I had the salmon, broccoli and mashed potatoes with a mango and strawberry smoothie. Everything was excellent. My husband had a loaded hamburger and fries. His burger was so thick he had to eat it sideways 🤣. He said he enjoyed his burger and fries. Our waitress was McKenna ,she informed my husband that the sauce that is put on the bun is very spicy, she recommended the sauce to be put in a side cup. It sure was spicy so he was glad she told him. Very satisfied with our dinner.

Eat at the restaurant in Menomonee Falls Wisconsin was not really Impressed but the Restaurant in West Bend Wisconsin B4 it closed was Excellent we went there at least 5 to 6 times a month the restaurant in Menomonee Falls was very noisy the restaurant in West Bend was moderately noisy me and my wife went to the one in Menomonee Falls the one in West Bend there would be me my wife my son his wife and his 3 children very enjoyable

The food was gross. I was able to bear eating half of my steak, my mashed potatoes were soup like, and the flavor of any of it just wasn't right. They weren't busy and the 7 waitresses that were there "working" were all sitting at one of the tables horsing around. We heard cuss words come from them repeatedly. I wondered what their boss would do if they experienced what we had. I remember now why I don't go here and I WILL NOT BE BACK EVER! 🤢

He got a lemonade and it was warm?? Like the top half was warm bottom was cold, it was gross. And the bacon tasted very fake, and the burger oh LORD was it greasy had to wash my hands.

Bartender swears, sits on the bar, is loud and went and sat at a table with GM who didn't do anything, heard everything and ignore it all. When we had an issue with the bill the GM was rude and said thats how Applebee's does it and walked away.

I came here for a business trip, we had drinks and a classic combo. Brooke really made our visit worth it. When we returned for dinner on Wednesday, I noticed she was there but she informed me she wasn't our server, so since we requested her to be. She took good care of my colleagues and I again. Met all our needs and even got me a brownie bite for my birthday. When I return, I hope Brooke M is working so we can have A1 service yet again.

I've always been a fan of Applebee's and have visited locations all over the country, but this one really missed the mark. I walked in at 11 AM and requested a window seat, which I’ve done at other locations without issue. Instead, the host started explaining their seating policy to balance the waitstaff. I was puzzled—it's 11 AM, and there were only two of us!

I ordered my usual steak, asking for it to be cooked medium well, but it came out well done. I also requested that my broccoli not be too soft, but my waiter seemed confused and said they might not be able to accommodate my request.

To top it off, I ordered a pina colada and a water. My pina colada tasted watered down, and my water had something floating in it. I usually tip generously for good service, but given this experience, I only left about a 10% tip. On my way out, I overheard my waiter complaining to another staff member about the 10%tip, as if she deserved more. It was really disappointing.

Love Applebee’s! Their food is good and their service is always friendly! Our server always had a smile on her face and came back numerous times to check on everything and refill our drinks. I really like the interactive chive trivia game They have on the TV. It makes waiting for the food a lot funner which wasn’t long because the food came quickly! The time between the salads and the main course was timed perfectly! We usually go for their happy hour half price apps but this time we ordered off the regular menu and everything was good! The fiesta lime chicken is always good and I tried the prime rib dipper! Best prime rib I’ve ever had no joke! The dip wasn’t really au jus but more of a French onion soup. But it was still good! It’s a convenient stop on our way home from up north so we will definitely be back!

Arrived at 10:40 pm after a kids baseball game. Server was friendly, but it took 40 minutes to get one food order. 20 minutes later and the other persons food order hadn't arrived. Who serves 1/2 the table until all food is ready.

Ended up canceling the other meal so my son didn't have to sit another half hour while we waited for my food and then to eat it. Waiter never checked in on us or asked if we'd like another drink or offered any type of discount to make up for the bad service. Definitely would not recommend or return. It's too bad as my son likes the food.

My husband and I were eager to stop by for some lunch and were excited to see it wasn't busy. The food and service were both excellent! We ordered the Appetizer Sampler and everything was on point and delicious. My husband said his favorite app was the Pretzels with Beer Cheese. Our entrees came out piping hot - mine was literally sizzling! I enjoyed the Bourbon Street Shrimp and Chicken. The shrimp was the best part followed by the garlic mash. The chicken could have used some seasoning but overall was tasty. My husband opted for a Bacon Cheeseburger and said it was pretty good. We also tried the exclusive Berry Mountain Dew. It tasted like a blue icee! Our waitress was prompt and even refilled our drinks before we even had to ask. The whole restaurant was clean. We will definitely be back. This was definitely the best food and service at an Applebee's that we've experienced. Kudos to their team!

My friend and I got to Applebees and were seated the hostess was nice. We started with one watress who was apparently “in charge” who took our drink order. She never came back to our table. The another wattress brought our drinks, didn’t ask what we wanted to eat or if we were ready to order. While she was gone another wattress came back to take our food order that’s when we took the chance to say something was wrong with our drunks, which we realized after one small sip and didn’t drink anymore. So she took them; we could visibly see her talking to the lady “in charge” when she returned she came back with the same drinks in hand, she then told us the lady “in charge” said she wasn’t going to do anything about it and we had to still pay for these drinks when all we asked was that they be remade. The service sucks the management set a poor example for customer service which clearly rubs off on the other employees

It falls on the appetizers in the menu however it does not say it excluded the dish that we were eating from. We were talking in front of the server and she didn’t wanna tell us. I could have gotten a stake for the SAME PRICE!!

Many places I go lately I see employees who don't smile, don't engage with their customers, and appear as if they don't really want to be there. I enjoyed watching the employees here tonight. They talked to each other, made little comments to each other as they pass by each other and laugh, yet were attentive to the customers. We had a great service, they all seem to work together, making sure the food was hot and making sure another beverage was at the table just as the last one ran out. It made my evening more enjoyable and brought back times when people work would work hard, have fun, and support each other. Thanks for the experience. Keep up the good work!
