Went there on a Wednesday, they had pizza for half-price. We had fries, nachos, and 2 pizzas and it was under $50!
Nachos were decent, the fries were crispy and well-seasoned, but the pizzas were disappointing. The crust was very good. It was crisp, but with a nice chew (almost like a NY crust). The cheese, however, was burnt and the sauce had an odd flavor.
Service was good, and everyone was friendly.
Also a decent atmosphere. Maybe it was just an off-night? I once ate at their other restaurant and everything I had that time was good.
I would definitely give it another chance. We may have just ordered the wrong thing.

Definitely a must try! Make the trip, it's a gorgeous drive thru the kettles & the food is phenomenal! The remodel of the dinning room & added bar area looks fantastic. But let's get back to the food - it's flavor packed & so delicious! I had the Bacon Jamburger, knock your socks off good! Two others with us had the French Onion Burger & they both raved about it. My hubby had the Ribeye Sandwich - it was a massive steak perfectly cooked on a ciabatta bun that my hubby absolutely loved! Their Chicken & Wild Rice soup was very good as well & fries were yummy too. You definitely won't be disappointed. I'll be going back to try their specialty pizzas & tacos. Our waitress & bartender were fantastic & the view of the creek & landscaping sure is nice.

Had a large wedding party the servers focused on. Food was mediocre. Nice atmosphere, just need to work on service and food quality.

I really wish I could give them 5 stars. We went for a fish fry, all you can eat, and were so horribly disappointed. We waited 2 hours for a table, that was to be a 20 minute wait, and it was though not even staff knew what was all going on. The hostess helped servers as much as she could. We were comped several drinks, which is great, but not when you have an empty stomach. We waited even longer for a refill kn our all you can eat, got tired of waiting for it and we never even got our bread with dinner. We still left a tip but we're so horribly disappointed with our decision to go there for dinner.

We are locals and have been coming to this establishment since way back when it was called the Fin and Feather. We came in for some dinner this past Wednesday and the bartender (Kat) was really slammed, handling the bar on her own... and I have to tell you I've never seen anyone work harder to make everyone happy. Amazingly, even though she had the load of two people, she was so happy the entire time she was running around taking care of all of us! Every single customer got a smile and we really enjoyed our visit and of course the food was amazing because it ALWAYS is. Highly recommend their pizza because the sauce is stupid delicious and the crab rangoon nachos are to die for. I know finding staffing right now is next to impossible but especially in service industries and I know that comes with critique from patrons. But please know that we left your establishment really happy and very grateful for such a hard working woman who worked overtime to make sure everyone at her bar had a wonderful evening! You are our go-to date night spot and will continue to be so!

My family of five (3 adults, 2 kiddos) came for Friday fish fry. We were early before supper rush and were seated right away.
Service was great. Food was very tasty. 10-year-old said the burger was the best one she's ever had (but didn't like the fries so much).
Two of our group ordered pizza (thumbs up) and two ordered fish (also thumbs up)!
They make their own soda, so don't expect Coke or Pepsi products. The home made soda was very good.

Wish I could say it was a good experience, but it was not. Late Sunday afternoon, total of six adults. Everyone ordered sandwiches or the broasted chicken except I ordered a small pizza. The waitress brought out all of the meals except the pizza and said it would be right out. Another soda was also requested at this time. I waited, and waited, and waited as everyone I was with was just about done eating their meal. Not once during this time did our waitress come back with the soda that was requested or offer an update on my pizza. I finally got up and tracked her down. Apparently there was a problem with the pizza maker, and apparently she didn't feel it was necessary to offer any further explanation as to the delay or offer me the opportunity to order something else. She completely forgot about the soda. At this point I was asked if I wanted it boxed up to go to which I told her yes, and I would not be paying for it. Needless to say, the broasted chicken tasted and looked like it was over done. Hubby shared as I was extremely hungry! Poor service all around. We won't be going back.

Terrible service, poor menue selections. Just an awful experience. Food quality was poor at best.
The owners sent me a request to call them to address these comments. They sent me a phone number that is out of service. This just speaks to the poor service and food. I guess they really don't want to address these issues.
Sad!

Charming “supper club”-type atmosphere with delicious bites! The cheese curds were some of the best I’ve tried. Outside, there’s a beautiful patio by a creek and a lovely garden so the flowers. Aside from the food and ambiance, I’d say the best part of our experience was the service from Shirley. Even though she was clearly stretched very thin servicing multiple tables as a one-woman team, she was incredibly cheerful and attentive. We came towards closing time and she never rushed us. I appreciated her giving me good tips on the food and recommending the chowder, which was absolutely delicious.

We recently used Kettles Catering (based out of The Beavers Tail in Campbellsport) for a combined wedding and birthday celebration at Solu Estate Winery for just over 100 guests—and they were phenomenal!
Chef Woody was fantastic to work with—he made several creative suggestions I hadn’t thought of that really elevated the event. All communication was smooth and easy, handled mostly through email and a couple of quick phone calls with Chef Woody.
They arrived on time, set up beautifully, and cleaned up efficiently after the event. The cold cut buffet bar and veggie & cheese platters were a hit—everything looked amazing and there was more than enough food for everyone. We received so many compliments, especially on the coleslaw and pasta salads!
Chef Woody even advised us to bring coolers to take home leftovers—and they brought containers too! Thoughtful, professional, and delicious from start to finish. Highly recommend Kettles Catering for any special event!

First off anytime I hear "great value" I immediately think of cheap, large portions or both of very mediocre food. This place is different LOL the food is great and it's absolutely inexpensive. We've eaten there a couple of times the first time I had the pretzel appetizer at happy hour it was half price and it's huge I wanted a meal so I ate about a third of the pretzel it's about 12 inches by 10. Rose had cheese curds also half price at happy hour. For dinner I was going to have a small pizza but it was large pizza night so a large 2 topping was less than a small. Rose had a 4 piece chicken dinner the pizza was very good nice thin crust with a good crunch sauce was just right spicy and a good amount of sausage and pepperoni. Roses chicken had a beautiful brown skin with that wonderful combination of crunch and juicyness a breast, wing, drummy and thigh. Rose had soda I had several jack on the rocks and our bill was under 55.00 LOL.
Our next visit was a Thursday we didn't know it but that's BOGO burger night 1/2 pound burgers done as ordered great fries several drinks and under 45.00 one of the least expensive satisfying meals we've had lately nothing fancy just a great burger and fries.
Both times the service has been wonderful very friendly bartenders and waitstaff fast service waitstaff checking on refills without being intrusive. Drinks were a good full pour and inexpensive by anyone's measure. This little gem is kinda out in the sticks past kewaskum by the kettle morain park I almost hate to leave such a good review and give up such a nice little quiet out of the way hideout.
Third time we've been here we stopped tonight to try the fish fry Rose and I both had the AYCE cod we usually shy away from the AYCE fish frys because of prior experiences with inconsistent quality but not so with the beaver tail fish fry. Starting with taking our order we were presented with many more choices than the run of the mill AYCE fish fry with choices of sides chose from a salad, french fries, potato pancakes or onion rings. Rose had a salad and I had onion rings. Roses salad was nice size with the normal mix of greens little tomatoes and a fair amount of dressing. When our dinners arrived both Rose and mine were piping hot everything was a wonderful golden brown the 3 pieces of fish on each plate was breaded with a great beer batter that was thick enough to be a golden crispy coating holding in a flaky moist hefty piece of cod but was very lightly seasoned and let the cods flavor come through. The onion rings were great nice slices not to thick or thin and also fried to a golden brown crispy coating without being overdone with a nice moist onion inside. The lack of greasyness in everything was wonderful everything was crisp and juicy but even after eating there was hardly a spot of grease on the plate absolutely one of the least greasy fish frys we've ever had it ranks up there with the best 4 or 5 we've had and if you regularly read my reviews you know how many, many, many restaurants we visit.
Of course as in our last few visits the bar and service was outstanding they were well prepared to be busy with a great fish fry plenty of waitstaff to handle any crowd. You all know how I feel about when people say it's a "great value" the first thing that pops into my head is "sure you got a lot and it was cheap" but I'd rather have good food and pay for it LOL well once again I'm going to break my own rule and say this place is a great value really good food AYCE fish 2 sodas and 2 jack on the rocks under 60 bucks hell my bar bill was more than that Monday at Palmers steak house in heartland.
I really kinda hate having to leave reviews like this for some of these wonderful little jems we find out in the middle of nowhere because sooner or later it leads to them being found out to more people and they get busier and busier and the next thing you know you can't just walk in and sit at the bar and order dinner. Next thing you know you need a reservation eventually you have to call a couple days ahead. Oh well enjoy it while you can LOL

My husband and I had a wonderful Sunday brunch after a winter walk to see the ice fisherman on Mauthe lake.. The brunch was a true supper club quality and variety. Fresh salad bar including a Caesar salad. The main entrees covered eggs, made to order omelet, bacon , pancakes, French toast, plus. The lunch entrees incl. prime rib, tasty meatballs, yummy mashed potatoes, fish, chicken. We started off with a tap beer and maple old fashion.
Service was cheerful and accommodating. Atmosphere was perfect in this quiet town in the beautiful Kettle Moraine. We will bring friends next week visit....soon.
Oh, I almost forgot the homemade dessert table with cheesecake, brownies, lemon bars, plus!!

Expensive, average at best food.
This place used to be awesome but the new owners raised prices and downgraded quality.
Their Sunday brunch is also vastly overpriced for the terrible food you get.
Go elsewhere if you value your money and have taste buds that work.
