My family bought land close by and we love to drive into town to get breakfast at Betsy's. The food is delicious and fresh, the atmosphere is cozy, and the service is top notch!

If you just stop in for the chow, you won't be disappointed. Big portions, done right, no doubt. But lingire here for the soothing din of Wisconsin towny talk. Catch an earful of what the neighbors are up to, and maybe shouldn't be...get back in step of what brought you to Highland in the first place! That being unadulterated freedom! The take your pants off and meet the in laws at the door kind of kin ship that only a one stall toilet can supply.
This place is gold. Thanks to a great staff and cook! Long live yous guys!
