The only good thing about this place is the half priced appetizers. Service is incredibly slow, and lots of attitude from the waitstaff. Last time I went, was not greeted for around 10 minutes. No apologies were ever given, simply attitude. Then was told it would be another 20 minutes to get the table of ten in front of us sat. However, there was only one other table in the restaurant. We just left, didn’t want to wait another hour or so to even place our order. Today, I decided to give Applebee’s another try, and place an online order to avoid last time’s ordeal. Waited until pickup time to enter the restaurant, figuring maybe it was just busy. Went inside, and there were four tables. Four. Short wait, greeted by who I assume is the manager. Very rude, did not apologize for the wait or not bringing out the food. If it is short staffed, simply say so. I would understand much more than just being rude because I ordered. Treated like an inconvenience to his day. Triple Chocolate Melt we received was a little dry but tasted fine. Thank god we did NOT tip, because the service was so lackluster. Will NOT be back.

If zero stars was an option I would have done that. We waited 20 minutes to order our drinks and mind you it wasn’t even busy. We ordered and then 15 minutes after we ordered Jessica told us they couldn’t make quesadillas and that we could switch is so we added wings. When they brought the food out they didn’t bring any of the wings we ordered. They then told us they were out of rice for the fiesta lime chicken plate and didn’t have limes either. After we ate, we waited 45 minutes for the bill after asking multiple times for the manager. Finally we went up to them and the rude manager didn’t care so we TOLD him what we needed comped and he only did one of the 4 items. We were so fed up after being there for 2.5 hours and we just gave them what they wanted and left. Worst place ever and worst manager ever.

My husband and I decided to dine at this establishment since we were staying at the hotel next door. While I have no complaints about the food or our waitress, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the restaurant. We were seated at a table that hadn't been wiped down, leaving visible rings from previous guests' drinks and crumbs scattered about. Our waitress was wonderful, though I can't recall her name. However, I was taken aback by another waiter in the bar area whose stomach and underpants were exposed—definitely not something you want to see while dining. Overall, the restaurant seemed unkempt, with dirty tables, floors, and windows that hadn't been washed.

The managers at this location need to be fired, specifically Tatianna. How she even became a manager is beyond me. Her attitude is unbelievably unprofessional and her work ethic is non existent. Does not help her staff even during dinner hours and could be heard in the dining room screaming at other employees, cursing, and generally unpleasant behavior. We asked to speak to the manager prior to her childish outburst but she never came to our table. It’s no wonder Applebees is closing, with staff and “managers” like this.

Food is sub-par. You can tell they don't use quality ingredients. I had the bourbon chicken and shrimp from the specials menu. They don't know how to cook chicken it tasted rubbery. Shrimp was very small and not like the pictures. Mashed potatoes didn't taste fresh. I only had two baby mushrooms and a bed of onions under my chicken, which was supposed to be a bed of mushrooms and onions. The server didn't ask how we liked the food. I can see why there was only one other table there on a Sarurday at lunch. Go to the Olive Garden instead. You'll get similar prices and much better food and service.

The restaurant was not busy at all. We ordered the combo app and the Mac and cheese with the chicken thing. Anyways, food came out cold and the chicken on the Mac and cheese was hard and flavorless. I asked twice for silverware and hostess walked right past me. I’m guessing she couldn’t hear me because she AirPods on. Our server was nice and seemed like he was by himself and I felt bad. Oh well, learned my lesson 🤷🏻‍♀️

Worst experience we have ever had at an Applebees. We placed our order online for curbside pick up at 6:30. Let them know we were on our way, and when we got there. The message we received said it was on its way. 15 minutes later and nothing. Called multiple times and got no response. Finally went in and was told that their system “doesn’t communicate”. They spent another 10-15 minutes looking for our order (which wasn’t done). Excuse after excuse, no accountability. If their system wasn’t working, online ordering needs to be turned off. Guess their phones aren’t working either though. Top it off, food order was not correct, and the food was cold. My kids wouldn’t even touch the soggy French fries. 0/10 do not recommend this location. Not one single positive thing came from this experience.

I am handicapped and have a hard time with my balance walking and I ended up going inside to get my order. I spent almost $40 and left a tip for no service. Great customer service at the bar(joke🫠). I walked in and was not greeted at the front door. I'm not sure if they were just not staffed tonight. But I had to walk up to the bar to order my food. I haven't had my food yet. I waited 15 minutes to receive my ordered meal. Once received, the bar attended dropped my bagged meal on the counter!!!!!! I wish I had read reviews before we went there. We walk in. Not an employee anywhere. We sit at the dirty bar. Finally someone tells us there’s no bartender. He didn’t bother asking if we still wanted a table or not. Eventually he gave us a table and wanted us to order right away. We needed a minute. 2 other employees came out. There were more employees than tables. Yet multiple tables and the bar were dirty. We couldn’t get drinks as there was no bartender. Yet another table clearly got drinks! Our waters came out before the straws. After way too long he finally took our order. The food came out before the silverware. We had to ask for the check and boxes. No bag. We look over and there was a huge spider web at a dirty table from the lamp to the table meaning people ate there with that. 2 of the workers discussed how they didn’t know how to clean the bar. After finally leaving there was a handwritten sign on the door that they were closed due to technical issues. Wish they’d put the sign up before seating us. I emailed Applebees directly with no response even though it says will respond in 3 days. Also we weren’t told about late night happy hour. Cheap wings would’ve been preferable. My food was hot in the middle and cold outside. Dry all around. I miss the old Applebees.

We were seated and the hostess explained they were shorthanded, and we were patient until the waitress waited on two tables that came in after us, and then proceeded to ignore us and start cleaning when we asked the hostess why. The hostess was thoughtful and could tell she was at a loss. We finally left and went to a restaurant that had excellent service and food. We got lucky! We are good tippers, not cheap.

Used to be a great place for quick cheap eats. Came to this Applebee's yesterday to just grab a drink at the bar with two others, was told we couldn't sit at the bar because there is no bartender. It was a bad sign to start with when two other customers that were walking out telling us the wait was an hour. Food and service have definitely gone downhill. The only thing worth coming here is the brew pub pretzels and beer cheese dip. Mind you, the parking lot at around 4 pm was empty. Normally, it's packed. The last few times I've been here, service is slow, had dirty untenils or none at all. Took 20 minutes to get a check and pay. It's such a shame. I wouldn't be surprised if the restaurant gets shut down and becomes the next location for a bank or spirit halloween store.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt in returning my phone call about the service received but no phone call was returned and the food I had ordered was absolutely terrible. I had ordered a well done steak, garlicky green beans their mashed potatoes and the app sampler. As you can tell from the photos below the steak was NOT well done but the outside was, the green beans turned into broccoli and the only edible good thing was the mashed potato’s. The wings were very dry and no sauce came with them that we had ordered on the side. The marinara for the mozzarella sticks and sour cream for the quesadillas were missing. Only 2 quesadillas were given and the only good thing out of the sampler was the artichoke dip. I go to this place more often since the other Applebees have gone down hill but it appears so has this one.

Bad food, bad service, and bad attitudes. I hate coming here and won’t anymore. Ironically I work nearby and intend on telling my guests not to stop here after far too many disappointing and rude visits. Constantly forgets or leaves out items I order. One worker who I think was a manager intentionally misspelled my name before to mock me. My entrees were supposed to come with sauces and instead they only gave me the two extra ones I paid for and left out all my entree sauces that came with the meal. Got soup, asked for utensils, didn’t get a spoon or anything despite asking on app. Completely grossed out and off put by this place. Oh, and it’s been closed for the past week due to “maintenance”, I hope they close and get replaced by a nicer restaurant with better standards.

Odered 2 appetizers with our drinks before we even ordered entrees... after about 20 mins wonton tacos came out, swimming in coleslaw sauce. Had to ask for plates appetizers. The plates for the apps came out after the entrees, all the while the tacos got cold and soggy from the puddle of cole slaw juice they were sitting in. we were still waiting on the loaded fry app (after the entrees came out). The fries were tough and covered in pieces of limp bacon fat. My son ordered ribs with the honey bbq sauce, and they were covered in chili sauce. Upon leaving i saw another customer with a pretty dry plate that had a taco holder on it. He said his tacos came on that. Mine didn't. I havent been to an applebees in a long time and dont remember creamy coleslaw being on the wonton tacos.

Reviews are accurate, serving staff are 👎 Opted for online/carry out for the least amount of interaction and they still disappointed. Walked in and host station was empty, stood there for a minute with staff walking by and no one said a word to me. Knowing from the reviews not to wait for them to do anything I walked up to the bar and asked how to get my order. The bartender grabbed a server to get my food. Took him like 5 minutes to come back with my bags and I felt around thru the knotted/stapled/stickered bag and it felt like enough boxes so I left. Got “home” (thankfully just the hotel next door 😂) and opened the bag and one of my two ordered items was missing, they gave me the wrong dressing for the item I did get and no utensils even though the receipt showed I’d requested them 🙄 Went back, walked in and asked the first server I saw for a manager. Told the manager I was missing an item and I needed the correct dressing for the other item. He did offer me a free soft drink (a to-go margarita would have been better) and went back to get my missing food. They came out with another bag and my drink. With my hands now full, I couldn’t open the tied/stickered bag so I rolled the dice that they got it right and left. Got “home” again and no dressing 🙄 Wasn’t going to make a third trip over so made due with the wrong dressing.

Waited an hour in an empty parking lot for a curbside Togo order only to walk in to an empty restaurant with the staff eating at a table near the bar. When I spoke with the manager she didn't apologize, but instead told me it was my job to call the store when I arrived. You could see my car from the table they were all (and I mean all. I ordered take out yesterday and walked over to pick it up 10 minutes later from the motel la Quinta. I showed my order number and that I paid for it online, and the manager came out and said he could not find the order...so I showed it to him on my phone and about 7 minutes later the food came out. I had tipped 15 percent and brought the food back to my room. When I went to eat it like four minutes after picking it up, the crispy shrimp was soggy and completely cold, the fries were extremely cold and hard, inedible. The three cheese penne pasta and chicken I ordered was lukewarm, barely any cheese and very dry. The only thing I could eat was the artichoke dip and chips. I was so disgusted and tired and sore I decided to call about it in the morning. When I called around 11:30 today and spoke with a male manager, I told him what had happened,csaid I would just like the food replaced and I didn't want to leave a bad review. Instead of Taking responsibility for it and offering to rectify the situation, he asked sarcastically why I didn't call last night. Startled, I admit I was a bit defensive, I told him I was really disgusted and tired, and being disabled was not going to walk back when I so much pain last night. I decided to deal with it the next morning and go to sleep. He continued to give me attitude so I asked if he would prefer a bad review instead of being a decent manager, and he said yes. So here you go sir, thanks for the horrible birthday dinner. I will never go back to Applebee's again!

Nice place, great food, a bar and TV's hung up to watch your favorite sports. My wife and I got the "two for" meals which includes either an appetizer or two house salads we got the salads. Also a delicious juicy hamburger the meal that has a chicken breast shrimp and mashed potatoes. Delicious

This current economic climate is not doing anything for the quality of product and service. The fault of the problem is not with the staff or management. The fault is with the monatary inflation pressure on the business. I understand that this current high inflation environment is forcing shortcuts and reduced quality, resulting in more cost for the customer for less as a result of more cost on the business. Unfortunately, I do not see a raise in quality or service under current economic policy. I do not see under current economic conditions Applebee's returning to a place for a reasonable price meal (in real wages) anytime soon. Going out for lunch on a weekday should not be a triple digit bill with tip for 3 people. It is not the fault of Applebee's. The low star rating is the fault of the current post COVID19 economic policy that has caused this pain to both business and consumers of the Oak Creek Applebee's.

Unfortunately the food was all cold. Well the adult orders were. My kids received their food right away. I'm thinking the adult orders may have been also but they were not delivered for about 15 minutes later. I ordered a med rare steak and it was barely warmed more of a rare steak. I had to send back. My son ordered the all you can eat but it was so cold he couldn't eat it. After that we decided to just bring it home was heat it so it could be eaten later. The server was great which was the only high point of this visit. It may be a long time until we return.

I really don't like slamming a major corporation, especially one that advertisers so much and in movies. Their food brochures/menus are so photoshoped like all the big food establishment that serve overpriced food. This place is no exception.
Let's start with the front entry door. You think it would be easier to open the front door since they WANT business to survive. I guess they want you to work up a REAL appetite for that overpriced meal. Also.. why the fancy left over containers ? I know, I know, stopping here was my choice, but this was a painful stop.
Second, the table/booth we were seated definitely had extremely worn booth seats. I literally thought I was going to get sucked into the floor and get ejected out of the building.
My third rage is I ordered LOADED waffle Fries. Even the server stated,'they also forgot to add the cheese'. So cheese is the 'loaded' element? Should I have brought my own stuff from home or stopped at Pick n Save?
Now, I was NOT looking for a free meal. They took 10% off the bill. Wanna bet that door won't get fixed till next Fall....or not ?

So I called to let them know, and they were beyond disrespectful having 4 different uneducated employees asking me the same question over and over, so I decided to walk back in there and see the stupidity for myself. Unfortunately the worst applebees I have ever seen or been to. It actually makes me upset thinking about my recent experience with my family. We dined in on a Wednesday and specifically came for the all you can eat wings because of my teenager's request. Upon entering the restaurant we were not greeted right away despite there being several staff walking around. Upon being seated by the Manager, it took at least 45 minutes to get drinks and our order taken. This place was not busy at all. After sitting for some time after our drinks were served, which were made incorrectly, my husband went to the bathroom and complained about the filth and urine smell coming from the bathroom and hallway. When our food was brought out, we had asked for utensils and napkins, then upon immediately eating our food the Asian sauce specifically had a strong foul smell and taste. I asked the waiter for the bbq and buffalo wings instead and that Upon receiving the replacement wings those wings were the same. I hate to even say this, but the sauces were way too watery, and smelled of urine. We asked for the check and tipped because that's felt like the right thing to do, and immediately left. I also felt disappointed as were the only black people dining in at the time and received service like this in Oak Creek. (Never happened at any other bar or restaurant in Wisconsin for 36 years) We will never go to APPLEBEE'S AGAIN!

This place has really gone downhill. Waitress didn't have enough straws in her apron. She said she would be back with more. She never brought more straws. Wish I could give this 0 stars. Came in for the dollaritas and I guess you get what you pay for. Server brought out our food before we even got our sodas, we got our margaritas at the end, we had to ask for everything (silverware, straws, etc) food came out cold and looked like somebody was eating it. Dirty dirty dirty! Good was cold. Servers looked like they did no self maintenance. Seat needed to be wiped off. Customer service sucked! Restroom was filthy. I have not been to this location in over a year and let’s just say I won’t be returning after lastnight. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
