We actually visited twice in 2 days. Each time it was great. Our server the night before was our bartender the next day (Kaden I think was his name). He was very friendly and so efficient. Give me that rack of ribs. This guy in the back freaking nailed them. I could eat them with no teeth. Literally sat there and ate a rack with no utensils.. bones pulled right out. Now for the record it doesn't go this way every time but when they get it right they get it right. I had BBQ sauce everywhere while I stared at the cute waitresses for an hour. I have had three separate issues where I place and online order for delivery granted it’s off of their website and not me using DoorDash so you’d think I’d have better luck NOPE! I order this don’t get thr right item I order another thing still the wrong item but I paid for it, I order again today and paid for said item but don’t get the item. Danielle was mine and my wife’s server at the bar today. She was very pleasant to deal with. And has a great attitude was the only one here serving tables and the bar. Then 4 O’clock rolls around and it’s time for shift change. Kade is another bartender here yelling at her for greeting a table and says well you greeted them you figure it out. Then proceeds to slam bottles around and completely not acknowledging my empty drink. He never once said hi to us or anything. In fact he has been basically pissy and an ass since he got here. Then we over hear him complaining about his coworkers. And just sitting on his ass while he should be behind the bar. Very unprofessional and maybe should try a different career choice since he obviously hates people.

My husband and I order from here all the time, this time was the worst it has ever been. When we order car side to go, I understand the time the app gives isn't exact, but my 10-year-old and I waited for 28 minutes for our food on Friday night. 3 times, the wait staff came out to keep telling us our food "will be out shortly." Waiting 5 or 10 minutes, I completely understand, but waiting 28 minutes is not ok. When we opened our food we were disappointed. My chicken quesadilla was burned and not a little browned. It was burned, and my husband's bourbon steak was very rare, not medium. I am not sure what has been happening with this location, but we haven't really ever had bad food from here, and we order from here at least 3 times a month. This last time was very disappointing for us!

We were seated with menus, we order appetizers had to ask for plate, mozzarella sticks were cold, our meal came and had to ask for silverware, our waitress was sweet, but didn't explain well, and why don't you have sweet n low, ordered tea and only had sugar, our food was not good at all, I order a neighborhood burger, it was put together like a 2 year put it together, but was cold and hard, hamburger was all smashed today with cheese over it, fries were cold. The other to meals were not good we didn't finish food, I asked for a comment card, they never heard of one, was waiting to talk to manager but never came out, so just left, with Applebee's really the only restaurant in town I was really disappointed,

Want to walk in I was greeted with a smile immediately. They're a bit busy and I was told that they would get with me as soon as they could. They were quite quick to seat me.

The place looked very clean and the decor is a typical Applebee's. The pictures an items on the wall from local sports teams. They have the bar, high top tables, and standard booths.

If you have eaten at one Applebee's you know the menu. The menu tends to be the same at every location. They had some good specials for happy hour. I snagged a burger and fries and some appetizers.

The waitress was very friendly. She answered a few questions I had, took my order, and my food came out relatively quickly for sit-down restaurant.

The food was exactly as I ordered it and it was delicious. The price was quite good even for a happy hour special. My waitress came back several times to make sure that everything was good. I could not have asked for better service.

I definitely will be stopping back again.

Keegan was an absolutely phenomenal server. The epitome of what good customer service is. All the other tables near me that had him were making postive remarks to each other as they were leaving. I had my toddlers with and they were being a handful and Keegan was very patient and laid back.

Have gone here years ago and it was pretty good at one point. Went this time with my husband and kids and wasn’t too happy. Won’t being eating out there again. Kids got their food a good 15 min before me and my husband. So once we got ours the kids were kind of done being there. Husband did all you can eat however they only brought small portions and then you had to wait 10-15 min in between each serving. Smelled very stale and musty in there. Food was very basic for the price. Ribs were dry. Upset I wasted $51 dollars there and just wished I stayed home and ate. Don’t waste your money.

She was all smiles while wanting what we needed when we needed it. I watched her talent as she serverd other's in a unvaring fashion while turning it to business as she passionately hussled to her next duty. Looking for a late night place for dinner in Menomonie after a hard day at the horse event was difficult, but we were overjoyed to see Applebee's was still open. And BONUS - 1/2 PRICED APPETIZERS 9 PM - Midnight! Mac, our server, was so attentive and interesting to chat with. So glad to see the Oriental Chicken Salad still on the menu, and it tasted as good as I remembered. The Spinach & Artichoke Dip came out hot, and the cheese was runny, so I would not order that again. So glad to be able to find dinner after 9 pm.
