Worst dining experience to date. We were seated & our order was taken right away. After about 10 minutes we still hadn’t received drinks, but noticed two servers who were going in & out of restroom together giggling - we suspect drugs were involved. Another server did a drop & run with our appetizer & 8 minutes later we asked our server if we would be getting our drinks; she said the soda machine was broken & was just fixed so she would be getting them now; I explained everyone else got their drinks, so she lied. We asked of we could just have our food to go. Another 5 minutes went by & the manager said they would discount our food for the inconvenience, but it gets better she comes back out after we’ve now ordered almost 30 minutes ago to let us know they ran out of ribs.. how did you not know you were out of the food we ordered before 30 minutes goes by?! Poor quality staff, poor management. All around a concerning experience. Would not recommend!!

7/16 once again came to the East side after a late show and everyone was super friendly and welcoming , Lexas made an amazing perfect margarita! WonTon tacos are freaking the besttt! Stopped in Sunday 3/30 after 9pm and had an amazing friendly bartender named Thomas. He made some great drinks! The apps were so good we had to reorder 2nds! Just like Krolls, the East Side is the Best side. Unless we are talking rap battles, then the west coast wins!

This is an update from an earlier post.
After eating here a few times the service went right down the toilet! After sitting waiting for service, we finally got up and walked out. No waiters around. We even asked for a waitress/waiter. Nothing! There were only 3 tables occupied, and I understand why. It's not like they were swamped. So disappointed. This place needs an overhaul. The exterior is so shabby, sidewalk needs repair before someone gets hurt.
Save your money and go somewhere else. We won't be back!

Staff was great. My mother is not in the best of shape. The staff helped with doors, got us a table vs booth, and even double checked on her in the bathroom. Our waiter a college student from Oshkosh who was attentive and personable. I heard a guy giving him some (in fun) razzing about not knowing what and 7 and 7 drink was and he took it well. Food is always on par. Some things are stellar and some things I'm not a fan of. The double crunch shrimp was meh for me a long with the ribs being slightly above average. My mother liked both. Atmosphere is pretty wide open. It can get noisy on some days/evenings and sometimes it's hard not to overhear others conversations especially the more obnoxious clientele. Lunch was pretty quiet. All in all a good 4 star experience that the staff pushed to a 5. Well done!

I came here for lunch 6/5 and there were two other tables and the rest was empty. This place is absolutely disgusting dirty! I feel absolutely nasty even eating here. Dirt all over the walls, people fingers all over the windows. All the table have this nasty sticky film on them. The seats haven’t been wiped in months it looks like. Just want to state my severe disappointment in this establishment a place where me and my family have been going for years but now will never return due to Terrible rude service and blatant attitude towards my family. We first walked in and were greeted which was good but as we walked in we heard a group of waiters begging each other to take our table for reference there were only 4 tables in the restaurant. After we heard this we got a waiter that was extremely rude and rushed us and I mean rushed. Walking up to our table not asking us anything or introducing themselves just what do you guys want. We ordered our food ignoring the rudeness then he comes back with our dishes practically dropping them on the table and rushing away. Also other waiters sat on their phones and ate food as a manager sat there and watched. We’ve had poor service the last 4 times we’ve been and honestly this our last time coming here which is extremely disappointing. And yes we’ve tipped and been nice every time we have been but this restaurant can no longer receive any more of my hard earned money. Sad to see what this place has come too now. Hope they address the issues before the draft or there will be plenty more reviews like this.

We stopped here for lunch after taking in Wildlife Reserves in the area. We ordered a Very Good Chicken Alfredo dinner! Tender chicken with alfredo sauce that had good flavor to it. Way too often it is bland, but not here. Pleasant atmosphere, good waiter. I will definitely return.

I placed a pick up order on 10/30/24 for 5 to go drinks and since it was pick up i did not tip. Then the next day my bank told me the transaction changed because a tip was added. Everytime I call to report the theft I keep getting you need to call back then I call back and I’m told someone will call you back. Here we are on 2/10/2025 and i do not have my money returned to me nor has anyone called me back. I just called and spoke with Randy and he just dismissed me saying i need to call back in an hour. I am filing a police report for theft since they are refusing to help me!

Very disappointed with our last two take out dinners from this location. Ordered the Oriental Chicken Salad both times. The first time the chicken was so over salted it was inedible, and I love salty food, but this like I said was inedible. We thought maybe we just didn't have a great cook that day. We ordered the same thing again today and our "salad" consisted of 10 little pieces of chopped 1x1 inch pieces of lettuce. I also had rotten red cabbage in my salad that was quite obvious. The health inspector should really be called on this site. The number for parking lot pickup is out of service and we struggled to get our order in a timely manner. I called and asked the manager for a refund for the salad. They could not refund our card and we had to drive back to get a cash refund, a huge inconvenience. I walked in tonight on a Wednesday to get my refund, no problem.
The place was dead with maybe three tables full. This site has really gone downhill since Covid and prices are inflated for what you actually get. We won't be ordering or returning again.

Typical food, probably comes in frozen and the ingredients as we all know, suck. But it was good in a pinch when we were starving after Christmas shopping. Wish they had a better craft beer selection on tap. Server was nice. The food was a good price for the bottomless soup and salad. It was Friday for us, so no meat. Soup and salad was a good choice. The French onion was a little soggy, but again it probably all comes in frozen.

The food we ordered was outstanding not a problem at all. It looked picture good. Love the four cheese, mac and cheese . Alex was our server, he was phenomenal! Really attentive! The one thing that really bothered me was having to over hear another waitress say, when is that large group going to get out of her section. Which I was confused because Alex took care of us and the large group. I was hoping I wasn't in her section. She seamed really odd about people sitting in a restaurant. I felt uncomfortable hearing that from the girl waitress. She was tall thin red blond hair. I don't want free food or anything like that. Just maybe addressed to her.

I met a friend for lunch today at this Applebee’s location. I was so inspired by the young woman, Venise, who was putting in so much extra work and effort to make tables clean and enjoyable for people coming in. So many restaurants now don’t have enough staff or perhaps staff that’s motivated enough to put in this extra effort. So I wanted to put a shout out to Venise and anyone she reports to in management. Just had my worst experience at any restaurant ever here at Applebees. Our server took 15 minutes to wait on us, then took another 40 minutes to bring our drinks, which arrived after most of our food. Our wings came out 10 minutes after the rest of our food and all of it was flavorless and cold. When we paid, our waitress messed up our bills and sent another server to tell us, who told us we should “figure it out ourselves since it was just a couple dollars difference”

Came in after football game with a group of 8. When we walked into the restaurant the group of staff members were all huddled around a table. Clearly not busy, looked at us and looked away, ignored us and continued on with their chatting.
Several minutes go by and a different employee, who was nice came and greeted us but then told us that they cannot take large groups after 10pm....I do not understand this. We asked if we could just have 2 tables, she said that would be okay to give her a moment.

Another lady that came to us while we were still waiting at the door very rudely let us know that they do not take large groups after 10. Again, we did not mind sitting at separate tables. We let her know that someone was getting us a table. She says, OMG rolled her eyes and walked away.

We are talking about 8 people, not a group of 20+

He came back after taking our order to let us know that the Manager said we could not share our food. Like WHAT??? I have never been to a restaurant where you were not allowed to share food!
