This was the worst food I have ever eaten!! The steak was well done when we ordered medium rare, the quesadilla burger was the greasiest thing I’ve tasted and it was also well done. The all you can eat shrimp wasn’t hot and the cocktail sauce tasted spoiled. The corn dog was very well done almost burnt. The French fries were so salty we couldn’t eat them. The bucket drinks were so sweet and I think they forgot to put in the alcohol. The waitress was very slow and couldn’t answer questions we asked. We had to ask for napkins, silverware and a steak knife. It took multiple trips for her to bring it to us. Never again will I eat there or even recommend it.

The food is made promptly and the way I like, even with my own complicated modifications. The new menu layout is also really nice and helps to find exactly what I'm looking for, with clearly labeled pictures.

The dirty Dr Pepper is a yummy addition to the menu, as is the strawberry daq a rita bucket.

My husband and i love to take advantage of the 2for$X special, and we love that we can mix and match it to meet our cravings! It's hard to pick a favorite entrée because the cooks make them all so well.

The food was good like normal. I got the chicken mega meal. Chicken was very thick in a few spots and it would be nice if it came with a sauce to put on it. The service was the issue. The waitress we had was VERY inattentive. I had to flag her down for drink refills twice after my cup had sat empty for 8 minutes each time, which I could understand if the place was busy but it was not busy at all. She never checked on us once we got our food. Again empty drinks. Then when done she brought us our bill and never came back to pick it up and run our card. After waiting for a while and her never coming I finally had to take it to the bar so I could pay and leave. This is the worst service I have gotten at any restaurant in the last several years. I will not be back to this applebees.

Ate here on 11/9 after not eating here in years. First off, there were only 2 high chairs available in the entire restaurant. When we got there, both were in use. The manager said there are usually 6 but people keep breaking the belts. The restroom was disgusting. Our food came and it was very greasy and ehhhh. Got home and had a belly ache, I’m assuming from the food. Not visiting the Beloit one again, the Janesville one is way better. The only good thing was our waitress was attentive.

My family went for dinner for my uncles birthday tonight, the service was poor. The waitress (Jacqueline I believe?) seemed to not enjoy her job. It took quite a while for her to come take the order, then she had to come back because she forgot to ask my dad and uncle how they wanted their burger/steak. She had to come back again because she forgot to ask my cousin what sides she wanted. Then once the food arrived, she didn’t bring my sisters fries or my sons mozzarella sticks, then when she came back with the sides it was TWO orders of fries and no mozzarella sticks. My husband brought the fries up to her after about 10 minutes and she seemed agitated when he asked if she wanted to take the fries back (since nobody was going to even eat them, they were supposed to be mozzarella sticks) and she said “just keep em” mind you, it was not busy. I’m a waitress, I have worked in food service for 10 years, and am currently a manager, and was disappointed by the lack of attentiveness and care for customer service. We are from Janesville, and normally go to the one here however we gave this location a chance since my uncle lives in Beloit and it was his birthday. Very disappointing and probably won’t be back due to this experience. I hope whatever manager sees this, has a meeting with their servers on how to maybe fix things that could need further training, or work on better attitudes and attentiveness.

We had been on the road for several hours and decided to grab some dinner here. We were warmly greeted as soon as we came through the door. We were promptly seated and a friendly waitress took our order immediately, remembering everything our party wanted without writing anything down. We have been going weekly since we moved to beloit last year, the last time however we waited twenty minutes to be seated, twenty minutes later we still hadn't seen wait staff for a drink order ,I could see they were all young kids and visiting with each other at the kitchen door.
There were only 2 other tables and they didn't seem to be getting any better service.
Perhaps keep one adult on staff to babysit so you don't lose all your customers, we will not be back
