My husband and I both had Ruben sandwiches and this is the second time we have ordered from here. We are disappointed in the fact that the corned beef is shredded which we have never encountered in a Reuben. It was difficult to eat without meat falling out and the bread did not hold together which made a very messy. We ended up eating our Reuben with a fork. We both thought that the sauerkraut had too much moisture causing the sandwich to be saugy. Unfortunately we won't be back.

We did a to go order and paid $10 for 9 cheese curds, I know things are rough out there but that’s more than a $1 per curd. They were also pretty horrible. Chicken sandwich & mushroom Swiss burger were fine but for the price I think you can get better elsewhere. Pretty disappointed in this one with how much people rave about it in the area. 😞

My friends and I stumbled onto this place by chance yesterday coming home from Lambeau, and we were glad we did! The food was super tasty and our bartender was fun and attentive. I ordered a burger and got a salad. I think the chef grabbed multiple handfuls of shredded lettuce and threw them on top of the burger. The burger was not a good enough reward after digging it out from the lettuce. Overdone and dry. Wasn't sure what was burger and what was bun. I guess it's my fault for trusting a cook wearing sandals.... best burger in Ozaukee County? Well, I don't think I'll be going to any burger joint around here.

We've been to BTG a few times before but often forget how worth it to take the drive to eat there. We stopped in Sunday and we had burgers. They are the best burgers we've ever had. When they say on the menu you'll need a fork for the mushroom swiss burger, they mean it! I think this is the most mushrooms (and they're also fresh, not canned) I've ever seen on a burger, and I love it! The bun was perfectly toasted, and the staff was super friendly. They also have wonton mozzarella sticks, which is the best way to make them in my opinion. We both really enjoyed our meals and will be back!

I've been waiting weeks for St. Patrick's Day so I could come and get some great corned beef. We were able to get a seat immediately when we walked in. By the time we left every table was full. The bluegill my husband had was pretty good. I likely would not order the cod again. The coleslaw had celery seeds in it so that's a no for me. Rye bread and plenty of soft butter was delicious. I had the sweet potato fries. My husband opted for onion rings. He also had the clam chowder. For the two of us to eat dinner and each have a beer, it was $56 +. We will come again, but I will order differently and see if I like something else better. Our waitress was very pleasant.

Been here plenty of times in the past and I absolutely LOVE the patty melt, reuben, and broasted chicken. All outstanding.

Came here last Friday and tried the "fish and chips" (no trip to the salad bar, as that is an extra charge / different ). The basket was (I think) $14. It was 3 small, identical strips of frozen fish patties. Very small, greasy, and just ok in taste. In the basket was also a few waffle fries, and a half slice of marble rye. We got $0.50 off each meal when we asked about cole slaw (we were told the kitchen forgot it).

Focus: Don't get the cod. It's glorified frozen fish sticks. You will also leave hungry.

Get the other dished I mentioned. They are awesome.

3 stars due to previous experiences.

Went for lunch, food was good. The waitress was very friendly, prices were reasonable. The problem I had is I had there fish sandwich. It was large, three battered and fried cod fillets served on a hoagie bun with a choice of tomato, onion or lettuce. I asked for tartar also and received a small shot glass size not enough. When the waitress came around I asked for more. I received another shot glass size, and was charged a dollar for it. Shouldn’t fish come with enough tartar?

Food and drinks are above average, but the wife and I ordered the all white broasted chicken that is an up charge of 2 dollars, we we're driving home, looked inside to find 2 wings and 2 thighs, so we called them back to tell them they gave us thighs instead of breasts. They were adamant that thighs were white meat even though on their menu it says 2 wings and 2 breasts for all white meat option. Went back to get breasts to be told we need to give back the thighs that were still in our containers with the rest of our food. Then preceded to stand there dumbfounded expecting us to take the thighs out with no container to put them in. Terrible experience, better places around...

A true gem in the area. Looks are very deciving. The food is EXCELLENT!! The burgers are huge and very tasty. My favorite, though, is the rueben. Probably.one of the best I've had. I would not recommend this restaurant. The food was very good and the waitstaff was wonderful. Here is what happened. Friday July 1 2022 my husband & I decided to try Between the Greens for the first time as we were on our way to another restaurant for dinner. The waitress was friendly and helpful as was the young man that sat us. Immediately we noticed lots of the F... word coming out of the kitchen, loudly. The cook would yell "CRYSTAL ORDER UP!" often and startlingly loud. I asked our waitress about the fish on the menu that was pan fried as they were out of the baked fish. I wanted to be sure it was not deep-fried. The waitress went to confirm with the cook (who was completely visible and could be heard by all in the restaurant/bar) his response was loud and clear "If she can't read the f----- menu, don't order it!" The couple across the isle from us leaned over and said "well that was completely uncalled for" Our first & last time there.

Came here on a Thursday at 8 :15 pm the place was packed lots of dirty tables refered to the website open till 9 tryed to order food was told kitchen was closed we'll the kitchen manager is standing out at the bar drinking another table of 6 was also refused food if u r closing the kitchen at 8 but the restaurant is open till 9 that needs to b posted .
