By myself and had a deluxe make your own pizza and a glass of wine. My server was appropriately attentive! My 10 inch pizza had a great crust- thin and crispy with little bits of burnt cheese which I love. Lots of great leftovers I can’t wait to finish off tomorrow!

Very disappointing, especially since this used to be one of my favorite locations in Stevens Point. Ordered the prime rib sandwich and small order cheese fries. The "prime rib" is an extremely generous name for a tiny roast beef sandwich on a hot dog bun with a beef bullion cube mixed with tepid water as the "a jus" The cheese fries used to be their highlight, but as delivered the dough was raw and floppy, there was no hint of garlic, and although generous, the cheese was burnt. Poor quality control in the kitchen. I know this is not up to standards, but maybe it's because there was not enough training for the cooks in the back. Probably won't order again. The prices are extreme for this area, and certainly not worth what was delivered. On the positive side, the order was delivered very quickly. Total bill through Door Dash was over $30. Maybe they treat in house orders differently.

We waited over an hour for a wrap and a fish dinner. When it came to the table it was hardly warm. Our waitress dropped our food and 2 minutes later was back asking us if she could leave the bill. Food might of had a chance if it was hot. Most likely will not return.

Only giving a one star because I have to! My daughter, granddaughter & I were in there and an employee nearly fainted. As she laid there on the table with her head down like she was dying, I tried to help her and she lifted her head up and said "I don't need help" then put her head back down. We called 911 and she ran off into the back room and hid like nothing ever happened when they arrived! So traumatizing. The employees treated us like we were the bad guys for trying to help her! A small group of 5 of use were on the Green Circle trail. We met up with my daughter at Arbuckle's to eat since they had an outdoor patio for my daughter's dog. We were quickly informed by the owner no dogs in the patio. Okay we understood. my daughter got her car and parked on the street in front of the patio area. We could see the car the dog and the bikes we parked in front of the fence. He then sent out two of his waitresses to inform us to move out bikes from infront of the gate as it was a hazard. Okay we understood. We ordered inside and then went to the patio to watch the dog and bikes. He refused to let us bring our bikes into the patio area. In the far back there was a large grass/weedy area we could have put them. No bike racks anywhere in the area. We sat at the gas fire pit which had two small tables and some chairs. He again sent out his two waitresses to tell us we could drink there but not eat. I was upset by this time. We had altered the other things so I said well we need to be here to see our bikes and the dog. We had already ordered food and my friends just said forget it lets just deal. My daughter did not order food and sat by the fire pit. And ate. He was very arrogant and not accommodating. For an establishment that in a city with this size of a bike trail should help bikers out. Food was okay, but I would not recommend due to the owner. Waitresses were put in a bad spot and they were young. I felt bad for them.

Overdone/burnt chicken strips (kids meal and chicken Caesar wrap). Unwelcoming environment except server who was excellent and friendly. Felt like we were holding up the closing of establishment by our departure at 9:10-9:15. REALLY? Saw bartender/ owner? not let people in at 8:50ish. Why not? Don't want to make money? Not sure what kind of fish used in fish fry but very disappointing since here year ago.
Final straw was when, who i believe to be the owner, was pulling sandwich board and two walkers inquired about coming in and he told them they close in 12 minutes--- you had patrons who wanted to try your restaurant and you turned them away.
I won't be back based on that interaction!

The waitress we had was absolutely great!! Served our drinks, got us our food all in a timely manner. When I stressed to her the no cheese part of my order because I'm lactose intolerant she made sure that my order was correct. Ordered cheese fry, beef sandwich & soup. The cheese fry was a pile of cheese & pizza crust mushed into a styrofoam container, not even able to separate the ‘slices’ & as you can see the beef is also a pile of mush on a bun. I called asking how they would correct the pile of cheese fry & the guy (claiming to be the owner) asked what I expected if we didn’t eat it right away (because I said I just got home with the order & live outside of town). I did not speak over him & I didn’t yell like he claims in his reply. I was upset that he kept arguing & passing blame at me. He said I should have asked for a pizza box when offered during ordering, but I wasn’t offered that. I said it is very poor customer service & I asked for his name & that was when he hung up on me.

My French Onion soup had good flavor but I didn't care for the 2! Bay Leaves I had to pick out of the small bowl. Not to mention the cheese was a rubbery mess, like a glob of bubblegum. Then the croutons... Pizza crust pieces, not croutons. My sandwich was tasty and the burger served to my friend... he said it was good. My daughters Chicken Alfredo was so so. Prices were a bit high but I'm not from the area so may be the norm. Again, service was great so I may go back sometime.

Not good food. Someone in our group had a dead fly in her salad. French onion soup wasn’t good. My coworker ordered French onion soup which came without croutons/bread OR cheese. My french onion came later with croutons but still no cheese. The broth wasn’t good. They asked how everyone wanted their burger but they were all delivered well done. We had a large group but called days before to reserve and give them a heads up. Our waitress was amazing!!!!!! The establishment should have gotten her more help, knowing we were coming. I wouldn’t go back. The food wasn’t anything special.

*Not very kid-friendly
1) It’s loud
2) They have EXTREMELY limited kids meal options— hardly anything for a picky eater & the only option for a side was fries. No fruits, vegetables or even kettle chips available. (They didn’t have other options for adult entrees either)
*Meat on the hot beef sandwich was so dry it was almost inedible.

All in all, I’d return!

EDIT: In response to the response we got by owner, we specifically asked our waitress for substitutions for french fries on all meals. She said the adult entree they could do sweet potato fries but that's it. (Still fries) Also, she said that there were absolutely no substitutions for kids. Just wanted to clarify, this wasn't something we were displeased by due to our own lack of due diligence. Otherwise, it wouldn't have effected the rating I gave. But I'm very happy you correctly informed me for the future!
