The restaurant needs to be cleaned we ate there in August and just went in again sitting at the same table and the same stain was on the floor. Our waitress ( Melissa? Marissa? Kerissa?) was amazing and seemed to be the only one doing her job everyone else sat in the corner on their phones. We put a to go order online
The order was late and we were disregarded. We did get a $30 gift.card for next time snd as well as a free desert. However when we got it home all the sides thatwe requested ere miseing. Half the sides were completly missing.We only got two sides we didn't order. When i called I was very rudely hung up on three times and told I'd have to call back later to talk to a manager. I'm missing food WTH? This is not how you run a restaurabt.i am very upset and complety disappointed! They couldn't even get dipping sauce correct!

We tried the special of chicken tenders. They weren't bad but wished I ordered with the sauce on the side. Garlic parmesan was loaded with butter and became too much after a few tenders. I think they gave us the wrong Buffalo sauce(got hot not regular). My margarita was not very good it had a strange taste. Our waitress was excellent and we enjoyed talking to her.

We have been going to this applebees for 13 years and ever since covid, this location has been getting worse and worse. Today I had to call from the parking lot to get an employee to unlock the doors. It took almost 30 minutes to place a drink order. I have ordered bloody marys here with a small chaser for years. Today I was told i couldn't have a chaser but would have to order either a pint or a bottle of beer if I wanted a chaser. No olives provided with bloody even though they were always provided previously. I will never eat here again since what used to be a great experience is now very unpleasant.

I’ve been to this location a few times and it seems to be getting worse. Tonight, we waited 45 minutes after being seated to have appetizers brought out only to find they were incorrect and a beer served barely half full.
The waiter never asked us how we were doing or updated us on our meals late arrival. Entrees we’re served over an hour after ordering and two of three were obviously sitting under a heat lamp for a long time.
This will be our last visit to Applebees.

Doordashed. Item was out of stock but wasn't given a chance to replace the order with something else. I've had other restaurants call before when this happens, so it's really no excuse. So family dinner was cut in half. Received the order, the dish that was in stock didn't even include everything ordered. The side was completely missing. Double checked receipt, side is still there.

Worst experience EVER!! Ordered the all you can eat wings for appetizer first order that came out was good the next 2 that came out we’re over cooked and gross … my food order was wrong, took 15 minutes to get each re order of wings (not busy at all) took 15 minutes to get refill on soda and water… witness 2 groups of 6+ people walk out because no one helped them. Applebees has gone down hill. Not worth the money. And the bartender/manager was creeping on 3 underage girls (gross) DO BETTER!!!

Food-trash, spinach dip was damn near frozen, chips were stale af!!! I ordered the 4cheese Mac with chipotle honey tenders. Salt and pepper couldn’t even save it. It was whiter than the plate and atmosphere. It was so quiet and awkward. Wasn’t anything sweet or savory about the plate. It was as bland as the culture out here. It was dead so no excuses. I would not recommend if you enjoy flavor with your food. 0/10

Just left this restaurant in Pewaukee after not being served or even spoke too for over fifteen minutes while the server was busy making her child a shake at the bar and the hostess sat conversing with other employees in the bar... I was a little disappointed with my visit to Applebee's. I ate at the bar, the bartender was more concerned with chatting with another customer than helping me. I had a Chicken Ceasar Salad, the chicken was a little dry, the lettuce didn't seem very fresh. The Top Shelf Long Island was delicious though.

I have a pregnant wife who was crying about wanting Applebees 20 minutes before their close time. She called and placed an order with the manager who showed a lot of empathy. I know it sucks when someone places an order right before kitchen close but they were really kind about it and we couldn’t be more grateful. The restaurant was empty, with only 2 other parties seated when we arrived. No one greeted us at the host stand, leaving us to stare at the group of employees chatting near the kitchen to get someone to acknowledge us. Once seated, the fun (nope) really betgan as it took 5 minutes and 2 requests to get 2 beverages and by that point we were ready to place our entire order for fear that we might be there until the heat death of the universe otherwise. We ordered the chicken quesadilla as part of the half price apps promotion and received an abomination free of both chicken and sour cream. The other food was no better and even requesting a to-go box, refill, or the check took longer than filing one's taxes. And our server's attitude and demeanor was akin to someone too bothered to have a table. I used to come here years ago and have great service, but this experience is sadly more the norm as even "meh" service is relatively uncommon, and we tip commensurate to this. Seeing as this is glorified microwave food, the service is the only reason to make it worthwhile, and sadly this location missed the mark. We'll visit another location where the staff is engaged and all of the correct ingredients are used.

We went for dinner and tried the Cheetos cheese curds. They were very greasy and pretty spicy. Even though we had ordered the regular cheese and not the flaming hot. I understand that they are short staffed, but they weren't super busy for a Tuesday night. Our waitress was pretty neglectful of us. Her son was there, and she kept spending time with him and waiting more on other tables. I believe she only had like 4 or 5 tables. And I don't mean to be a jerk about it. I just thought it was kind of inappropriate. On the other hand, the young man who was waiting the other tables was hopping around and making people happy at his tables. It was just the 2 of them and I believe the bartender.

Had door dash drop off our food and it was ice cold. Fries were mush and frankly just disgusting. My son ordered a 17 dollar steak medium and it came well well well done. So much so that my wanted to play hockey with it. It's so tough that he can't even take a bite. I was supposed to have sour cream and avocado on my salad and there's none. Also no napkins or silverware. Really disappointed.

Had a great time with an enjoyable meal. I had the Tequila Lime Chicken and my husband had the chicken broccoli alfredo. Both were very good but unfortunately they didn't have celery sticks with our wings appetizer which I always look forward to. Apparently they haven't had celery in months. We should've been told this. We also had some laughs with fellow patrons upon our exit. Our waiter, Jay, was enormously fun, funny and gracious! Just our type of person!

Staff is very friendly. Stopped in to order a quick bite to eat and to try one of the new drinks. Upon bringing it to the table, it was watery. I ask the bartender (my server) doesn’t this drink suppose to be frozen? She replies back it is 🤦🏽‍♀️ I gave it back if I wanted a drink on the rocks I would have ordered that. Probably won’t be back, it’s not okay to have a bartender as a server and have her running PLENTY tables at once if the drinks are going to be watery. Got my food, it was fresh but not even half way through my meal she comes putting the check on the table. Rule #1 NEVER MAKE A PAYING CUSTOMER FEEL RUSHED‼️

No help out of best menu options my Asian chicken salad was horrible not at all what it's supposed to be my crispy chicken on top was rock hard. Totally overpriced I won't go back again the staff they did have was very friendly but they can't be attentive when they are doing 18 jobs at the same time not their fault our waitor was super friendly but felt bad for him pulled in 18 different directions. There were only 5 tables of people but still if you don't have menu items and don't have staff then don't be open to just put out junk and charge so much for it.

It's been a while since I've been to any Applebee's because of repeated bad experiences at another location north east of this one. A coworker and I decided to go for lunch one day since it was a long time for the both of us. We both ended up getting the burger and $1 wings. Both were really good and we were pleased with our meals. My only complaint is, all other restaurants charge the same for soda an lemonade... why here charge an extra dollar for lemonade? Not to mention, it wasn't even that great of flavor for lemonade... that was my only disappointment for the whole meal. Will come back, but not paying extra for lemonade next time.

After leaving Buffalo Wild Wings as noted in my other reciew, we went to this Applebee's. Immediately sat and drink orders taken by J. J and one other waiter ran the dining room/bar alone. Ok so I was there today, 6-23-22, for lunch with my mom and 11 year old son. There was 1 woman and 1 male in the restaurant running it. The woman I wish I caught her name was amazing. She was by herself being a hostess, bartender, waitress, and buser. She never once complained took all diners orders did it from memory, checked on all the diners and when we left we told her not to work too hard, because she was moving! Her response was one of true professionalism as she stated, I don't mind ill just sleep good tonight! I sure hope she gets a raise! Hopefully the tip we left helped make her day a little bit better.

I tried to order online but was very frustrated when this Peeaukee location continued to show up in the eligible list but the "Start Order" button repeated failed. When I called they indicated that they turned off the online ordering.

Anyway, I placed a curb-side to go order. Had to call to tell them I was there after about 4 minutes of waiting (the sign does say to only wait 1 min before calling).

Very friendly service. The Grillled Chicken Oriental Salad was great. The Half Rack Ribs was not the best. The ribs smelled amazing but they were very tough, not fall off the bone like they used to be.

Loud place. Chewy steak. It's Applebee's so I didn't expect a "high" quality cut of meat but would not order again.
Attentive wait staff in spite of being understaffed.
