I come here frequently and overall, I usually receive good food and service. The servers are always nice and the bar tenders are very informative! The food is usually fresh and taste really good! Waited at the host stand for a pretty good amount of time. She was in a bad mood. My server was nice but barely spoke and when my food was brought out to me, it wasn't even him that brought it out and it wasn't even right. When it got corrected, also still wasn't the server that brought it out, he was too concerned about the people behind me. Legit sat at their table my entire meal. Food was fine. When I was finished, it probably took 10 to 15 minutes for him to finally notice I was finished and ready to leave. On top of that I had to wait for the table that he was so concerned about to finish signing their check so I could use the pen they had. Overall not happy and wouldn't recommend nor go back.

I recently placed a pickup order at Applebee’s and the experience could not have gone smoother. From start to finish, everything was handled with care and attention. The staff were not only efficient but also incredibly welcoming—each person I encountered greeted me kindly, held the doors open, and wished me a pleasant day. Small gestures like that make a world of difference and set this location apart.

This was by far the most seamless pickup I’ve ever had, and I left feeling genuinely appreciated as a customer. I will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend this Applebee’s location to anyone looking for excellent service and a positive dining experience.

Update: just ordered food from online. Not only was i over charged for a beef patty and extra order of shrimp (with no shrimp), without my french onion soup, with a raw steak, i had to drive back to have a solution. They asked i bring the food BACK or they wouldnt do anything? I brought back the steak that was made incorrectly because everything else was missing or over charged for that was also not there. And was then offered to get that steak remade or a refund....? But i got over charged for things i didnt get? Had to come back and did not have any decent employees to help or understand? Not sure how this happened? Then to have employees verbally express discontent for my frustration is beyond me. Like what is happening? I also waited almost 10 extra minutes, when they garenteed the food would be ready when i got there. TONS of employees standing around adding comments. Very uncomfortable. Sad west bend is closed.

When we walked in we were seated almost immediately which is good but sadly out server looked under the influence of drugs and could not get our order correct or out in a timely manner (40+minutes). There were 3 groups who were seated after us and yet they got their food AND drinks before we got our drinks. Overall not a good experience. I would drive to the west bend location

Overall, a great evening was had. My family and I were seated immediately, the food came out in reasonable timing and the food was pretty good. Our waitress (Gabby) was in training but she had a very supportive trainer (Damanique) nearby. They were super friendly, engaging and kept us laughing. Ana (a manager) also came by and check on us and a few others around us. Overall fun night for me, my husband and our 2 kids. We will be returning, hoping for a similar experience.

We went in father's day with a party of four and it was pretty busy so it took us about 20 min to be seated. They seemed a little understaffed so it did take a while in between every interaction with our waiter but he did a great job, just remembered everything we ordered completely correctly and the food actually blew me away for an Applebee's. Would go again, hopefully on not as much of a loud and busy day though.

Save your time and money by not eating here as there is no respect for either.

After a long day of moving and cleaning, my companion and I placed a curbside pickup order through the app. We arrived a few minutes early and waited patiently, understanding that delays happen. After about 10 minutes, a staff member came out to let us know our order was almost ready — which we appreciated.

However, the real issue began when the assistant manager, Stephanie, informed us that the promotional watermelon margarita we ordered was unavailable due to a lack of watermelon. Instead of offering us available flavor options, she simply asked what we wanted instead, but neither she nor the app listed any alternatives. We asked for a refund, and she said she would take care of it.

About 10 minutes later another staff member (the bartender) came out and offered to make us a different flavor, and told us the available flavors which we appreciated, and we chose blue raspberry. However, the assistant manager returned to say she had already “written it on the books” as a credit and asked again if we wanted the drink or the credit. At this point, we had been waiting quite a while, so I said I didn’t mind either way — we just wanted to resolve it.

Unfortunately, we waited another 10 minutes only to be told that since we were already “on the books,” and they didn’t want us to “miss the promotion” and we would have to come back the next day. She also stated the she spoke with the GM and that Stephanie was going to personally be getting the watermelon flavoring tomorrow. While this may have been well-intentioned, it was disappointing. We had already waited a long time, and the whole reason we ordered curbside was for convenience — not to have to return the next day. To make matters worse, by the time we got home, our food was cold.

I’m not usually one to complain, but this experience fell well below the standard of service I’ve come to expect from Applebee’s. The rest of the Applebees crew tried their best and were kind and helpful but unfortunately that wasn’t enough due to the treatment from Stephanie and we won’t be returning in the future.

We ended up going back in the next day to get our drinks at around 5:30 pm and Stephanie wasn’t there nor was the watermelon flavoring. This made it seem like Stephanie had lied to us and really left a bad taste in our mouths. Shout out to the bartender who offered us a different flavor and we were able to leave with what we had paid for.

We went to this Applebee's on Easter Sunday, 2025.
We ordered the 2/$25 special.
One of us had the garlic steak, with garlic mashed and green beans. The other had the hot honey glazed chicken and bacon, with mushrooms & onions, and waffle fries.
Our dinner also included an appetizer, of which we chose the spinach artichoke dip.
Everything was perfect!!!
Our server, Alfonso, was great!
We've been telling everyone we know (including on social media) what great food & service we had!
Made for a very nice Easter Sunday!
Really wanted to give five stars for everything, but the ambiance could be a little better.

Applebees food is still really good but they are really hurting for help. Our waitress had to run and run. She was very friendly luckily because the greeter acted as though we made her get up off the couch during the last ten minutes of her favorite soap opera to welcome and seat us. (I’ll leave it at that).
We had the AYCE riblet special and they definitely won because our waitress only returned once to ask if we were good and offer to refill the portion. The Fiesta Lime Chicken was excellent, but the value was lost with the special. We love Applebees and want them to be great so we’re not ready to give up.
Hopefully that area gets some good help and it can thrive again. I know they are not alone in this staffing battle,

The worst experience! Our waiter was good he took our order right away and was very attentive, however after sitting for about 25 minutes with just drinks I checked on my appetizer I was then told that my order mysteriously disappeared from the screen. I was advised that he would send over the manager. When the manager arrived instead of being concerned with our order, not being entered, she began to state that the appetizer I ordered couldn’t go with the two for 25 deal, which was OK however she never mentioned anything about our food order disappearance nor did she address the issue when we brought it up she rolled her eyes and said I’ll do something about that. I just wanted to let you know that the appetizer can’t go with your deal. When the food arrived mine was undercooked and my partner meal was very dry and disgusting not edible. I don’t believe I’ll be returning back to Applebee’s. The manager there was terrible.

Rewriting my post that I made sometime ago since the pandemic. I would like to say that I really like Applebee's. The food is great along with the service and always and good place to come for lunch and dinner. Matt the bartender along with Mel and Lynn are really good friends when going there. Hostess at the door and the manager have been always been kind talking to them and also a shout out to some of the bar patrons I've gotten to know. Another thing I should mention is the ever changing menu items and drink specials. Keep up the great work.

Thursday March 6 7pm after a long day of work, I decided to bring my 3children me & my Fiance’ to Applebees…We arrived was seated…Ordered food and drinks..Me & my Fiance’s frozen Margaritas were so watery & missing items that was suspose to be in them,they tasted like koolaid…Got our food never seen the server again to even tell him what we needed or any of our issues we was having…His name was Kinen which we only seen literally 3xs the whole 2hours we was there…The food was horrible and bland as ever I was so upset ,I paid the $105.00 and left…I will never go back..All i can do is shake my head..

Stopped in around 5:20 on a Saturday. Not really busy, less than 1/2 tables were occupied. Can't really rate for food, since we never saw a server, despite waiting at the table over 12 minutes with no acknowledgement. Went to the hostess station to inquire if the section we were seated in had anyone working. The hostess told us "yeah, someone's checking it." Waited 7 more minutes...still nothing. We got up and passed the hostess station as we left. She gave us a questioning look, but said nothing. I told her "still nothing." "Noone wanted to be bothered with us." Not exactly a welcome to the neighborhood experience. We generally like Applebee's but this visit was a Hard No. Not sure if we will be back, and wouldn't recommend to others, as we would not want them to be treated the same.

My family of 5 came in for dinner at 5:30 and asked for a table instead of a booth due to 1 in our party had a walker and another person had a cane. They said they didn't have anything, they could sit us in a booth and 2 at a table across from the booth. We asked if we could have a table with the one sitting on their walker at the end and told NO. When calling corporate office was mentioned the hostess reluctantly said she would check with her manager and we were told we would have to wait 15 min for a table and there was nobody infront of us and nobody behind us waiting to be seated. And it was not that busy, so we chose to leave and go to UNOS and dropped over $150.00. Appleebees loss Unos gain. By far the worst service we had ever at an appleebees. I watch a server clean bathrooms and another server walked over to the bathrooms with a dish asked the server who was cleaning bathrooms to run this dish and the server ran the dish without washing hands. To add to this the bathroom was awful and found this random medical stuff that was opened on the counter..... and to top it off our server never check in on us once I asked for water and had to ask for more water when he brought the bill. Stopped by and four employees hanging out by the hostess booth. We were greeted warmly but they didn't know if they could seat us. A mom with three kids came in and they barely acknowledged her. One gal ran to the back and returned with menus and said it would be some minutes. We sat to wait. She ran to the black again while the three other male employees chatted. She returned with menus and then seated the group of four instead of us. We left and went next door to Unos, who had one hostess. She seated us immediately redeeming our evening. Melissa J was an awesome server. She deserves a bonus and a raise. She was very polite and on top of things. Food was 10/10. Service was 10/10. Boneless wings were 50 cents and they were good.

Don't go here if you expect to actually eat. Ordered the bottomless riblett/bonelesswing/shrimp deal. Over 30minutes after ordering still received 0 food at which point I was done. My 6 year old got his food and was completely done and I still didn't get food. This was after it took 10minutes for fountain drinks after being ordered. When I said we're done server then said our food was magically ready all of the sudden. Claimed reorders wouldn't take as long but wasn't taking the chance having 2 kids that were sick of sitting after 45minutes, 0 food recieved for the 2 year old. Other employees that we could see were barely working. It's clear there's a lack of proper training at all Applebee's at this point because I've received overly slow service at multiple locations. And more than half the tables were empty and no one at the bar so kitchen shouldn't be that backed up to make boneless wings and shrimp that take about 5 minutes to get fried.

Curbside order was over 20 minutes late. No one answered the phone. I has to talk to five different people inside to get my food. Luckily I checked it for accuracy because one of the items I bought was wrong. I would not recommend this Applebee's.

They advertised all you can eat ribsllett on Monday and Tuesday, before I finished my plate and decided to go for the 2nd, the server said there are no more ribslletts. We were there before 5 pm, and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. I doubt that they were sold out. Then the server told us all the ribslletts are still frozen.🤔...If you advertise all you can eat, shouldn't you be prepared? Not to mention, the silverware they gave me was dirty.
Also, the Ms manager in red shirt was rude too. The manager made us move the tables back while we were eating, She said we were blocking the walkway. But her employees were the one setup the tables.

Went on a Friday. Were seated quickly; however, took about 15-20 mins for anyone to come serve our group of 4. The restaurant was very warm and humid and it seemed like there was no AC at all! Food was still alright but not great. Our server was very nice, yet other workers around were unprofessional and made rude faces to customers. Chicken tenders had a lot of gristle and hard fat chunks compared to actual edible parts. Also found little hairs in my water. Used to like this Applebees, but it seems like it has drastically gone downhill. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else if you can!!

I used to like going to this Applebee's. I stopped in about a month ago for dinner since I had not been to since before the pandemic. There was a larger group of about 7 people ahead of us and probably 8 guests in the whole restaurant. The hostess got snappy with the large group and told all of us it would be about 20 minutes to be seated. The place was literally empty on an early Sunday evening.

Needless to say, we all left, and I took myself down the street to Su Casa where I was seated immediately even though there was a crowd waiting.

Ordered carside to go. I didn't want to get out of my car, so that's the reason I tip. I called the number on the side to let the staff know I was outside. There was an emoyee who was just standing next to the phone and wouldn't answer it. I went inside and stated I am here to pick up my carside." He said I don't work over here and walked off. These companies really need to do better with their training. This is just another restaurant I will cross off my list to order take out.

We stopped in for a late dinner after seeing a movie. We ordered a steak with shrimp meal and a crispy chicken salad. The steak was served warm, dry, and tasteless. We asked the waitresses if it was freshly prepared, and she said "yes they probably just left it on the grill too long." I asked her if she would eat the steak served to us? She responded, "I don't eat steak." The salad served with lettuce with cold, sliced chicken tenders and shredded cheese on top... It appeared to us that stopping in at 10:00pm an hour before the restaurant closed was a huge mistake! Nothing was fresh or served as described on the menu. However, the prices were the same regardless. Applebee's has work to do... The food quality and customer service should be the same no matter what time you visit. I'm not a big fan of Applebee's anyway, and I definitely won't be back!

It was the worst experience I have ever had!!!.I don't think there is anything positive that I can say.Staff was terrible!!. Food was awful. Oh my goodness as I sit here writing this review I get even more upset about our experience. I will be contacting corporate about this experience. Never ever train a new employee on a Friday night!!!.Management must be a toddler running this establishment. Stay away from this restaurant don't waste your money or time.
