Hostesses sat me right away when arriving. However as I sat waiting to be served I got no hello, I’ll be with you in shortly or even a smile as the server serviced 4 other tables going by me more than a half dozen times. 17 Minutes after being seated she came to the table, no hi, welcome or my name is, just “what can I get started for you”. 23 minutes after ordering I got my meal with my water arriving a minute later. I was in the restaurant for 56 minutes and only saw my server to order, get my order and get the check. No follow up during the meal.

I usually dine at this Applebees when working in the area each year. I usually tip well because I am dining alone, but not in this case. This by far has been the worst service experience I have had at any Applebees.

While seated at our table, the server came up with plates and tossed them down at our table while currently eating fries and munching away at food and talking with food in her mouth. Servers and staff were running around the restaurant with AirPods in their ears and were not engaged with the customers. Server never checked in on us or refilled our drinks. Came in tonight with my husband, MIL and daughter and we were pretty disappointed in the service. Straight off the bat I got a bit of attitude from the server just for asking what was in the october drink specials(which they also didn't have any pamphlets for out on the tables anywhere). We were seated before 2 other groups, 1 of which was twice the amount of people as ours, both groups got food well before us, as well as drink refills. We waited an hour just for our 1 app and 2 soups, and another half an hour to 40 mins for the rest of our food, while the other parties had already gotten all their food and nearly finished even though we were seated first. We were only asked about refills once in the nearly 2 hours we waited for our main entrees, by the time we got the rest of our food we were ready to leave so took a few bites packed up and left. Probably will not be visiting this location again, we will stick to the one in our home town as we always have great service there.

Went to Applebees for dinner with my family because the one where I live has closed when we got there the lights weren’t even on had told them that the lights werent on and said they can’t turn them on till 8:30 got to our table it was sticky and dirty from the previous table ended up using hand sanitizer and a napkin from my purse to clean the table because my arms kept sticking to the table server was all other the place she looked high asf was trying to rush us out with ordering our meals had gotten our meals but first my mom had gotten the wrong meal brought it back to the kitchen and brought us a new one but ended up waiting 10+ minutes for sliver ware mash potatoes were ice cold almost like the came from the fridge my sister never got her ranch never new the sizes/ounces for drinks nor could my dad get pint of beer because the morning server tends to break all the glasses we couldn’t pay our bill because the pay at the table thing wasn’t working table next to us was having the same experience as us

This place is very rude and racist. I went to go eat there. I was the only Mexican as I placed my order. They were rude. I never got my food. Everybody that got there after me got their food I got sprayed in the face and eye with sanitizer the hostess was the one who sprayed me the guy that brought my salad, dropped. The dressing on the table, had his finger in my bowl. I asked why it’s taking so long. They gave me no response then when I was going to leave they said it’s ready, it’s just been sitting in the window I feel like it’s because of my race that I was treated poorly. So this Applebee's is just the worst location ever. I had to erase my previous review so I could write a new one. After my last review and the food being so disgusting I was given a credit of $50 even though we spent over $100. I decided to order the blackened salmon with mashed potatoes, waffle fries, and also the Wonton Tacos. First, the salmon was the cheapest kind, it was so so tiny, and it was cold ,there was absolutely no blackened seasoning whatsoever or any other type of seasoning on it. The only thing that there is a lot of, is oil. Salmon produces its own oil so whoever made this must not have known that you don'tsoak it in oil. The mashed potatoes I could have thrown at a wall and they would have stuck. the waffle fries were also terrible. They were very saggy. The Wonton Tacos would have been okay except they must have made those first because by the time I got them, not only were they ice cold but the actual taco part of them was disgusting. I am now contacting the corporate office because this location needs to have a complete overhaul and retrained. I think they're hiring cooks that have no idea what they're doing. I have been to plenty of Applebee's and I've never had this experience, not once, not twice, but three times. I won't make the mistake a fourth time. When the lady finally brought my food out to me 45 minutes after I ordered, even though they told me 15 minutes, I told her it did not look like salmon and she said, it looks flaky, it's salmon. I said it doesn't look like there's any seasoning, She said, well eat it and find out. Not only do the cooks not know what they're doing, but the people there are rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I will be calling corporate Applebee's first thing tomorrow morning. We haven't been to Applebee's in years. We were a little hesitant on going because Years ago the service and food sucked! The place wasn't busy at all for a Friday night so we sat down and were immediately greated by Samantha. She was very polite and took our order. The food came out fast and was very good!! Went there with my 90 yr old mom last night. Mixed experience, pleasant service when it happened, not many tables but this crew seemed overwhelmed. Food was fine for what it is Applebee's. Bad check marks, 1. We stood looking at 20 open tables for 10-12 minutes while 3 different staff members came to tell us we'd be seated by another in a couple minutes. The 4th one tells us she's checking for a clean table and we get seated. 2. Next nice greeting from our server, but had to ask to have our table cleaned. 3. The food comes in order and is pretty good, next my mom is out of coffee 3-4 bites into her meal and I ask for water, which takes another 5-minutes, when asking at the bar and our server says it will be a minute and heads elsewhere, I mean we're face-to-face at the bar next to the gun and glasses 4. Next after 2 drink refills, I asked for a different soda flavor and the server said sure and I notice she stops at the register. The bill comes and they charged another $2.99 for my last refill. I asked about it and was told since it is different syrup they have to charge for switching soda, really at the drink station, you can't make this up. I travel the US for sales, where I have dined where free drink refills are part of the program, I have never had a charge for switching flavors, even moving to Iced-Tea when the cost is the same. Given the server stopped to add the fee on the way to the drink station, the option to bypass this lame idea or run the bill up a few more bucks was her choice.
So, for the first time in I'm not sure how long I shorted the server on tip for the experience, the $2.99 she didn't bother to tell me about. It would be an easy fix to say, if you switch soda flavors I have to charge you for another beverage sir.
It wasn't an easy call, but lately I've been thinking about all the COVID tips paid out, under circumstances that weren't normally tipped in the past. I am sympathetic to servers and want restaurants to remain open normally tipping 20% or more, I am getting to be done with accepting subpar service for 2-3 times the cost paid just a couple years ago.

Good food at reasonable prices. Negative customer service experience that should have been resolved with training upfront, but was addressed by a manager at the time it occurred. Our waitress Tiffany charged an arbitrary number to our gift card and put the rest on credit, rather than using the gift card first and charging the remainder to credit. This was clearly a minor training error that could have been addressed professionally. However, when asked about it, she told me it was "my responsibility as the cardholder to specify how much I wanted charged". The shift manager Stephanie was very helpful in ensuring my cards were charged appropriately and addressed the situation with the waitress. 4 stars simply because there clearly needs to be additional training, both in how to perform transactions and how to speak to customers. There's no harm in making a mistake, but professionalism from waitstaff is a bare minimum expectation. Thank you to Stephanie for handling things appropriately.

Im going to be very honest here, about a year ago we went in here and from our service to our food it was the worst dining experience we ever had!! ( ps im a former server myself), at that time i told our so called server to get her manager. Right away this amazing, kind, friendly, funny manager named Tony comes out and we explain everything to him, this man was so upset himself that he bent over backwards to make us happy and assured us he would be talking to our server and the rest of his staff. We were VERY impressed by his attitude, his perfessionalism and his humor. We promised him we would give them another chance. About 6 months later we did and it was somewhat better. Then tonight as my boyfriend and i were deciding where to go for dinner we decided again to give applebees a try. I was really craving that awesome oriental chicken salad!! :). Well here is the kicker.....we were VERY VERY impressed with our server Mel, the bartender Kenna and the on duty manager Tim!! Oh and those two awesome cooks in the back!!. Our service was better then I've received in higher end restaurants, we tried these AMAZING chicken won ton tacos, two new drinks and bf got a mexican bowl that he said was one of the best things he's had to eat in a long time!! I, of course, got my oriental salad and Mel even brought me a tortilla shell to make a wrap! ( they used to have it as a wrap but right now just have the salad). Tim heard what had happened a year ago and even came over to talk to us about it. All three of them were just down to earth, friendly, amazing people that you can tell truly take pride in what they do and want people to leave full and happy!! Why? Why are so many restaurants so neglectful about a prominent display of their menu?? That is the FIRST thing I look for on their website! If I have trouble finding a decent menu, I will immediately go to the next one and my friends and I might never get to your restaurant! Lure me into your business with a tantalizing description of the foods to choose from and I will probably not go any further down the list to choose from. Not only that. You made every thing sound so good, I need to come and try the next entree! The menu should pull me thru your door, not cozy pictures!

Though they like most restaurants are short handed. It was a well oiled machine! The crew work as a whole. The managers were serving food and talking to each table. We were highly impressed and felt like they wanted us there.
