It used to be much better years ago. The cook lost control of his spatula and nearly hit the guest next to us. The salad was just iceberg lettuce and 1 slice of tomato and a little dressing. The clear mushroom soup was just a very salty mix and a chemical flavor. I had shrimp & salmon hibachi. The salmon was broken up due to poor handling and the shrimp were extremely salty and had the texture of leather. The vegetables had so much salt from the sauce that you could hardly taste them. My wife had the steak and chicken hibachi and both were cooked well and the flavor was ok but again the vegetables were extremely salty. The 2 dinners and 2 Pepsi's + tip (20%)came to $85 and change. That's very expensive for food that is really fast foid quality due to excessive salt and improper handling. I don't think we'll be returning.

Never had hibachi before and I won't be having it again, the food was nothing special at all. The chef also picked on my son until my son gagged on the "kid saki" because the chef wouldn't let him finish chewing first. They also never refilled our drinks or offered us anything else. And there was no offer to make things right.

I rarely post negatively unless it's truly warranted. I have heard good things about this place so perhaps we just had an unlucky experience but I will not be going back.

Hi, I have to say I’m really disappointed. I found a sharp bone in my sushi, which honestly ruined my meal and made me worry about getting hurt. For a restaurant that prides itself on high quality, this feels like a major oversight. I shouldn’t have to be on alert while eating, and it’s frustrating that something like this slipped through. I hope you improve your quality checks because this isn’t what I expect or deserve as a paying customer. A piece of sushi and the bone for comparison.

They said that food would be ready in 45 min, multiple people heard, at an hour and a half, the lady claimed she said 1 hour. Even if she wasn’t making things up, it was still 30 minutes late at that point. Total wait was 1hr 45 min, 1 hour longer than stated. The previous time we ordered, we left without food. I didn’t have the Hibachi because at my last experience the food was very basic… some heated fried rice and a fried meat on the grill with only salt for seasoning. So, I ordered the Mongolian beef with fried rice. The beef was ok, but my dish was not served hot, and the rice tasted and smelled scorched. To be honest, the food at Panda Express is 10 times better, and that’s saying a lot. The rest of the party of 16 did the Habichi experience, minus 2 people, who like me, didn’t enjoy it the last time, and also just ordered a dish off the menu. So,, the consensus from the rest of the group was extreme disappointment lol. I told them my reasons for not ordering beforehand, and they felt I should have warned them. They were served a side salad straight out the bag lol with some type of funny looking dressing, and a soup that tasted like salt water (their statements) Also, they felt that my dish for $17, was more food than their Habachi dish of 38. But hey I guess you pay for the experience… I would never do it again!!!

Absolutely disgraceful service. I called before hand and was told there was no wait to be seated. My family and I arrive and there are no workers up front to greet us - we waited almost 10 minutes. When we were finally seated, we waited over 5 minutes and no one asked for our drink orders. The hostess that sat us down was watching us and still didn’t ask if we needed anything. She also watched as my family and I stood up and walked out and didn’t say a word. Absolutely horrible service. I am never giving this place another chance.

We went with a large party of friends. I have gluten and shellfish allergies which prevented my meal from being prepared on the hibachi grill in front of us. The said they would prepare it in the kitchen. The chef was good and did put on a good show, however my meal did not come out of the kitchen until well after my party had finished their meals. The Swordfish was overcooked and there was something that I was allergic to on my plate. Most soy sauces have gluten as well as rice. This was not a good experience. I will not return nor would I recommend this for anyone with food allergies.

I love going here both for lunch and dinner. Lunches are a good deal and they never seem to be busy. The wait staff is engaging and actually happy to help you. Service is quick and the food is really good. It's a nice place to come and relax. The atmosphere is conducive for engaging in conversation with friends and family. I love all the statues, and the fish ponds. They hibachi grill is wonderful. I especially love their potstickers. The orange peel chicken is a spicy treat. You can always ask that your food be more or less spicy. Great food, great price, great location!

The place felt dirty the moment we walked in. As another reviewer said, the ceiling tiles are black and in need of cleaning to replacing. We were seated across from the sushi bar in a booth. There were old spider webs on the top of the decorative glass the booth was next to.

We ordered edamame. It smelled like feet. It was also served in a dirty bowl. We did not eat it after we saw the dirty bowl. The crab Rangoon was very good!

I ordered General Tso’s chicken. What I got did not look like nor taste the general tsos I’ve had anywhere in the past. The chicken pieces were also very large. I had to cut them with the side of my fork as there were no knives at the table. The meal was average at best.

My daughter ordered two sushi rolls. She said one was very good and did not like the other so she didn’t eat it. She said it was too mushy for her taste.

When I asked for the check, the waitress noticed we hadn’t eaten much and asked if we wanted boxes. When we said we didn’t, she grilled us about what we didn’t like.

This restaurant was very good years ago. It is in dire need of a good cleaning. The food is not worth going here.

Asiana is a fantastic restaurant with amazing food. If you're looking for a great sit down Asian place with a ton of options, you've found the right place. My only issue was the smell. The restaurant smelled musty, and the ceiling tiles were stained black. Makes sense that the ceiling would be stained black since it is a Hibachi, but the musty smell was off putting, as if they didn't clean enough.
The main selling point however, is the food, which was amazing. I got the Mongolian chicken and wow did it hit the spot! They even have private dinning rooms where you can rent out a room with a table in the middle, where you would sit down on your knees to eat!

Had reservations had to wait 15 min after our time. Got seated, and no one came to our hibachi bar. Another person at our table went out front to see if anyone was going to take our drink or food order. Once someone finally got back to our area, it felt extremely rushed. Even forgot one of our party main course. Had to come back from the kitchen with it. Not prepared at our table like the rest, and it was only chicken. Spent $400 for a party of 6. The food was good but went for the atmosphere and show. Wasn't worth it. Won't be back.

The sounds of the Hibachi overwhelm the atmosphere, can barely have a discussion with your family. We sat in a booth, I could feel the person behind me every time they moved.
The food.. It was OK, definitely not worth the premium pricing they charge.
Our waitress forgot our soup and salads at first, then we went for a bit with empty drinks. We felt pressured to order, she kept coming back and asking if we were ready, but after we got our food, we barely seen her.
I will definitely not be coming back, not worth the price. I wish I would have listened to the 1 star reviews, I feel I am being generous by giving 2 Stars.

The food is alright but nothing special. The biggest problem for me is that every time we go there the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired, and tonight was no different. The only toilet paper was all over the floor and there weren’t any paper towels. We were there at the beginning of the dinner service so everything should have been ready. I come here about once a week and I absolutely love it here, the food is always good and the staff is always amazing. Usually we get Lucy, or Wendy, or Amy with being our servers and helping out.. All of them are fantastic servers and they do a really great job at making sure we feel welcomed and have our needs taken care of. Visiting in-laws from the DC metro and ordered take out from here as recommended by family living in Pewaukee. I was disappointed with the rather expensive Chinese takeout and the service was pretty terrible. I waited 25 minutes after confirming my order when placing for pick up and the host/waitress was short, as if I purposefully inconvenienced her. I have had hibachi before but this was over the top with the banging of the spatulas. Hibachi food did not sit well with either of us.

I am an Uber delivery driver and have been doing deliveries for almost 4 years now. I have more than 4 thousand deliveries to my credit. I have a very high rating from my merchants and restaurants which is a very high number. Asiana in Pewaukee has to be the dirtiest resturant I've eaten in for many years. There was large pieces of food debris scattered on the resturants floor during my time there. And the staff ignored the food scatterings as they walked by, or over it.
All the ceilings tiles were blackened by suet and not showing that any pretense of ever having been cleaned or replaced. Very dark and dreary place.
During the meal the wait staff did not come to the table to offer drink refills or the option of having a dessert before the check was brought.
The portion size and texture was good but tasted bland. Also, the food was not hot when delivered and was cold before you could finish your meal. The fried rice was not conventional. It appeared to be just plain brown rice, and when I questioned the waitress at the time it was brought told the rice has egg in it. Didn't find any.
This dining experience for the Mrs. and I was priced at $58.00. $70.00 after the unearned tip.
My advice, which I'll take in the future, is that when you're in Pewauke, WI and have a taste for Asian food, go to Kings Wok or find a buffet.

They don't care about their customers. Went there last night for a birthday dinner & Mother's Day. We have gone to Asiana's for numerous special occasions, Birthdays, & Christmas Day. Usually had a good experience. However, last night, I felt like our group of 8 wasn't important to them.

I understand that it was a busy night. We made reservations, so I would have thought that we would have had better seating. I felt like our group was scrunched down the side and the other "walk-In" had the premium seats.

Now to let's talk about the food. We ordered Sushi rolls for an appetizer. Didn't receive them until we were almost done with the main course. The excuse was that there is only one chef preparing the rolls. Maybe hire another chef for the busier holidays? Also, when someone orders Filet Mignon @ $36. They expect to receive a descent cut of meat. (NOT FAT). A 10% discount was a slap in the face. The portions were 1/3 of what they normally were and for 5 people our bill was 250. Our server was no where to be found and we didn't receive water with our meal. When asked for doggie bags, she put them at the other end of the table, and we had to ask the other guests to hand them to us. Never came and told us the status of the Sushi rolls.

The chef must have been new. The only exciting thing was the beginning when he started the hibachi with the flames. Only offered one broccoli, if you missed it . . . too bad. Didn't offer "Water" to the under aged kids to replace the Saki. Us down the side - didn't even bother. The onion tower - up in flames. That was about it for the show!

Asked to talk to the manager - NOPE. They sent someone else out to talk to us. All the excuses in the book will not make us want to come back.

I have heard multiple people race about the food. For an early Mother's Day, I decided to take my mom. Good news... she liked it. I thought it was just okay. The food was not overly salty, like some places. But, nothing special or spectacular. It's pretty much like any hibachi place in the area.
I ordered the eyes to Asiana roll and the Golden Beach roll. Both were okay. The fish was soft and warmer than I am used to for raw sushi. My mom had the seafood combination, which I was impressed by the portion size and amount of seafood. Even the shrimp in the shrimp fried rice was large in size.
I don't know if they were short-staffed, but service was just okay. Not until I received the bill that I was told for a table of four gratuity is added to the bill ahead of time. I don't know if there's a correlation between when the gratuity is already added to the bill and service level. But the couple places where that's the practice I rarely saw the server.
I would go again to sit at a Hibachi table for the entertainment, but it wouldn't be a place I would choose if I had a craving for Asian food.

We had Sushi and Soup today, not the Hibachi.

I love Hot and Sour soup, and they had a solid version of it. It was delicious and I'll go back for soup.

We ordered a few different Rolls and they were fine, nothing really stood out to me as delicious. I'll go back as it's close to my house, but there are better spots for Sushi.

My co-worker and I came in for lunch. I have nothing but positive things to say about this restaurant. To begin with, they have a very extensive menu with multiple unique options to choose from. Secondly, considering the quality of food, prices are relatively affordable. Finally, the service was excellent! Our server Amy was courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable.

This is ONE AMAZING PLACE! The service is top notch. The atmosphere is peaceful and tranquil. The food is outstanding. We were served with excellent. Our waitress was soooo incredibly attentive and accommodating. The food . . . OMG. . . absolutely spectacular. We had the beef, vegetables and Szechuan sauce and Kung pao shrimp. We got the spicy sauce and oh boy . . . Was it spicy! Loved it!!! Everyone needs to experience this hidden gem.

This was my first time at Asiana and boy was so impressed. Our server Amy was amazing. She was very accommodating and served us professionally. Also, the food awesome excellent. The Pad Thai was amazing and the portion size is enough for three meals. I will definitely go again. It is worth the expetience.
