The staff was great! Very friendly and loved to make jokes. Definitely made our son feel like he got to be a grown-up. Food was slow getting out to us, but once we got it, it was really good. The manager was very sweet and gave us a little discount for having to wait and his knowledge of places to go and see where great as we were out of towners. Would definitely go back if we are in the area.

I've been to Applebee's, in this location a number of times and I've always had great service and great food. This time was really a letdown. Our server did not check back with us. Our food got brought out after almost 45 minutes. We got no drink refills, even though we ask for them was probably one of the worst experiences at an Applebee's, I've had ever And I will not be going back.

Got seated and had our drink orders taken, we were then forgotten about for 15 minutes. Had to go remind people we were here. My drink tasted like it had ice melting in it for that 15 minutes, when I brought this up with our server she was very rude and made it seem like it's my taste buds. I was offered a new iced tea but in a different flavor since I "didn't like how that one was made," or that "you would just like a brisk better." I do like regualr iced tea just not one thats had all of its ice melted into it. She seemed even more annoyed that I just wanted water after that. Was not a pleasant dinner.

Ordered the impossible burger without cheese, as I am vegan and it came with pieces of melted cheese on it. I called to inform the staff that this was unacceptable ans was told, "It happens the meat and impossible burger all come in contact." I think the staff needs to get educated about the definition of vegan and don't offer vegan options if you are not going to honor that. The prices are very expensive and they think you should be happy with whatever they serve you. DO NOT GO HERE

First of all I want to say, my family and I drive from the Eau claire area to Hudson specifically to stop and eat at this establishment. We've had great experiences each time. We’ve both been servers(at Applebees in particular) and know that everyone has bad days. But tonight we experienced the absolute worst service from Sydney D. We waited and waited without her even checking in on us. My boyfriend ordered a new beer since the first one was bad. He had to walk up to the bar and ask for a new one since our server was nowhere to be seen. I also ordered a second lemonade and mexi ranch. NONE of it came. I had to walk myself over to the HOST and ask for napkins and to send our server over when she could. The host brought us our napkins. Still no server. The beer finally came. My boyfriend’s fiesta lime chicken was extremely dry. By the time Sydney came over to see us, we were all finished with our meal. She asked us if we needed our bill. My boyfriend told her that we didn’t receive anything we’d asked for and that his food wasn’t good. She gave him an attitude and began walking away without letting him finish what he was saying. Keep in mind he was not being rude by any means. (Roll the cameras and you’d see) No apology, not a word. We walked up to the host stand and talked to the manager. We told him that the service was terrible and that Sydney was rude. He offered to comp our entire bill which we very much appreciate but we weren’t looking for a free meal. We expected to be treated with kindness and respect. Sydney also walked up to the host stand to finally hand us our paper bill while we were speaking with the manager. She didn’t want to hear what my boyfriend was saying so she laughed, said “okay.” And walked away mid conversation, yet again. We all have bad days but we would NEVER treat paying customers the way that she treated us. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting and I really hope she loses it. Take accountability and apologize for the poor service. Don’t run away when things gets hard. We will never be setting foot in this establishment ever again.

We did the all you a can eat $14.99 wings and riblets. Food was pretty good. Needs less sauce on the wings and riblets were on the dry side. They need more than 1 server and bartender on duty, as our server was actually the bartender. We had to ask for more fries when we got the refill on food. All in all, they still have decent food, but like most everywhere else, the quality is slipping a bit.

We went to the Hudson Applebees at the request of my 8 year old daughter. I can overlook the appetizer that didn’t come out until after the meals, the cold food (every one of the 6 people at the table) and the drinks that were not refilled or noticed. All Applebee's are not created equal. This particular location is an example of just that. The food and service are frequently hit or miss.
This time around I ordered "curbside" through the Applebee's website. I couldn't accomplish anything using the Applebee's mobile app as it crashed repeatedly.
I ordered the Three Cheese Chicken Penne. The portion was rather small; the chicken dried out, the texture and appearance were like straw; and there was NO alfredo sauce on it, leaving it tasteless and dry.
The French Onion Soup was nothing more than broth. There was no onions in it! Nary a one!!
Of course, these problems are made worse when the patron orders take out.
There's always NEXT time, right?! Maybe....maybe not.

Looked like a standard Applebee's. Quite a number of issues:
Tried to sign up for the app, navigation to birthday was horrible, never got the confirmation email for a free appetizer or that I joinedthe rewards program.
Server was not aware of the specials, drink or food; eventhough we asked about them.
Fries were stone cold, asked the manager to fix, replacement fries were not any better. Still cold, same pile of fries from the kitchen.
During our stay we witnessed two other orders that were messed up.( missing items, chicken Alfredo minus the Alfredo sauce)
Overall, if you need an Applebee's, drive to Woodbury, save yourself some trouble.
As a prior cook and server I was shocked at the low food quality and lack of service.

Our server was brand new and did a wonderful job. But the manager that was there was just rude, sounding to her staff. Sat with a table, she knew the people. Had a conversation with them for who knows how long we were there for at least an hour. She said she would give us a discount on our steaks because they weren't cooked right. Instead of going to let the servicer know this or doing it herself. She just sat down again and started talking again. I feel she wasn't doing her job, like checking in with her staff with other customers and making sure things are running well. But thinks, it's okay to sit with someone she knows and have a conversation with them for at least 1 hour and have an attitude with her stuff that is doing a good job. Also seems to be seeking out something wrong to yell that her stuff.
