Although it has been several years since I was here, today it felt like a whole new place, in a good way. If we were not in a heat wave we would have had a table outside, in a nice area. Instead we sat inside at a window and had a wonderful time. I remember the inside being a bit grungy and not impressive, but today it is really nice looking and inviting. And so is the staff, especially our server Kia. She was attentive but not pushy, as well as well informed.
The chicken tenders were crispy and tasty, and the tater tots that came with them were yummy!!! The Cobb Salad was super fresh and plentiful. A single kid's order of Mac and Cheese with Tots was a hit. Let's not forget the Black Cherry Old Fashioneds which were just right.
Our entire tab was $65 for 4 of us. There is the expected 3% charge for using a credit card. That seems pretty reasonable to me for the food, service and atmosphere.

Service with a smile from the start. Mellow setting here on a Tuesday afternoon, with a nice selection of craft beers on tap. They do a good job with local Wisconsin offerings. Food was good and ready quick. Off street parking is available with a short walk. I see a sign indicating a beer garden opening soon, so will have to come back for that.

This place has an amazing atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service! The lighting creates a great ambiance, and the summer options with outdoor seating and open bays make it even better. Amazing fish fry! I don’t even like fish fry’s but always try to humor my husband. The perch was amazing. Our entire group raved about the food. If I was forced to voice a could be better, I’d have to say the coleslaw.
Our group loves bourbon barrel stouts and the one on tap was fantastic. We bought a growler to go. Even the growler itself was the coolest we’ve purchased yet. Metal with a Grolsch-like top.

Beer Snobs is one of my favorite restaurants in Hartland. The service is always wonderful, the food is consistent every visit and the atmosphere is fun! They have a wide variety of beers/cocktails to choose from. If there's something not on the drink list that's asked for, the bartender has no issues making it up. Highly recommend!

I very rarely write a review and I haven't been to BS for quite a while. Met there with two friends this afternoon. Two observations. We all noticed that the waiter seemed pretty arrogant and not very friendly, which we pretty much ignored. Food prices have gone up A LOT since the last visit, but food was good. I had a coupon from a charity event bid that was worth $20 toward the purchase of a growler of beer. To be fair, it was from mid-2022, but had no expiration date on it. They refused to honor it, which, since apparently there a new owners, but they were pretty blunt about it and just said they would not honor it. The funds went to a good charity so I'm okay with that, but I just think it's poor business to be so blunt and not at least make some kind of gensture to honor at least a part of it. Poor business decision on their part because I'll never again set foot on BS due to that plus the poor, arrogant waiter we had. My two friends agree on this and said they will never again show up there. There are better places to spend our money.

I went there for the first time last night for dinner with a friend. She has been there a number of times and knows the owners Stephanie and Tim. They were also both there. Our server, Mike greeted us right away and was friendly, energetic, knowledgeable on recommending items on the menu. The food was great and they have nice wines to choose from. We are local so we give this place a try a couple of times each year. In, our opinion, the past, has been sup par, especially with food.

March 2024 - new ownership from my understanding:

- Food is much, much improved - sampled myself.
- Atmosphere is very nice for all.
- Bar service, is the drop in the rating. The table servers made up for the bar service in enthusiasm, speed and engagement - while we were sitting at the bar!

Give it a try for the food improvement but sit at a table.

I did forget to add they still have one of the best beer selections in the area by far.

My rating is for Laura Pelnar - she has been more than a server, and quite frankly the word server doesn’t do her justice. She’s friendly, professional, prompt, helpful and all around the kind of person you want when dining out. We met another couple for a delicious fish fry: cod, perch, walleye and tacos. We went to Beer Snobs on Saturday night during the area power outage. The place was packed!! We were fortunate enough to get two seats at the bar while lots of people were waiting for tables. The bartender was efficient and so sweet….taking time to greet and chat with customers. Our food came out in normal time even though that kitchen crew had to have been slammed!! Everyone worked in sync.
We love their dill chicken wrap which is loaded with chicken. And, their Cole slaw and tater tots are super! On top of good food they have an OUTSTANDING beer selection. It’s become our favorite ‘neighborhood’ bar/restaurant ❤️

Since trying Beer Snobs a couple of months ago, it's been our go-to take out of choice. I'm not the type to get something different each time I go, but each item is just as good as the last. I recommend the burgers, the buffalo chicken or dill chicken wrap, the pulled pork sandwich, and the cod. Looking for some tasty cheese curds? Just add them to whatever you order - they're worth it. My favorite so far though is the Roasted Garlic Chicken Sandwich. *Chef's Kiss* We are not "Bar" people, but the food quality is fantastic and we keep coming back. Love their outdoor seating, which is always full in the summer months. Because it's on a city block, parking is not ideal, but the walk is worth it.

We had our son's rehearsal dinner here. I worked with Steph, one of the owners to set everything up. Steph was very easy to work with. We had a dedicated server, Laura, who was efficient and friendly. We had the pulled pork sandwich bar for our group. It was excellent!!
