Food was wonderful. I ordered the Prime Rib and my husband had the Ribeye. Steaks done to perfection. Gnocchi was fresh and hot. Service was just OK. Bartenders were friendly and accommodating.

29 Sep 2025 - Have been having the broasted chicken at Bartoletti's for a long time now. Always good! Went in last and the chicken was terrible! Way overcooked! Wondering if there's a new cook? Going to try some other places for a while. Sometimes you just have to do that! Sorry about that!

Food was barely warm. Baked potatoe didn't even melt the butter. Butter for boiled cod was barely melted. When we days something instead of I'm sorry about that. I watched the cook take it out. Should have said something when I first came back. Well damn, we were just starring our meal. We had no idea the whole meal was crap and had a waitress that wanted to make excuses. Never go there again. Bartenders were good. That's all.

I had the 8oz tenderloin & hubby had the shrimp, both were good. Salads were good. I had the baked potato & hubby had the gnocchi. The baked potato was, well a baked potato, hard to mess one up. However the gnocchi was so tough it took effort to cut one in half with a fork. I've had good gnocchi, they are tender, these were like rubber. Bartolettis has not in my past memory never had good gnocchi, which is why I didn't order them, but these were even worse than their past efforts. So if you go here just dont order the gnocchi as a side, the rest of your meal should be great. Note on parking: on nights they are busy their lot fills up. You can park on the street but be sure to note the signs that say no parking between them, you will get a ticket. You can park at another business across the street that is closed at night.

Food that I got was delicious. I ordered 2 pork chops, got one. Ordered jalapeño fried ravs , didn’t get any red sauce. Ordered a baked potato, after everyone was served and waitress left the table, had to flag someone down to get the baked potato I ordered. Never got the bread that was supposed to get.

Delicious! Good price. Fun atmosphere. Decent wait staff. Only complaint I will say because it stuck with me after a few days is that there was a booth that ordered ribs. When the server brought the ribs, she dumped them onto the table. She apologized profusely, but then used the patron's utensil to put the ribs back on the plate before walking away. She left the plate of ribs. I know that that is a no no in the restaurant industry. It is gross. You don't know what is on that table. You've now contaminated the plate and the food. She never brought them a new plate of food and didn't offer. Just apologized. She was an older woman (50s or 60s) with very dark (almost black) hair pulled into a partial ponytail.
OUR server was awesome and we had no issues. It just made me question if this is normal practice at this establisment....

Ordered a filet, that was good. Baked potato was cold and the side pasta that came with it was awful. Tasted like it was from a can. My boyfriend ordered a filet which was decent but cold potato and microwaved broiled shrimp. Never was asked if we wanted another cocktail. It's hard to know a good restaurant when you are traveling.

We stopped in for our anniversary last night. We absolutely LOVED the food! If I wasn’t already dead set on what I wanted, I would’ve taken advantage of the $5 all you can eat chicken and spaghetti! Overall the prices are VERY reasonable for the area, the staff was so friendly and the restaurant/bar area was very clean! We will be coming back again!

I finally understand why people leave long reviews. Worst experience since I moved to the area. We called for reservations as this was for our anniversary. The lady on the phone didn't ask for a name for the reservation and when I asked she said "we'll be able to fit in a party if 2 easy". Well Saturday comes and they tell us it's going to be a 45 minute wait, and that they don't do reservations under 10 people. Well that's funny because as we were waiting at the bar, we heard the bartender take a call and say they don't do reservations for under 6 people. Anyways we finally get seated and we ordered the pretzel sticks appetizer. When it came out, two of the sticks you could tell were reheated from earlier as they were a totally different color than the third one. Then we order the chicken parmesan with Alfredo on the side and they bring us two chicken tenders on a pile of pasta smothered in Alfredo sauce. When we said we didn't want to eat that meal, they took it because "the back won't take it off the receipt without the food returned". We then waited 15 minutes with nothing, no communication, no one came back to our table. So we just left. Never going back, and you shouldn't either.

Maybe I’m spoiled because I’m from the Chicago area and also now live near Kenosha, WI which has excellent Italian food. I rarely write reviews and never send my food back uneaten to the kitchen, but this was the worst “Italian” food I’ve ever seen. First the salad came out which consisted of iceberg lettuce and a single onion slice on top of it..umm what? Then the food comes out and I ordered chicken Parmesan gnocchi. The chicken reminded me of something that you might see in a microwave dinner- just really low quality, and the gnocchi just was not gnocchi. This was a $20 entree, which seemed extremely overpriced. I took two bites and sent it back- I was trying to be very polite and just stated that I didn’t want to eat that.
The owner then came and asked what was wrong, and I said it just wasn’t good. He got defensive and said “do you know how much gnocchi we sell?” No, and I don’t care.
They didn’t charge me for it.

Not impressed . Came from out of town trying something new. Waited a half hour which was fine . Hostess came and walked us in and stood and pointed to a table across the room and said there’s your table . We all ordered steaks and a medium steak came out the rarest I’ve ever seen one but with a burnt top . Ordered my steak smothered and the mushrooms come whole in a side bowl and onions on a plate which was odd . All of steaks were very bland and dripping in butter sauce . Mushrooms were not good . Waitress was fine at 1st but got non caring after we started having issues . We were told that we could order loaded potatoes without the chives because the cook refuses to change an order and just not put them on . The missed a $5 up sale and the waitress was honest and said she’s not lying for the cook anymore . It was an experience, and it was a $28 not worth it meal

Head Lettuce salad with a red onion ring on top with an oil and vinegar water dressing no hebs and nothing Italian about it. Girls Lobster Sensation and Shrimp Fettuccine was served cold without garnish it may have had a Lobster fleck in it. Walleye was good.

Ran out of prime rib by 630 pm on a Saturday night. Got yelled at by our server for saying 2023 has sucked. Bartenders were attentive and friendly. Server was rude and we asked to change our order to go she brought out boxes so we could box our own fresh out of the oven food. Not going back. Don’t recommend.

Every time I go in here I'm extremely disappointed. This is the 3rd and last time! Food was nasty af. The ravs were hard, dense and taste like I'd imagine paste is. The waitress was rude in general and the old lady who seats ppl is obviously either delusional or just doesn't care! Extremely rude and wouldn't even stand still to ask a question. Also always issues with seating when there's obviously open tables. As a supper club cook of 35 yrs, I can say with confidence this is the worst in the area. Won't ever be back again.. thanks no thanks ☺️

Terrible, we waited 2 hours for a table when there were a ton open. A group of 5 got there an hour and a half after my group of 4 and got seated within 10 minutes of their arrival. We confronted the delusional lady that seats the people and she tried to deny what happened so we just left. This has happened in multiple occasions. Also some nights the chicken is just disgusting. Another time they gave my group smaller soda cups than everybody else at the same price as the regular ones. The waitresses is the past are also visibly judgmental toward us after hearing what or how much we order. A waitress also sat at are table once to talk to my party, kind of strange.

I had a 6 oz tenderloin that was on special for $11.95. It was one of the best steaks I have had in a long time! It was delicious! It came with a salad, which I had their homemade Italian dressing. The dressing was very good. And I choose their steamed vegetables instead of a potato. They were very good also. The meal came with a little loaf of homemade bread, which looked delicious, but I do not eat bread or carbs, but the 2 other people I was with, had some, and said it was delicious! My only regret is that I don't live closer, so I could eat there every week! If you haven't eaten here, I highly recommend it!

Wisconsin supper club experience! The ambiance is old supper club charm, with a separated bar and dining room. It gets busy on weekends, so plan to have a drink or two at the bar while you wait.
The quantity of food is well worth the price, most dinners include a salad which is nice. The Friday Fish is delicious. My grandmother opts for the pasta which she says is excellent.
The staff gets busy, but they work hard and try their best to provide good service.

Previously I have given them a 5 star review, but after tonight I have to change that to 1 because of my experience tonight. Ordered the deep fried cod dinner and they served me 3 1 inch by 1 inch pieces with hot, discolored tartar sauce. When I asked a waitress that was passing by if I could get some refrigerated tartar sauce she literally said I will have to see what we have. NOT A GOOD SIGN. She did bring some and just tossed it on my table and when I said thank you she said mhm. My waitress for my table however was very kind.

Hi there. So, I ate at your restaurant with my family earlier this evening. I ordered the 25 Oz porterhouse I think. And it was served to me well done when I asked for medium rare. So they took it back, at that point my family was almost done eating, so I had them just put it in a to go box for me to take home, I checked over it, seemed like it was medium rare. Well, I went to enjoy my steak before bed this evening. And this is what I received. Basically raw, that is not medium rare. Not even close. I am very unhappy with this. My food was wrong. Twice and the second even worse than the first! This is unacceptable and I would like some sort of compensation for this.

Went with my boyfriend my boss and her bf for the $5 all u can eat chicken. Waiting for 30 minutes no problem. Got to our table told the waitress the bill was going to be split. Once we finished she asked cash or credit we then again told her it was split she then turned VERY RUDE! Gave my boyfriend a very nasty look then basically rushed us to leave. Grabbed all of our plates and drinks even tho we were not all the way finished. All im going to say we did not tip her. And we usually tip good. But not for poor service and rudeness. We will return but if she is out waitress I will be asking for a different one.

All I can say is AMAZING. My wife and I visited the area for the fair and decided to take my cousin out for a steak dinner and decided to go to Bartolettis very last minute ( 20 minutes before they closed for the night) not only was the staff extremely nice even though I'm sure they had a hard day before us being the fair time but they went out of their way to make sure we knew we weren't imposing at all even though we had to stay a little later than what their time off was they didn't rush our meal at all and we're just so nice to us. Now onto the steak itself... now my wife and I are steak fans so we have been to many different steak places from Green Bay to Milwaukee to Lexington to Los Angeles and if your looking for a great steak this place does it right! My steak came out with amazing flavor almost wanting to slice off smaller bites to make it last longer. All around great experience

We didn't wait to long for a table. I wanted to order their boasted chicken, but they sold the last dinner when we arrived at 5:15pm. They opened at 4:30pm. I ordered the chicken parmasean on fettuccine noodles. It was good, but the sauce lacked flavor. My husband had the chopped sirloin and that was good. I would go on a Monday $5 broasted chicken and spaghetti all you can eat or Tuesday 4-8pm 1/2 price drinks and a 6oz sirloin steak and shrimp for $12.95 for their specials next time I go.

I had the Italian platter, it had spaghetti, meat ravioli, cheese ravioli, gnocchi, Italian sausage, and one of their meatballs, so much flavor in the meatball and meat ravioli all of it I date say it's probably the best Italian food I've had anywhere. My husband got beer batter shrimp with a side of spaghetti he enjoyed it immensely. I highly recommend them, the only issue was they didn't have some of the appetizers we wanted, which wasn't completely their fault.

The food is very good--my mom and I always go here for the tenderloin and it's great. I only have one small complaint--&it's really not a big thing--just noticeable. They used to have a very nice little starter salad--lettuce, cheese, cucumber, 2/3 grape tomatoes, croutons--normally a slice of onion also. Now--it's lettuce and a slice of onion. I guess I don't consider that a salad. In the scheme of things, though, it's a minor detail and we will be back!

Food and service was good. Came in around 7pm on a Saturday. Waited for a table for a little bit possibly because of short staff. I had a king prime rib Saturday special for 21.95. Sides were good. One of the people in our group had the New York Strip, which was big, and the cheese ravioli for sides. Others had the other special 8 oz tenderloin with Texas toast and sides I think for a really good price.

We came for the prime rib dinner. After waiting over an hour to be seated we were told they were out of prime rib. We had been waiting in the bar. The very least they could have done was make an announcement to inform all of the people waiting of the situation so we could have either stayed for something else or leave for prime rib at another restaurant. You should never run out of your special. The gnocchi dinner was hard and not good.

My family and I had reservations for 9 people for 7 pm. My mother called to make it for 6pm and was told that no reservation was needed. When we arrived we were told that there was an hour wait. We went to solbergs Greenleaf in Kingsford. The food and service was excellent at Solbergs, we will be going there from now on.

Had to come here two nights in a row just to be sure it was as good as I thought the first time! Melt in your mouth steak cooked perfectly. The meat ravioli was excellent and seasoned perfectly. Friendly staff. There was a bit of a wait due to popularity and space but the bar made the wait easy. Highly recommend!
