I ordered an order of vegetable fried rice. Food was hot and ready when I arrived and for the most part I was satisfied but when I order "vegetable" fried rice I expect more than onion and a few sprouts. That was disappointing no carrot, peas, broccoli, anything to accompany the onion.

we usually love this place but today when we ordered.... I asked for no breading on both of our entrees and they were both Breaded and undercooked, soggy and mushy, when I called in my order they said they would do no breading on our chicken entrees but it would cost extra which I said was fine. so I paid extra for undercooked Breaded chicken. also missing a fried rice with one of the entrees that we ordered. and to top it off 3 of the 4 fortune cookies had no fortune inside. we will not be returning to bamboo kitchen for food ever again.

Most of the food is great, but they changed the spring and egg rolls at some point. If they go back to the other recipe or get a new one, I will change it to a 5 star on the food. Only problem with the service is that it takes about an hour to deliver the food, but it isn't a problem if you plan ahead.

This my go to place for Asian in Watertown. I appreciate what the owners have done to keep going through Covid. It's not a place to eat in (although you can) but I always just take out. Great hot and sour soup and egg rolls. Chicken Lo Mein is great. Love the chicken sticks. The portions are so generous that I always get 2 meals out of an order.

I use to come here once a week 3 years ago and the food was fantastic but, today I ordered what I always order and the quality unfortunately went down hill. The vegetable lo mein isn't bad but the spring rolls are terrible. The crust is way to thick and they taste store bought and not the good kind. I also bought some crab rangoon and it's just cream cheese no crab at all. The people are nice and the atmosphere not bad but unfortunately the food I use to love no longer exists at bamboo kitchen.

I ended up getting delivery from here hadn’t got any food here in awhile due to all of the messed up orders I’ve received the sweet and sour chicken was soggy you’d think I’d ask for sauce to be put on it and the rice was crunchy not to mention the delivery driver being completely rude this isn’t the 1st time he’s been a jerk either he always beats on my door like an idiot one time he made the comment ” oh you must’ve was scared to open the door thinking, I was the police” I’m over the bamboo kitchen now I won’t be eating from here again

The sweet and sour chicken came with no vegetables. None, no onion nothing, just mushy deep fried chicken. Coconut shrimp used to be good. Batter has changed and was doughy. No veggies with it either and it has always come with broccoli. No crab flavor in the crab rangoon. Food is terrible. They were average a best, now just slop.

Driver was pretty rude. When I placed the order the restaurant never asked me whether cash or card on the phone like any other delivery in this area. Also, they told me 30 mins, showed up in 10. Normally that isn’t an issue it’s just that the driver was insanely rude and gave me a phone call guilt trip for making him wait by a couple mins. I tipped him well for his 3-4 min wait (considering I’m less than half a mile away) and his attitude still didn’t improve. He made a comment of “I hope you learned your lesson” and (You’re on an annoyance scale of 4/10) with an obvious irritated tone after I gave him a $10 tip. Food is a 5 or 6. There’s a better Chinese restaurant in town flavor wise and definitely more respectful employees. Can’t fault the restaurant but the driver with the grey long hair shouldn’t be in the service industry, his attitude stinks. I’ve been a customer here for years but probably never again. I was a doordash driver for years and never treated anyone with this level of unprofessionalism.

The yummiest authentic food in the area! Friendly staff, quality and consistent food. Thai style chicken extra mushroom extra spicy is my fav. Don't forget the egg rolls! Crispy, hot and delicious!

We literally just got our food and it was BAD! Egg rolls were crumbling on the outside and total mush on the inside. The chicken was soggy and unpleasant and the fried rice was literally white rice thrown in a pan with soy sauce on it. We had been here a couple years ago and really liked and we’re looking forward to going back but will never go back here. Wish we could get our money back. Had to throw away over half the food we got. So bad.

We eat here at least once a month either Take out or Delivery. The delivery guy is very friendly, he looks grumpy, he is really very nice. I have not had any problems ordering over the phone the people are always very nice. The food is always super Hot and tasty 😋 for the most part. Love the food just wish the delivery driver was more understanding. Everytime this specific driver delivers our order he complains about the fact that our buzzer doesn't work ( I have contacted management about this) claims he's called us when our phones don't have missed calls and our phones do have service in our area. My boyfriend and I frequently order but this will definitely be the last time. We ordered for delivery and requested that we be called so that we can meet the driver outside as we live in a duplex and dont want to unintentionally disturb our neighbors. The driver never called, our drinks were forgotten and a staple was found in my boyfriends food. Now we have to wait another 40 minutes to eat our dinner as another needs to be delivered. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I have asked MULTIPLE times (over many years, hoping they'd finally get it) for extra spicy and they have not complied, on ANY dish. I just ordered a "spicy thai" curry dish and there was absolutely no curry in it. Tasted like regular stir fry chicken. I'm done. Prices are fair. Do not go here expecting ANY thai cuisine. Expensive dishes advertised "with crab", but it's low quality imitation crab sticks. If you order multiple items that are supposed to come with an individual order of white rice each, you only get one small container of rice for all meals. Rice container is about half the size that it used to be.They have gone down hill since opening and are pinching pennies and taking short cuts ripping people off on delivery.

I thoroughly enjoy the food at bamboo kitchen. It's always hot and fresh. The only complaint I have is when I order sesame chicken and ask for an order of white rice they always forget it. So that's kind of a bummer, I'm not one to complain about it. It's one of the few places in town that serves crab rangoon so that's a plus. I'd give it a solid 5 if they remembered my rice.

Food was disgusting! So called eggrolls were mushy with unknown ingredients. Sesame chicken was soggy and tasted like it sat in tomato sauce all day. When I called the restaurant to complain I got attitude " Well what do you want me to do about it!!!???" "Thats how we make it.!" They wouldn't refund or give me a credit. Stay away from this place!
