All 5 stars! My first visit here left a very good impression. A true hidden gem in rural Wisconsin. One of the top coffee places I been in west-central Wisconsin. What an amazing above and beyond experience. From the great food to great service. They offer Udi's gluten free bread and wraps for all of their sandwiches. All their food is made with fresh and high quality products.
They have a very cute store with an amazing flower shop. The fresh flower smell permitted through the store was exquisite.
We stopped coming off of the highway looking for something to eat that was gluten free. I can't recommend making the quick stop off of the highway. We're feeling happy and full on so many levels.

Absolutely the best place to eat in the Thorpe area!!! It's our go-to spot every time we're in the area! We haven't tried anything we've disliked. The breakfasts are delicious but the lunches are even better! Their sandwiches are freshly made and proportioned well. Their salads are flavorful and always on-point! Their lattes and coffee drinks are a favorite of ours - always well made with so many options to choose from. If you're in the Thorpe area, stop on by - you won't be disappointed!

Had the Chipotle Turkey panini. Wasn't sure what to expect, but I was very impressed. Be aware that the toasted bread doesn't have any butter on it. I was expecting more flavor, but the absence of the butter was actually a pleasant surprise. It is good to know that there are still restaurants out there that don't cater to maximize flavor, and are willing to prepare more healthier options. That said, I had the potato salad as a side, and that was full flavor with lots of fatty mayonnaise. The potato salad really balanced out the panini and made an excellent meal. I can't wait to go back and try something else!

I love this place! Personally helps me to know it's a Christian owner. It matters to me to support Christian and if not at least local. You can feel the blessing on this place in every aspect!
Came with my mother and my 4 month old baby. Booths were big enough to accommodate a car seat beside me while I ate a wrap and enjoyed a harvest greens smoothie and my mother's company. I recommend to anyone I can and plan to return as many times as new motherhood allows me to!

What a sweet little spot. We were here for a bridal shower in the balcony area. The salads and sandwiches were more elevated than I expected at a little coffee shop in rural Wisconsin. So delicious! We all picked up a drink for the road and were pleased with those as well. The cold foam was a perfect topper to those drinks. We all perused the gift shop area and found the selection so tasteful and classy.

Aroma Cafe has become our “must stop” destination to and from Rhinelander, WI, when visiting family in Bloomington, MN. We stopped there twice this past weekend. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. Great service! Friendly team! Great food! Great coffee! Great atmosphere! I highly recommend that you visit this cafe. You most certainly will not be disappointed!

I really enjoy this place! The food has been great the times I've stopped, and the gift shop attached is cute to walk around while you wait. The decorations and colors are just perfect for the atmosphere and it's kept very clean. The salads are great portions with lots of toppings and the soups and sandwiches have been good. A unique place for the area, i will say. Its refreshing. While the food and drinks are a bit pricier, it's a nice place to stop when you want to spoil yourself and have a good bite to eat.

Wonderful place! we were driving from east of WI to MN and wanted to find a place that wasn't fast food. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Very friendly and the food was good. Elana is an excellent server - very friendly, efficient, and responsive. The food and atmosphere are both really good. Since it's a cafe, they have a wide selection of coffee including a really good mocha latte not too sweet served in a thick mug.

This place is a real gem for smaller towns and cities of Northern Wisconsin. There are lots of good family type restaurants up Up North, but this has more of a modern contemporary feel while retaining that comfortable Wisconsin feel.

I had the Mexican Migas skillet with added jalapenos (yes, they have jalapenos!). It was tasty, but maybe could have used a little more salt. My friend had the Monte Cristo breakfast sandwich. It was not fried or too sweet, but still had the Monte Cristo type taste.

The food here is fresh, "clean", and well-plated. It's not just a whole bunch of food dumped in a plate.
