Bibinger’s is a solid spot. The vibe is cozy inside but they’ve also got outdoor seating if you want to hang out in the fresh air. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and it was legit—crispy, juicy, and just the right amount of heat without wrecking your taste buds. The pickles and slaw balance it out perfectly. Service was on point and the drinks hit too. Definitely worth it.

We came here for a drink after a long day of house remodeling work and ended up staying for dinner. The old fashioneds are definitely a highlight. Pretzel curds were delicious and a hefty portion for an app. I had the seasonal salad off the specials menu and it was awesome. Fiance had a chicken sando--bread was over toasted and cut up his gums, and the piece of chicken was tiny in proportion to the bread which is why I am not giving the food 5*. That said, we would definitely go back and give it another try. Staff was friendly and attentive; service was wonderful.

After hearing rave reviews we were excited to finally check out Bibingers! Hostess and wait staff were amazing. Food was great (the pork chop special my husband had was apparently delicious--nothing but the bone left on his plate!) The decor was rustic and so fun to look at! From old doors on the ceiling and lots of old brewery paraphernalia, the whole place had a unique atmosphere. We were only disappointed when we moved to the bar after dinner. We still had half of a cocktail left from our dinner--and were planning on having one more at the bar. But even though the bar was no longer busy, we could not get the wait staff to give us the time of day, and ended up going home to have a nightcap instead. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our visit and are planning on visiting again to try the Friday night fish fry.

We stopped in here for lunch based on other Google reviews, and we were not disappointed! The building and decor are beautiful, nostalgic, and rustic. It was a very warm atmosphere accompanied by a wonderful server. She was kind, knowledgeable, and honest about all of the menu items. The Old Fashioned drink menu is extensive, and the 2 kinds we tried were out of this world! Almost all ingredients are made in-house, including the caramel drizzle on one of the best carrot cakes we have ever had! We went for lunch, which has a smaller menu than dinner. The service we had was complimented by the matching quality of the food. We will definitely be back for the dinner service to try more of the delicious sounding items that are not on the lunch menu!

I just left the restaurant. I made reservations for 5pm Saturday February 3, 2024. Myself and my wife drove from Oshkosh we were meeting another couple from Milwaukee. The arrival was great. We entered the establishment about 4:20 and headed to the bar for one of their well architected old fashioned. We were not disappointed. The bartender was amazing, she was engaging and had all the answers. Later we found out she was very new to being behind the bar but it was barely noticeable. The other couple arrived about 4:45 and we were able to be seated. The hostess was helpful and guided us to our table. The waitress came over within a minute or 2 and took our drink orders. Our waitress was on top of everything making sure we were taken care of. We all ordered and away to the kitchen things went. We received or meals and everything came out as ordered except my meal. I ordered the special which was a ribeye. It was drowning in some sort of think sauce. I gave it a try with a couple bites and it was rough. This was not what I ordered but thought I would give it a shot and it was not working. I looked again at the menu and the “special board” and there was nothing showing this would be swimming in sauce. Our amazing server came back over and I told her this is not what I ordered and she quickly took my order for something else. She came back and said I would still be charged for what I didn't order (the steak swimming in sauce) because the “boss” said so. I asked to talk with the “boss” and she seemed shocked I would want to talk to the “boss”. I mean sure i'm reasonable I just want what I ordered or something different. The “boss” came over and explained how they cannot just take the steak off cause I ordered the steak. I explained this steak is not what I ordered, that it's not shown on the special board or menu swimming in sauce and he clearly didn't care. After a couple minutes of asking for something new he refused to replace the incorrect order and said he would sell me what I didn't order for half price of $22. The “boss” was devaluing and discounting my concerns simply saying “I don't want to argue” AKA I don't want to take care of my mistake. I conceded wanting to enjoy the evening with friends I rarely see. I get it i'm not a regular just come down every couple months but you would think an easy fix would be a good way to promote the restaurant. When everyone but the “boss” jumps thought hoops to make sure everyone is taken care of its not difficult to see where the challenges are within the organization. I might be back it's just so disappointing when you ask for someone to simply fix a mistake and all the “boss” has is excuses for their lack of attention to detail as an argument.

We used to love this place a couple of years ago, something has changed - and, in my opinion, not for the better. Attended a great Bourbon tasting and food pairing dinner a couple of years ago and was hoping for more of the same. Now the focus seems to be on comedy.
Old Fashioneds are excellent - a must have when visiting. Stick to the original.

Menu isn’t as creative as it used to be; we looked forward to some of the more fun specials. Prices have gone way up and I understand it has gone up for everyone, but with a lackluster menu, I’d rather create fun dishes at home.

Food is pretty tasty. Don’t expect to see the full menu online as it changes. Apparently they pull back the menu when they are having events. Slightly disappointed because we didn’t get the memo for our first visit. We were told only high tops were available and we watched several low tops sit empty as we suffered through the uncomfortable high top seating. That being said the food was very tasty even with limited choices. We had come for a Friday fish fry anyway. And the staff made sure to get me all the extra toppings for my baked potato… so overall a place we would go again. Definitely will call ahead and make sure there aren’t any large events next visit. We love Bibingers! I come every few months with hubs and kiddo and we have never had bad service or a bad meal. It's great that the menu changes. Even if I have an entree I don't love, you can tell the quality is good and the price/quality match is perfect. On the website it says ingredients are local and food made from scratch (haven't verified but it does certainly seem like it!) Menu is small which we all like. Cheese curds are great with homemade ranch. We all love the brussels sprouts. Seasonal entres are always great.

Lots of great drink options. Mixed drinks are always good and some of the BEST old fashioneds- the cream city is a must and they usually have a special that changes. Nice selection of tap beers as well.

The atmosphere is great. It has a nice vibe inside. Aesthetics are darker (but not too dark) with a lot of wood. Tables and chairs are comfortable with enough room between tables. It can get a little loud when it's full, but we've never had problems having a conversation. It feels really relaxed and homey and no one rushes you out the door. The manager/owner (we assume) comes around to check on tables. Servers are never bad and there are some that go above and beyond to help you feel welcome and have a good time.

It can be hard these days to know you'll always have a great experience dining out, so Bibingers is one of our most favorite restaurants!
