Came to Applebees for supper while on vacation. Ordered drinks then used the restroom. They were so disgusting. The worst restrooms I've ever seen In a restaurant. The floors were sticky, walls sticky. They clearly hadn't been cleaned in months. We decided to leave. Who knows what the kitchen looked like. When the server came and we asked to pay for the drinks you could hear his sticky shoes too. Please make sure you have a cleaning routine at your restaurant! So gross.

Ate here over the weekend for a relative's birthday. It was the most depressing dining experience of my entire life. The waitress seemed very overwhelmed and on the verge of quitting. The food took 2 hours to get, multiple orders were taken wrong or messed up or forgotten about altogether. However I blame the owner for trying to save $50 by cutting a shift, NOT the waitress, who was trying her best. The bathroom was so disgusting and falling apart that I would not wash my hands, for fear of catching an illness. The food itself was good, hence 2 stars. But this place needs to be shut down- not sure how they are passing inspections or getting repeat customers lol

Mon night, I placed an order thru the app, at 535. Pick up time was 640. I arrived at 644 and still had to sit and wait until 713 for the food to come out of the kitchen. The atmosphere was slow as slow can be. The staff swarmed in the kitchen with little attention to the customers. Very sad that it would take 1 hr and 40mins for two entrees, one dessert and a shake. Which was completely melted by the time the food came out. Also had to heat up some of the food. Chicken was cold, steak was charred but edible. But over all, not a fan anymore.

Unbelievable how my family ordered their burgers medium rare with pink, server double checked, came back well done. I ordered soup and salad. French onion soup was half bowl of just cheese and croutons. Unacceptable and just gross. Manager came by and said he was told no pink, we all verified that to be false. I'm so upset over our christmas eve supper. I got the steak/shrimp parmessan and my husband got full rack of baby back ribs it was the worst food we ever hate. My steak was small with like 4 little shrimps the ribs were dry WITH very little sauce. I have a picture of the steak for proof my husband thought it was a JOKE when he seen the food. My order was to be ready at 540pm I texted when I showed up on time and the lady said we are waiting for 1 more thing and we will bring it out to you. We'll at 6pm I decided to call again about my food the lady who answered was very RUDE and then brought out our COLD FOOD. The 1 thing that was good was the bread pretzels with cheese. We haven't eaten at Applebees for awhile and it sounded sooo good and this will b the LAST TIME EVER. My whole order was $80.40 and it wasnt WORTH 20.00. Think twice on going to Applebees; food, service and price was way out of line for AWEFUL FOOD. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I'll be stopping in after Christmas to talk with a manager, which wont do a darn thing, didnt want anyone else to have a bad experience.

Went for husband's B-day.
He ordered the Burbon steak med well. It was almost rare. We sent it back and it come back well done. Husband couldn't eat it and pushed it off to the side.
When the waitress brought our bill there was no deduction. So I asked for the manager. Told her the situation and she's she did rake it off the bill , but then I see they charged us for the apertizer twice. Had to call the waitress again.

I really love applebees I've been a few times in different locations and but the food i ordered tonight was so bland the Mac and cheese tasted like Alfredo... The chicken was unedibly salty and the bread stick was harder than absolute hell... Which surprised me because it was sitting in a steaming container of "Mac and cheese". I stayed in a hotel near this location and was looking for something to eat and figured why not go to the Applebees. After reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitant to go based on the other reviews. I figured you cannot listen to everyone the internet sometimes.

I sat at the bar and orderd a cocktail which was actually really good and was well made which I did enjoy. I ordered wings as well which were good, about what I expected. The main dish I ordered was not very good. It was the pepperia chicken? - cannont remeber what it was called. The pasta was watery and not a whole lot of flavor to the dish.

I was one of the few people in the resturant and the only one at the bar. What really botherd me the most about the whole experience was being the only one at the bar because all of the employee would gather around the bar area and talk while I am trying to enjoy my meal. The employees didnt really seem to care about my space while eating nor care about me as a customer. - I am usally not one to complain about people because at the end of the day we are all human. But this was just a little wild. I had about 4-5 employees standing around me talking about work gossip.

Overall I would give this applebees another shot due to the good drinks and the wings.

Tonight was the first time we had horrible service. Our waiter couldn’t handle the couple tables he had. We almost walked out. It took forever for our drink order then to even get the drinks as we were ready to leave he showed up with them. The other table he had got their drinks right away. Then instead of taking our drink order he disappeared again. We waited probably 15 min when he could have taken our dinner order when he brought our drinks as we had already been in the restaurant 20-30 minutes. Nothing to do really with the server but 12 pm on a Sunday you would think we get at least an ok experience. I don't usually do these unless way over expectations or way under expectations. Daughter even use to work for the company and left for her field but said she has not had it that bad ever. Had an older waitress who said she had been there only 4 months. Was very slow and paid no attention to her clientele. Was at our table 4 times, to take drink order, drop drink and take food order, to drop the bill, then to pick up the payment. We had to ask a kind young lady who seemed to be training another to get us refill on soda, a glass of water, napkins, and hot sauce. Needless to say the 2 young lady's got the tip from us today. OMG, worst applebees out of them all. Wrong food brought out to my mother on her bday. When we got the right food finally, it was undercooked. My 3yo son ordered macaroni and it was rubbery cold! And if you have ever cooked macaroni you know that it only gets rubbery from getting really cold or from being leftovers! Missing food, sat for 15 minutes before asking a waitress who our waiter(tress) is because hostess failed to tell staff we were there, general manager was some young 20+ year old Steve irkle looking kid that was totally checked out so I didn't even bother to bring any of this up to him. He was too busy any trying to flirt with some of the tables. *eyeroll*. Waitress never gave my mom her bday cake they promised her, nor gave her the senior discount the waitress had mentioned prior. My family and I won't ever be back to this particular branch. This is actually the worst review I have ever written and I feel genuinely bad about it.
Oh also, my "endless shrimp" came out with only 5 pieces, and the were rubbery too.

I order carside to go on the app. I have done so twice so far and both times, I did not receive my order for more than 25 minutes after the app said it was already done, they never actually brought it out to me, I had to eventually go in and get it. It had been sitting in the place on a rack the whole time. What's crazy is I got there at 3:49, food was done at 3:48. Got a notification on app saying it looks like I arrived and they would bring it out shortly. It was 92 degrees out but I waited until 4 and then called and lady said it looked like it was being bagged up now, waited until 4:10-4:15 and then went in and seen it just sitting there. I asked some really rude lady if they could cancel the tip seeing how the reason I gave one was because it was supposed to be brought out to me but they couldn't cancel it. The service today was awful. We arrived at around 4:50pm then it took till about 5:20pm before someone even talked to us and it was only because my wife asked to order. Then after ordering we didn't get drinks for another 10 minutes. Then my wife and I didn't get our food until about 6:15pm. Luckily my kids got theirs sooner otherwise they would've been a handful. We came in 3/18 at 1pm to an empty restaurant. It didn’t take long to figure out why. Our waitress, while polite, was dressed in a filthy shirt. We ordered my favorite appetizer (wanton tacos) which were pitiful. One taco contained 4 slivers of cabbage and 2 chicken crumbles. The taco shell itself was veryyy brown and overcooked. My meal was the Asian chicken salad. There was little to NO lettuce. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in left over grease from 2021! My husband ordered ribs which have never disappointed until today when they were found to be soooo dry. Most likely because they sat for days because they have no customers!!! Thankfully the water was good as well as the breadstick … those were the only good things we had today. We will not return. Apparently, Wisconsin Rapids already knew something that we just learned! Someone gifted me a gift card for Christmas so I had to go and I knew it was not going to be unpleasant. Guy at the door wants to have a conversation when we are trying to sit down and eat so I said do we seat ourselves and he replied no you have to wait for the hostess which is me (him)😂 . Anyways we get our food and the expected crispy shrimp was soggy and the breading was falling off. Next the pasta with chicken tenders was overcooked pasta. Pretty slimy. Then we order a lava cake to go that turned out to have no lava in it😂 I knew it was going to be a sheetshow. Next Christmas I will be sure to say no Applebees gift cards. Food was good and there wasn't too long of a wait. The restaurant was pretty dead, but we went to eat around 5 which is pretty early. My only complaint was the fact that none of our appetizer & salad dishes were removed from the table while we ate. This resulted in us having numerous plates taking up most of the room at the table. We stacked all the plates and moved them towards the side of the table with the hope that someone would remove them (most restaurants do this) but multiple times our server looked at the pile of dishes and never offered to remove them.

It's not a deal break. We'll probably still go back, but we just found it super odd that no one removed all the appetizer and salad dishes until after we left. Like, when you stop by the table to see how the food is, why not remove the dishes that are no longer needed? With working in the restaurant industry for numerous years, I thought this was obvious restaurant 101 info.

The manager was trying to make up for the job of 4 people who clearly didn’t wanna even try. Our chips for the spinach and artichoke dip were so awfully stale. I know we weren’t the only table to send back stale chips… Don’t order the endless wings, it’s not worth it. We paid our bill and left before we even got another order of them. I could under if they were terribly busy and the servers were running around trying to take care of everyone, but it’s like they were all just hiding out in the back. Half the customers in the restaurant were just looking around trying to find a server to help them. They need some serious work.

Very dissapointed with our visit to this location. I ordered the endless wings and got 1 plate brought out to me in the 35 mins we were there, our server disappeared the whole time, and my drink was not refilled a single time. When our orders finally got to the table, the sauce and dipping sauces for the wings were wrong. Would not recommend coming here.

Service was poor almost non existent. Took over 45 minutes to get our food. Only 4 tables were full. Once we received our food it was terribly over cooked to the point the Prime Rib sandwich was like eating Jerky and had to ask the manager for the au jus. I will not return. Food used to be good. But, not anymore. It was awful! I don't recommend anything at this time.

Ordered dinner on 8/4. after picking up the order and going home to eat, everything was cold and the fries were stale and soggy. Every burger and the steak that was ordered was pink inside when I asked for it to be well done. Brought all the food back and asked for a refund because I was just gonna get something else they told me they haft to go through corporate and so on for a refund. Called a week after and the manager on that day told me they submitted it to corporate and that I should have a refund shortly any day. Called back on Monday 8/21 for an update and the manager in that day was rude and pretty much telling me that I should have taken the in store credit. It has been almost 3 weeks this is ridiculous now I’m out $40 haven’t had any updates on the situation. I will no longer do business with Applebees again.

They're unlimited wings and fries are back. They're ranch dressing is not what you expect. They make it in house but they didn't have any buttermilk so they use mayonnaise. It was the funkiest tasting ranch I've ever had. The service is okay our server was very attentive.

Any time I ever go to Applebee’s for supper the staff is always so nice and welcoming. They check on you often, but not too often, and the manager, Jessica, is one of the nicest I have met in the hospitality industry. I did that job for a living and I know how tough it can be to keep a smile and continue be nice over time, so great job to all the staff there, they’re amazing! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I were here for a date night and got half price apps. I highly, highly recommend the pretzels with cheese dip!!!! One of the Best appetizers I've had in a long time! The onion rings were also good - my husband loved the barbeque sauce they were served with. I do NOT however recommend the spinach and artichoke dip. So incredibly gross. It's possible we just got a bad batch or something but I have never had a dip that disgusting in my life. I've never returned food to the kitchen and I should have this time but our waitress was so nice, I didn't want to seem rude. But seriously, the dip was so bad I almost threw up.

The chicken platter I ordered was great, but the fries came to us cold. My main complaint is the staff. The place was completely dead, me and the person I was with, we had our drinks completely empty, and there were 4 staff members, all sitting there talking to each other, not bothering to update us or refill our drinks. The big thing also was that he ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and it was just cheeseburger, no bacon. When we went to pay the bill there was no one there, we had to look for her. Never seen such poor service like that.

The food was horrible. You could tell my potatoes were warmed in the microwave in a bag and dumped onto my plate they still had the form of the bag, cold and bland. Our appetizers were burnt. My shrimp was so tough I couldn't even swollen it. The chicken was so tough and cold... I will never go back here and will not recommend this place to anyone. I ended up paying $70 for one of the 3 of us to eat their food. My dogs wouldn't even eat the chicken.

Got food poisoning from eating the appetizer platter, I have been working in kitchens for the better part of 8 years. I’m willing to bet it’s cross contamination from unclean work surfaces. I also saw quite a few fruit flies (in winter so you know it’s been a while) behind the bar. Never eating here again I suggest you do the same if you don’t feel like projectile vomiting!
