Our server Garrett was lovely. He just had zero support.
Forever for any service, from the time we arrived to 45 minutes later, no food. Everyone looked in the weeds except the manager, who I saw casually walking around and not even bothering to bus the tables that were full.
I left 18.00 tip hopefully Garrett doesn't need to share it.

My husband and I went in around 5:10 tonight 8/8/25, we were greeted, sat, and given our servers name. We looked over our menus as several servers walked past our table, none of them greeted us or asked if we had been served. A table was seated about 10 minutes after us and immediately were greeted by a server and had their drink order taken. We got up and left after waiting 20 minutes. We will not be returning.

I was shopping at Menards and ended up closing the store. So I decided I should pop in the Applebee's and get an appetizer. And then I ended up having a raspberry Long Island Iced Tea. I have to say that everything was excellent. I also loved that it was half price for happy hour. So my drink and my Wonton Tacos came to 13.00 what a wonderful deal.

My family and I were waiting for our food and our 1 year old daughter was tired and hungry. She began screaming and the customers behind us started yelling complaining about our daughter. Absolutely terrible experience. I waited almost 2 hours for a simple burger no explanation, no updates, nothing. The restaurant wasn’t even packed, so there’s no excuse for that kind of delay. By the time it finally came, I wasn’t even hungry anymore. Staff didn’t seem to care, and no one apologized or tried to make it right. Honestly felt like they forgot we existed. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time.

I went here for Mother’s Day lunch with my family, and the staff made my family feel right at home. The chefs did awesome on the food. When My wife and I arrived cars were packed in the parking lot and it was 2:45 pm… a small town so not many choices but… Applebees are a good choice for food prepared correctly and efficiently. The general manager was our server she was training a new person and she is a great gal. Very down to earth. The hostess didn’t greet us when we came in. She had her head buried in her seating chart. But she got to us in a good timely manner. The food was well made. Didn’t skimp on the sauce for the boneless wings. And the artichoke dip was good and the artichoke dip bowl and salsa had a good quantity. Great amount of chips too. My wife did say the food didn’t seem hot but warm. Good enough to eat. My wife and I got dessert 10/10 on everything Hot and delicious.

Side note the server who we had last time went out of their way to say hey. Felt like a regular.

Aweful service. Everything was fine and we ordered our food, the 2 for $28. After a long wait with empty glasses, the meals came. We asked for refills and told yes. They never came. We also asked about the mozzarella sticks appetizer that we never got. She said she’d check. Then she came back with cold mozz sticks, saying she had no idea they were ours. No apology. No drink refills. Nothing. And even though the server was helping other tables, she never came to us again. Someone else cleared the plates without a word. Ended up leaving most to the mozz sticks because we couldn’t ask for a box. Not a fan of Applebees at the moment!

Stopped while traveling for dinner and went to sit at bar. There was only one person sitting there but all but one seating area was dirty so I had to sit by the take out rail.
Ordered ribs and they were OK for the money but the sanitary practices need improvement.
BTW...asked if it was busy and told it was actually slow for a Tuesday so that wasn't the reason. Also, didn't seem to be understaffed as I overheard discussions about sending someone home early.

The service and dish I ordered, I must say, the worst experience I had dining out. For my young daughter as well. The first time that I had dined there with my children, the experience wasn't much different. I will not be back. Not to mention, I believe I was served a cup of marinara from a dirty, used plate. The cup didn't contain much marinara at all. It was cold and dried to the rim as you can see in the photo below. Also, I recommend a deep cleaning in the place sometime soon.

Food was great, except the fries were lukewarm and way oversalted. Only 2 servers and no bartender on duty. It was very slow for 5:30pm dinner. Only 2 other tables with guests on arrival. Portions were large for the AYCE ribs, shrimp, and wings deal. A lemonade was 4.50 and the Blackberry vodka drink ordered was not served due to the server not locating an ingredient. Disappointing!! Service was s l o w and getting the check and payment done another 30 minutes! Staffing issues are not the guests problem. It hurts your rating considerably for me when we are finished and there is absolutely no sense of urgency to get the check processed.

VERY friendly staff! It was our servers first night taking tables solo and she was excellent! Even though we arrived right after she seated a twenty top, she got us our drinks right away. While taking multiple orders from the mass group, she'd frequently swing past to apologize about waiting to order. The wait wasnt even long, especially considering the time of night and number of patrons. Only a 15 minute wait to order and maybe another 15 minutes before our food arrived at the table. The alfredo was a bit runny but tasted amazing.
