I had such a great experience at Anduzzi’s thanks to Brendan! From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. He checked in often without ever being overbearing, and his friendly personality really made the visit enjoyable. Brendan gave great recommendations, kept our drinks full, and created an all-around awesome atmosphere. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. Went there on a Sunday nobody there. 3 of us ordered the special which was the broasted chicken. Waitress came back 15 minutes later and said that they were out of the special. We put the order in again to have 2 of the 5 meals come out 45 minutes before the other 3. My son's macaroni which was $8 bucks for a kids meal might have been an aldis box of macaroni. The burgers were all very pink, the chicken ranch wrap was cold. We ordered a lava margarita and she came back and said the bartender put the salt away. For $100 + tip this was an extreme let down and ive never wrote a review before but this was the definition of awful.

Server Hailey was very inattentive to our party of a whopping 11 people. People from the bar were bringing out some of the food and asking if we needed anything. We saw her at one point just standing around talking! When paying the handheld asks for your input and she literally hovered looking over your shoulder. 3 people ordered the hamburger plate special, they sent out 3 raw hamburgers. They added a charge for cheese even though the advertisement said it was included and then no other toppings just 3 plain cheese burgers and one of those plates they had asked for no cheese. They let everything sit somewhere and get cold, everything came out at once (appetizers included) and they didn't even know which burger was which for cheese. The nacho plate was cold and turning to slop as the chips were getting soggy. One person ordered a plate of wings asking for multiples of different flavors and they sent out a plate with just one type. One just sent their food back and refused any more service. Another ordered the southwest chicken salad and received the bottom root of the lettuce in it. This was for a birthday party that had been called ahead days prior telling them a party of maybe 20 and this was how they worked. All this and not even an apology no offer to comp anything absolutely nothing for anyone. Terrible place won't go there again.

I would like to start off by saying the ambiance of this restaurant is amazing. It was clean and appealing to the eyes. Last night was my first time here and unfortunately probably my last due to how terribly we were treated by the MANAGER SHAUN (not sure on the correct spelling of his name). We came in as a party of 9. We all wanted to come and enjoy some cocktails. We ordered margaritas and they were all TERRIBLE. They tasted like water had been poured into the glasses with food coloring. Zero flavor. We expressed the dissatisfaction to our sweet server and she went to talk to the manger. She came back and said his response to our dissatisfaction was “I put 3 shots in them”. Well we didn’t ask how many shots were put in them we simply wanted them done over correctly or to the removed from the bill because we only took 1 sip out of them. She went back to talk with him again and he stated that he will not remove them from the bill but instead give us a gift card. A gift card was not what we wanted or asked for. I requested that she asks him if we can speak to him directly. It took him about 30 minutes to finally come to our table. Once he came to the table finally he did not greet us. He walked up with a frown on his face and a bad attitude. We told hind the problem that we had with the drinks and he instantly got combative with us. He basically called us a lie because he said he made the drinks himself. I told him if he was so sure about it then he should take a sip out of one of them so he can see how terrible they were. The conversation turned into somewhat of an argument because he just refused to do a simple ask take the drinks away and remove them from our tabs. After all the commotion he started we were not excited about the food that we ordered. We did not think it was wise to spend our hard earned money at an establishment with a manger who treated us so poorly and embarrassed us. We contemplated leaving before the food came, but we stayed. The food was pretty good I must say. We were also denied a request to move inside because it got cold on the patio.

This is sad for me to write. My husband and I frequently come to Anduzzi's along with bringing our visitors here every time because we enjoy their food. We are not drinkers so we enjoy a good mocktail. The experience at Kimberly Anduzzi's last night has brought us to never frequent again. Margarita's were 2/1, however the server never advised us that our mock margaritas ($9/drink) were not included and on top of that was $2 for blending them. This level of petty has made us see that they don't deserve our patronage. Along with all the errors made with not receiving things that were asked for such as water, sour cream, bang bang sauce on the side and to be charged for pico to replace the tomatoes on a taco, when every other taco comes with pico is wild to me. Let's just say we are highly disappointing in the experience last night. We have brought a lot of business to them since we have lived here and now we will look elsewhere for our favorite.

We decided to stop here for Father’s Day, our servers name was Shanna. We were greeted promptly with a smile. We ordered our drinks and appetizers right away. The restaraunt was pretty busy I’d say, we were a table of 6 and there were several other large tables with multiple 2-3 people tables. She was running laps around the building. Service was great, wait time for food was not so great. We waited just about an hour for our food. Usually I would get up and leave but we stayed because she never left us hanging. She was very busy but she made her rounds every 5-10 minutes to refill drinks at every table and update us on our order, literally running circles. She was so apologetic and never placed blame on anyone as to why the food was taking so long, just apologized, cracked a few jokes and kept it moving. We kept it light hearted because was too sweet to be rude to. Observing other tables, they seemed to be understanding as well. After our food came up it was mediocre. We had a gentleman who I believe to be the manager who came and checked on us and several other tables. He was very friendly and was helping deliver food. The waitress offered to discount our bill due to wait time and we declined because it wasn’t her fault, we were just happy to have each others company and to be kept in the loop about our food. I definitely will return based off of customer service. It was a good experience in my opinion, even with the food dilemma.

Updated review: my husband and I have stopped here several times over the past several months, always weekends. We always have the same server, (don't remember her name). Our issues are:

1, my burger, which has always been medium rare had generally come out medium well, which is fine, but not what I wanted, but most recently, it was well done. Not what I ordered. Our waitress asked to see my burger and said, " yup, that's not medium rare, that's well done" (no kidding 🙄) I was not offered another burger, nor was our bill discounted in any way.

2. Since the beginning, this particular waitress has NEVER given us our coinage back after we paid our tab. I mean, it's not a big amount of money, but who does that?!?! The last time we were there she gave us our bills back in change, but said "that's all the change i have on me". Seriously, we should have said "we'll wait", but we just wanted to leave. We will NOT be going back any time soon.

Stopped here for a late lunch today. My hubby and I each had the peppercorn bacon burger and tots. I also had a bloody mary. The food was served hot and was prepared perfectly. Service was quick. Bloody mary was good too. Also ordered a to go order for our daughter. A buffalo chicken wrap with fries. She hasn't complained lol. We'll definitely stop here again.

Food was good for standard bar food. Traditional chicken wings had lots of bone fragments in the wings. Drums were juicy and good. Never got to see our bill, but for a soda and two beers, two meals, and an appetizer, it was $74 before tip. I am guessing the beer and soda was $10 a drink as the wings, curds, and wrap were all around $15 a piece (greay price). It was also happy hour according to their menu, but they didn't seem to honor it. For the price of the bill and not honoring what's on their menu, the food got three stars. I ordered a burger with a gluten free bun and specified it was for an allergy and ordered it with a side salad with no croutons. When my meal came out, it had fries with it. I asked the waitress who then asked the cook if the fries were gluten free and I was told they were. The waitress also brought my salad which then had croutons on it. Just to ease my paranoia, I brought a fry home and put it in my gluten tester and it said gluten found. If you don’t know if something is gluten free, you can’t say it is! If they would have said they weren’t sure, I wouldn’t have risked it and eaten them. Having gluten makes me very sick. Food allergies need to be taken more seriously. I tried to play it safe and order a salad and that was wrong too. Will not be coming back.

First, I would like to give our server Charlie the biggest kudos. He is new in his position and the quality of food received was in no part his fault, and he provided excellent service, even though he was one of the only servers serving large groups of people.

We orders appetizers and entrees, and waited for over 30 minutes until it was ALL brought out together. Considering that, we didn't put up a fuss until eating a portion of our food. I had the Anduzzis burger with fries, and the southwest egg rolls. My friend had the club sandwich and pretzel bites. Everything was cold, as it had been sitting for a while. My friends club sandwich had no heat whatsoever, and the meat used had an off taste. Two bites and a few fries later we waited again for the bill. We were surprised to see that it was nearly $80 dollars for 2 apps a d 2 entrees, however we were even more surprised that a "service fee" of almost $4 was placed on our bill. Another server explained that it was for the use of a card. We were not even asked what type of payment we were using, and we're not told that this charge was applied.

All in all, I would not recommend or return. Charlie's service was amazing, but the cost of horrible food and passing the buck on your "service charge" left us with more than a bad taste in our mouths.

This had been our go to place for fish (primarily perch) but had an inedible meal a few years ago so stopped going. I tried to contact them at the time but no response. We reluctantly tried take out again and had the same result. Heavily breaded perch and cod overcooked- hard as a rock. It was fish jerky. I even told the employee on the phone please do not overcook the fish.
The fish fry has definitely changed for the worst and charging $30 for 3 tiny pieces of perch jerky is just plain awful. Didn't want to publicly comment and tried to contact via email but was ignored again. There is plenty of better options in the area. Maybe their other menu items are ok, but we plan to stay away.

Was there for New Years Eve for the balloon drop for the 7th time. This year was the worst EVER! I love that the last 2 years you had a band over a dj. The balloon has become a joke! Last year the balloons were less than previous years and this year was even less. To make matters worse, the prize line was the shortest it’s has ever been and then only 1 slice of pizza. Some people didn’t even get a slice because they ran out. What use to be a great event has turned into an overpriced joke and waste of time. I ordered wings and they were tiny. Came out and got to see a band as well as have some good food and drinks. It was a hot one, but sitting out on the patio bar with the breeze was wonderful. I don't get here often but always a pleasure. The staff is also great. Very attentive, even when it's busy. Thanks!

Not a great experience for the first time going to this place.
Went there with friends for the last preseason Packer game. They couldn't figure out how to turn on the sound for both outside and inside.
I ordered the spinach artichoke dip. The dip was good but chips were stale.
We left and went somewhere else for the game so we could actually hear the game. Not going back anytime soon.

Don’t get the hype. Drinks where weak(but maybe that’s because I don’t drink often), service was good and they resolved an issue on my ticket of a drink being charged to me that I didn’t have. I had the nachos and they where alright but nothing special.Overall the atmosphere of the people would be a reason to go.

Nice atmosphere, but disappointing experience because of terrible food and unprofessional service. I ordered a steak quesadilla which was very sweet. I guess there was a brown sugar glaze in it or something like that. Can you serve a sweet steak quesadilla? Come on! Keep it simple, don’t overcomplicate the food! Anyway it was disgusting and definitely not edible for me. I told the server that I didn’t like it and he did nothing. He could be more proactive, he could propose an alternative or at least he could remove it from the bill. Definitely a place that I wouldn’t recommend to a friend for food, maybe just for a beer!!!

My wife heated up the leftover steak quesadilla that she had bought on 6/1/2023. It tasted good after reheating but there was a chunk of non-magnetic stainless steel in it. No damage done (mother taught me to chew my food). Meat vendor needs better metal detection

Went to the one in Kimberly, service was pretty good for the big group we had. Normally when we go with a big group the bills always get messed up in other places we go. Not this time. Everything was in order. Food was good and our server was really easy to get along with.

My wife and I stopped in to get some appetizers and a couple drinks for ourselves while we ordered for a pizza to take home for our kids. We sat at the outside bar, which was a very nice setting and we thought it was great. We arrived during happy hour and drinks were reasonably priced in comparison to other bars with similar selection (seems like you can't buy a craft beer for less than $6-$8 anymore), but when it's buy 1 get 1 free who can complain. For apps we got the Jalapeno Poppers and Cheese Curds. The Poppers were great and we loved the raspberry sauce, it was a good combo! The Curds on the other hand were bad, all most all the cheese was missing, except for a small blob in the middle. So they were just shells of deep fried bread and some with cheese. The pizza was what we were most excited for. We ordered it at a set time and as soon as it came out we left within minutes. When we got home the pizza was still warm, but honestly was nothing to be excited about. It reminded us of Orv's frozen pizza, little to no sauce, cheese, and a boring cardboard crust. Our kids ate it, but the wife and I were disappointed. Especially when it was $19!!! We ended up tossing a 1/3 of it. If we would have ordered the pizza alone I would have left a 1 star review.

We were in today ordered 2 beers - we're not given the BOGO, but I didn't realize it at the time. Also, we ordered pretzels and cheese curds....pretzels came out and we ate those...we never received our cheese curds. I sat at the bar for about 10 minutes waiting to let someone know - we ended up having to get them to go - and in the end the cheese curds were so greasy we threw them away.

Started with a delicious Bloody Mary to drink. Also ordered some fried pickles and fried banana peppers which were delicious. I had not had fried banana peppers before but now I want more. The fried pickles/peppers were a special but definitely try them if they still have them. For my entrée I got the Reverse Grilled Cheese sandwich. It was awesome. It could use a little more pesto but it was still great. The bartender was awesome and made sure I had everything I needed and kept my water filled. I will come back and try more food the next time I am in the area.

Always love coming here! Staff are super friendly and make the visits all the more fun. We usually stop by on Tuesdays for the Singo games and amazing tacos and nachos. There is tons of seating at the bar, high top tables and regular tables. There is even a small game room as well as darts, pool and basketball games. Great food, great prices! I highly recommend this location, you'll always feel welcome even if it's your first visit!

Watch your receipt. Suggested tips is not correct and sometimes is twice what is owed.! They try and include all happy hour beers, including free beers in the tip calculation. This is not what should be shown on the receipt. Definately not good practice. Very deceptive.
