Literally stealing money from customers. Don't trust this place with your debt/credit card. My order was 51.68 and I tipped $10. When I got home I noticed I had two charges on my bank account. One charge for $62.02 and one charge or $12. Called the restaurant and they essentially just told me they charged me $61.68 and there's nothing else they can do. Pic of the bank charges included. I unfortunately don't have a copy of the receipt from the table as I did not expect something like this should ever happen at a restaurant.

let me start by saying our server is quite new, and let me finish by saying that is NOT the problem.

not only are the lights in here brighter than the sun itself (even at dinnertime), but there are so many questions and absolutely no answers. where are all of my go-to foods? just wiped from the menu? is half-apps even a thing here anymore? why is there a cringey fluorescent photo booth in the hallway? why are there three different patterns of flooring despite the remodel? why are the portions smaller but the price is the same?

the staff are all wearing different color shirts, my friends combo was out for 10+ mins before i got my food, i ordered a white moscato and ended up with a sweet red…

if the food wasn’t so mediocre i’d put up with it but this atmosphere is ALL wrong. iHop or not.

Our waitress Raleigh was absolutely amazing, sweet, super awesome ..she went far and beyond ... That is the only good thing I can say about the new and improved restaurant. The food was barely edible, they were out of everything.. no ice cream no ranch dressing? .what the heck?????? .. The bartender only worried about her customers at the bar not about the rest of the customers in the restaurant.. she made our drinks completely wrong even after the waitress put them in correctly..very rude the bartender !!!! . The manager lol if you could call her that .. sat and ate food at a table didn't care that her staff had questions or there were people to seat while others were busy, she played on her phone and when our waitress asked a question the waitress had to ask several times before she looked up from her phone to answer the waitress (who was new and might I say again absolutely amazing especially under the circumstances prolly the best employee they have to be honest)! The manager was poorly dressed in a hoodie and your a restaurant manager ... Maybe get off the phone and look up and see what is going on in the restaurant! Horrible!!!

Me and my husband went here for breakfast one day, mind you I have been going here since I was a kid with my grandma out for breakfast & lunch (This was before they had merged) and I always loved there food and service was always quick and nice. But this time around we came and it was during the merge of the two restaurants, Applebees and IHOP..
it was the worst experience I’ve had for food that didn’t even compare to how it was back before they merged. The service was terrible, we sat waiting for menus for 15 minutes which ok.. can’t complain it was a bit busy.. but then as time passed we didn’t even get drinks or an order in.. and it had already been almost an hour before we even got to order anything!?! We eventually got our food after and hour of being there.. we went there before noon so around 10/11am and left almost around 1pm.. I think that’s a bit ridiculous considering it’s just breakfast and I could have done this at home very easily.. and why was the food cold when we received it?! Makes no sense.. we kept being told by our server “it’ll be just a bit” well over 10 times.. Which is sad but I enjoyed this place since a child and it was sad that I had to say that I will never come again due to the experience I had. Mind you the staff was wandering around looking at us knowing we hadn’t had service and most were standing around sitting down not doing a damn thing meanwhile the whole dinning area was getting angry and complaining about the service and food aswell. Even had the main manager of the place yelling at this one girl because she didn’t know what she was doing.. TWICE!?!
I’m sorry but there’s no excuse for the experience we had along with other customers, I’m truly disappointed in you guys.

Stopped for lunch and was seated right away. When the server came over, she tossed the wrapped utensils in the center of the table (not a good start) then asked if we wanted drinks. Ordered water for the time being, then looked at the menu. My brother in law had the make your own omelet (ham and cheese), hash browns and toast. The wife and I had the 2 for $25 special, with the appetizer being mozzarella sticks, then The Classic Bacon Cheeseburger and the New Big Bangin' Burger both with French Fries.

We were advised that the appetizer might come out at the same time as the food (thought that was strange). We waited 20+ min for our food, which two tables were served before us but arrived after us. (They had steak and burgers also).

When the food arrived the omelet was made just right, the Big Bangin' Burger was excellent with just the right amount if heat while the Bacon Cheeseburger was nothing special. The French Fries tasted old and were soggy, very unpleasant to say the least. However with the servers attitude we decided no to say anything about it. The wife did order a side of Mayonnaise, which the Expediters forgot, so when this was mentioned to the server, she rolled her eyes and said she would go get it. When she returned she dropped it by me when was supposed to go to the wife. She did apologize and brought more napkins. After this she seemed a bit better, however we were never offered a chance at dessert, just asked if the bill was going to be on one or separate.

This was the 1st visit since they joined Applebee's with IHOP. The decor was very nicely done, happy they took out the step going to the right side of the dinning room, since my brother in law is handicapped and steps are and issue for him.

Unsure if we will return for another visit since the service was severely lacking.

My mother and I visited this restaurant on a Sunday morning for breakfast. We were seated promptly, and our waitress took our drink order shortly after. Once we were ready, we placed our breakfast orders—but unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there.

We waited about 30 minutes for our food, only to receive the wrong order initially. After pointing it out, the staff corrected it, but that added another 5–8 minutes of waiting. Even then, some of the sides that were supposed to come with our meals were missing. At that point, we decided not to pursue it further.

The food itself was mediocre, and the overall service felt disorganized and slow. While I’m open to giving this location a second chance in the future, I currently have no desire to return. I hope they reconsider both their menu offerings and the efficiency of their kitchen operations.

Honestly I never really review something unless it’s really great or really bad. In this instance it was horrible. I was freezing cold like the AC was on blast all day or something, the air still had a sticky moisture smell like it did prior to the remodel. The floors were unkept, food everywhere. My waitress was wonderful, very nice lady. However the cooks/chef or expeditor not as great. All my food came out cold except for the burger which was lukewarm at best. The fettuccine Alfredo and kraft mac and cheese with fries all came cold. Barely a touch of warmth-ness. I still tried to stomach as much as I could but as you can imagine, cold pasta made me very uncomfortable. Especially my child’s kids meal. The taste was there but I don't personally enjoy cold food. I don’t think I’ll come back to this location. Used to enjoy it but it’s gone downhill.

They shrunk the menu taking off a lot from both IHOP and Applebee's. Also would not allow substitutions even if you have a medical reason for it. The dinner had started out very iffy, the waiter seemed like he was very new. A manager noticed I was unhappy and came to try to fix it from tech errors and orders being completely wrong and she was absolutely so amazing in fixing our night. She made sure our food came out absolutely amazing after that and we were totally taken care of. Fixed our frown right upside down. It was overall a great visit. I ordered what was supposed to be the steak and eggs. Ended up with some cut up cube steaks with onions and mushrooms. Which was not what I wanted. I hate mushrooms. The steak was sweet! Idk why but it was something salt couldn’t fix and it honestly disgusting. It had the softest texture when chewed which is not what i expected from steak. We received our food after others on two sides who were seated after us were served.
My partner's burger and fries were barely warm and had to be sent back. Mine was warm but certainly not hot. Waiter said the kitchen was "having problems."
Also, we were seated under an air vent blowing very cold air. We asked if the A/C could be turned down but didn't get any better. Sad to say this because we hoped a reboot of the Applebees restaurant made us want to give it another try. Unfortunately, not enough improvement beyond new floors.

Me and my wife stopped by the newly opened-refurbished Applebee's-IHOP and really enjoyed our dinner. I ordered the Fiesta Lime Chicken dinner with a Ceasar salad, and the food was great. Had to take some home as the serving size was quite large but reasonably priced. There was a lot of people being trained as they only opened up this last Wednesday, but you wouldn't know they were training. The service was fast and friendly, and we waited only 15 minuets for our dinners to come out. Will definitely be going back there again the next time we are in Green Bay.

I'd avoid this specific applebees, ESPECIALLY if you're ordering delivery. We've had them forget things several times, but this last time, they forgot drinks for the kids and a side for my wife's meal. I sent feedback to them via the website and two weeks later I received a response that they were "sorry we forgot part of your meal, we'll make a note and try to not do that again." Well, we won't be ordering from this one again, so we won't have to worry if they try hard to remember things or not.

Great food , Great Service. The issues were with the condition of seating areas at the table. Cushions need to be reupholstered badly. I had to sit on a very large rip in the seat cushion at the booth.
The dining room areas were not busy, but they seated everyone in the same general area. This made for, basically, no privacy for my wife and I to converse openly, and being forced to listen to a couple of very loud groups behaving poorly at the surrounding tables. The rest of the restaurant was nearly empty, yet everyone was assigned tables right next to each other.

It's been a while for sure. The 9pm til close specials are some of the best I've seen. I had the cheese burger which was unbelievably good. Service was fast and excellent. Unbeatable value. Second visit. My friend and I both had great meals. I chose the whole Lotta bacon burger which was enormous and great my friend had the Bourbon Street steak which he also enjoyed. Placed curb-side to go order for 3 adults. Got their bourbon steak meal, their 8 oz sirloin steak meal, and their large ceaser salad with grilled chicken in it. We ordered our meals online and so got an email verification with links for on my way and arrival. I live about 10-15 minutes from Applebee's. I arrived before the order was ready. My automated email response stated there was a problem with the order and top inside or call to resolve. The lady I spoke with was very nice. She said there was no problem, I had just arrived before everything was ready. She brought it all out in a thick paper bag. The salad was at the bottom, the steaks were above. Each meal was in a thick plastic container. All was good except the salad. They gave me lettuce sprinkled with a tiny bit of parmesan cheese - that was very disappointing. The manager at this Applebee’s location is the most rude, incompetent, and discriminatory woman I have ever met. There was a situation where there was miscommunication regarding our order. We received a dish that included shrimp, which I am allergic to. The name of the dish was very similar to the one we had ordered, which did not contain shrimp. The waitress graciously went over to speak to the manager. When the manager approached us, she used a patronizing tone, mocking us and blaming us entirely for the miscommunication. In a snarky tone, she commented “So next time, let’s make sure that we say what we want, okay?” It was like she was talking to a group of misbehaving schoolchildren. She refused to take the incorrect dish off of our bill, and reiterated that we would have to pay for that and the remade pasta. Immediately after our conversation, she checked in on another table whose drink order was incorrect and said “I would like to SINCERELY apologize”. The issue was not with the bill, or even the policy of not being able to take that charge off since I understand that could be out of her control, but the way we were treated was completely unacceptable in a professional setting. Not once did she apologize, instead acting as if we should fall over our feet apologizing to her. Additionally, when the table next to us had a problem with their order, she graciously remade their dish and did not recharge it on their bill. It’s important to note that we were one of two parties who were people of color. We were both notably treated with slower service and a more degrading tone - the other table didn’t even get water upon sitting down for half an hour. After our conversation, the manager made a point of ignoring us for the rest of our dining experience, pointedly checking in on all tables loudly around us with a comically sweet tone but never even glancing our way. The manager has a face tattoo and seriously needs to learn how to treat ALL patrons (regardless of race) with respect. Thankfully, our wonderful waitress Cassandra was kind and gracious and even went out of her way to apologize for the miscommunication, but didn’t have the authority to make any changes to our bill.

Ordered an appetizer, quesadilla, with just chicken and cheese and our first one had peppers/salsa or whatever in them. They took it back and we got a replacement app AFTER everyone else was done eating. It was uncooked tortilla with chicken and cheese microwaved. My family and I went to this location at 9 PM. After waiting for 38 minutes, I noticed that three different tables with the same number of people had already placed their orders. I asked to speak with a manager and approached a lady at the bar. She said she was the manager. I asked if there was any reason we hadn’t been served or at least had our drink orders taken. She simply said, “No, there’s no reason — that’s just how it is.”

I go here pretty often. I can't say I've ever been disappointed. The food always tastes wonderful, and if you need anything adjusted to your preferences, the cook never disappoints with requests. The bartender/waitress I normally see and deal with, named Hannah, is very attentive, ensuring she checks to see if you need anything or if the meal is to your liking. The only thing I could complain about is there is always something broken in the men's bathroom since everyone wants to be the Hulk apparently, lol.

Ordered the chicken oriental salad, fettuccine Alfredo, and southwest salad. The food was good and the sever did a great job. But the floor was messy with food and took 30 minutes to get cleaned up. The table and menus were sticky.

My dad and I came here before a concert and it's probably one of the nicest Applebee's we've been to. The food was great, the service was very fast, and it was a really great option for some solid comfort food. I was feeling less than stellar due to back pain and exhaustion, so it was awesome to get fed so quickly and the server was super kind to us. My dad was happy about the $4 old fashioneds and said that they were pretty solid. He also really liked his Bourbon Street Chicken and Waffle Fries. He also liked the side salad he ordered and was very happy that they have Italian dressing and that it's not a creamy dressing. I stuck to Chicken Fingers and fries, and while it might not sound exciting they were really good and just what I needed.

I'll definitely be back sometime if I'm catching a show in Green Bay again.

I was here on 2-20-24 and had a waiter by the name of Jordan. He was so down the earth and most humblest waiter I’ve had in a very long time. He had plenty to share as knowledge wise and shared all the daily and weekly specials with us. A very good experience last night. I was very impressed and very pleased leaving here yesterday. The burger I had seen in the pictures was the first time I tried one like it. It was so delicious and tasty it was mind blowing. Must try. #FoodieDuaneTheWisconsinite The Mexi-Ranch sauce and the pico-de-gallo is what tied all the flavors together on my burger. The Ope Inna Glass was very delicious as well. Packed a heavy punch but in a good way.

Never had an issue with other Applebees before. Waited 10 minutes before waiter came to take drink order. Small signature steak. Very few and small onions and mushrooms. Potatoes were plain with little flavor. Out of broccoli. Substitute was seriously 2 tablespoons of coleslaw. My two Diet Pepsi’s were great:). Halfway through meal sounded like a fight in kitchen. Loud banging noises and male yelling. Everyone in the dining area noticed. No sign of my first waiter after that. Different waitress brought me bill. She was more attentive and kind. Sorry for the review. Disappointing visit.

As a former employee from a different branch, I'm honestly surprised at the level of unprofessionalism I experienced here. The food was served COLD and tasted off... I've eaten at applebees for years, and I've never seen such an apathetic wait staff. The host barely said one word to us. Didn't even tell us who our server would be Not once did our waitress check in on us, she brought us refills without asking, food that had obviously been sitting out under the warmers for too long, the manager blamed everything on a chef being late and someone with no training apparently was making everyone's food... what the hell? I would be willing to bet money it was not the chef.

We were offered a free dessert as compensation for waiting 45 mins for cold alfredo and rubbery chicken. When we didn't accept that, we got an $8 discount on a $50 meal... How very generous.

It shocks me that a restaurant in a bustling city like Green Bay (home of the packers) has lower quality service than mine in Marinette did.

I love applebees food, and 99% of the time I've had wonderful experiences but tonight... something just went very wrong. It seemed everyone seated in our section was unhappy. One gentlemen even chased the manager down to file a complaint. Do better.

Food was not great. We ordered the all you can eat and I honestly couldn’t get through the first helping. It was too over cooked for me (tastewise wasn’t good either) and my sister’s was cold. She ended up in the bathroom throwing it up. It took 40 mins to get our food and normally I wouldn’t have a huge deal but when you’ve got little ones that won’t sit still it kind of gets to be too much time. The waitress was so busy so she didn’t get to us very often as well.
