously not happy as this is not my mistake and I do realize mistakes happen, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. They weren’t willing to do anything for me and it was just a “I’m sorry this happened”. They eventually cut my bill in half that my boyfriend had to end up paying. I feel they should’ve done more as an establishment as this was their fault. And not to mention, the person who has my card ended up spending $60 at a gas station before I noticed and was too late. I heard a lot of complaints throughout the night about the service and this was the cherry to it all.

We stopped in with another couple this evening (Labor Day). We always have good service and food. Tonight things were a bit off, not going into detail but overall, not the best experience. By chance, the manager stopped by our table and we spoke with her about the issues. Without a second question, she asked what she could do to make our experience better!! I told her we didn’t mean to complain and do not expect anything, but wanted her to be aware of the situation. She came back and made the situation a very enjoyable experience the rest of our time there and taking care of us personally. Staff issues will always be an issue but how they are handled says everything about the establishment!! We were very impressed by this managers ability to make the guests feel like they are listened to and to make sure they left happy and wanting to return. In which we will.

Got a soda and a wrap to go. The soda was $4 and the wrap was $14.99. I got the food home and the lettuce in the wrap was wilted and soggy, the wrap itself was very dry and hard. We were extremely disappointed on our service Sunday. Please note, they were not busy. 10 customers outside patio and 18 customers inside. My husband and I were going to sit outside and have a drink/food as the night was really nice. The waitress outside totally ignored us after we asked if we could get drinks/menu from her or do we have to go inside? We ended up going inside and sitting inside because It was very obvious she was not going to wait on us. She hung out with a table she obviously knew that had already had food. As we sat in the bar, we watched two different couples go outside. Come back inside and walk out the front door.. Obviously, that waitress was still visiting her table. Then we watched another group bring their own glassware and everything inside and bring it up to the bar . This is very disturbing as we enjoy going to your establishment . I do have to say our bartender was very friendly once we were served inside and I have to complement her on professionalism . Maybe she should start training your outside staff!

Terrible customer service by the young lady with dark hair wearing glasses at the bar. I came to pick up an online order and was completely ignored as if I wasn’t there . She continued to talk to her colleague, then proceeded to pretend to help two other guests that were already seated and eating . I then moved to the other side of the bar so that I could make eye contact with her after she decided to walk to the other end ..minutes later she came over and finally said , “I’ll be right with you all while pretending to do something else .” My food was brought out by another person . I can’t see any other reason for this behavior other than she was being discriminatory. So sad

Was not impressed with this location. I have been to the Westside and had a great experience. Tonight, our waitress was unfriendly. It seemed like we were inconveniencing her. The food was plentiful, but it was overcooked. The music was blaring, making it very difficult to have a conversation with the people at our table. It was my husband's birthday, and the first time he had been to Anduzzi's. He didn't get any of the birthday memorabilia because they were out, and our waitress admittedly kept "forgetting" to bring what they had to him. The appetizers we chose were supposed to be 1/2 off, but then they weren't charged as such. We asked and were just told, "I don't know." I'm sure it's great if you're one of the regulars, but we'll drive across town next time.
