One of my favorite places! From the first day we set foot in there, Brian and his staff have been so friendly! Always thanking us for coming in and telling us he appreciates us! Bingo night is my favorite! Fun atmosphere and lots of great people! I love the disc golf course since it’s on an old golf course, gives it a uniqueness compared to other disc golf courses! This is one of the go to places I always bring friends and family when they come up to visit!

The Backyard Brew has quickly become one of our favorite spots. Originally stopped by for the frisbee golf course. Which is one of the best courses I've ever played. Well kept and a great layout. Then we started coming for Bingo on Mondays. Then billiards on Wednesday. There's always something going on here. Something for everyone. Love the atmosphere and the crew. Brian & Micah are always there, always greet us by name with smile on their face. Honesty making the whole experience that much better. Especially love the focus on local food & beer. Cheers! 🍻

My fiancé and I have been going to the backyard brew since they pretty much opened last year and it’s our favorite spot! They have all the fun things from disc golf to darts to pool to bingo you name it! Not to mention Brian and his crew are the friendliest and genuinely love what they do! You can tell by the atmosphere how much they care! Always welcomed with smilies and hellos! And lastly they buy all LOCALLY from Wisconsin! Looking for something fun to do with great people? Not your typical NE Wisconsin Bar- and that’s OK!! They support local and/or Wisconsin based brews and the glass fills from the bottom! so how can you go wrong with that? The cheese curd pizza is worth every extra calorie in it, so make sure you leave some room for that too! Oh yeah Micah does a great job behind the bar and on IG too! 😉

My husband and I pop in about once a week and it's one of our favorite spots in town. The vibes are always on point, and the sense of community is something special. Micah, Brian (the owner), and the rest of the staff are genuine and clearly passionate about what they’re building. My husband and I moved to Green Bay a year ago. We found Backyard because I was looking for a bar that served food and had bingo. It’s become our Monday ritual. Sure there’s a great selection of Wisconsin beers and good bar food, but what I enjoy the most about the place is the warmth. We’re both introverted, but the owner has always been so kind and welcoming to us, always greeting us by name, and it’s helped us come out of our shell. He’s helped introduce us to some amazing people who have become our friends. We’ve gone to several parties there and have always had a blast. I’ve brought my family and friends and they’ve enjoyed themselves. 10/10 recommend.

Not sure why people have been unfairly targeting this business, but a load of 1 star reviews, all on the same day? Seems sketchy to me.

This is a family owned, and family ran business.

We've been going here since opening day. It's a very welcoming atmosphere, plenty of events going on (Mondays are Bingo Night).

The recent onslaught of negative reviews seem more of a personal vendetta than actual, honest reviews, and should be taken as they are. Someone didn't get what they wanted, and decided to have their friends review bomb this business. That's all it is.

Super nice family run spot. Never have I seen a beer filled from the bottom of the glass...what!!! Perfect pour everytime! Had a delicious pizza, threw some disc's and the avatar pinball is the best. Will be back.

Backyard Brew is a great place to go for people of all ages. The staff is always very upbeat and fun to chat with. On top of that the food is also amazing, especially on Tuesday (TACOS), and the parties that they host are always great social events where you can meet new people and have a great time playing lots of fun games and listening to music. I hightly reccomend putting this on your list of places to try!

The Bingo Night on Monday night is so fun to be a part of and it is amazing how friendly everyone is to each other and how everyone wants to talk to each other. And the shredded chicken tacos on Tuesday are literally the best of the best. Perfect flavor and spice ratio. 10/10 would recommend

Most anticlimactic experience ever. Out of my favorite beer and the recommended substitute was way off the mark and decidedly skunky. Place wasn't particularly clean. Food was mediocre. If you have a hankering for getting hit on by middle aged men who fancy themselves the Tiger Woods of disk golf, carbonated skunk juice, and crusty bathrooms then by all means go. You'll love it.

I've been here a few times now. It's a great spot to grab a craft beer and a bite to eat. They have plenty of entertainment: a pool table, bags (corn hole), a beer pong table and some slot machines. Oh and they have an 18 hole disc golf course.

Amazing property, awesome owner. He’s essentially single handedly restoring the old Highland Ridge golf course (unused and not maintained for years) and trying to turn it into a Disc Golf / Pickleball venue for the community to enjoy.

These things take time even with large crews of workers, let alone just an individual. A Grand Opening has not even happened yet. Any “bad” reviews are very unwarranted at this point — the Facebook page has been more than transparent.
