We placed an order and one breakfast sandwich was not in the bag that was given to us. We called right away to tell them that we were missing an item. My daughter went to pick it up on a different day and was given a hard time about it. Mistakes happen. I never questioned if everything was in the bag because I thought it would be insulting to question them. I don’t understand why they gave us a hard time. I’m not comfortable going back because of the incident.

We wanted to get a bagel and the cashier said it would be a 30 minute wait. So then we almost left but asked to clarify we only want a bagel and then she gave us the bagels, but said it would be a 15 minute wait to get a side of cream cheese. After a few minutes we asked again saying that we just wanted a side of cream cheese and then she gave us that right away. I'm not sure that the workers actually wanted to work today.

Came in to pick up a delivery order today. I arrived around 11:15 am. I promptly walked over to the online order area, waiting to grab my order. I did notice the store was quite busy, since it was lunchtime, so I knew things were going to be a little longer than expected. Perfectly fine. Unfortunately, it took over 30 mins to receive any form of interaction from the employees. Dine ins were constantly given out, while my order continued to get pushed back, and just sat there. After 30 mins of waiting I finally was approached and asked what order I was waiting for. I told her then name; she replied that she’ll get started on it asap, apologized for my wait, but then proceeded to take off her gloves and head to the back. Long story short, I received my order at 11:50 am. Just incredibly ridiculous and unprofessional.

Literally every single time we come here there is no coffee! When we told the blonde lady behind the counter she did NOTHING. When we got our sandwiches we let them know again. Stopped in for lunch at around 12:30. No customers inside. Staff was washing the floors and putting stuff away. We thought they were closing soon but they were not closing until 2 pm. We ordered a sandwich meal deal. Sandwich was good, did not receive a pickle like described. No big deal. The staff continued to wash the floor around us so floor was slippery. Not sure why you are washing the floors a hour and a half before closing and during lunch time while customers are there? Extremely uncomfortable... felt like we needed to gobble our food and get out. Sad. We were in the area shopping and chose Big Apple Bagel to eat because we hadn't been to one in 7 years as the one by us closed. This was disappointing!

Ordered a classic turkey on the garlic parm bagel and what I got was nothing like the picture. I had it toasted and literally was so crunchy. It hurt to bite into it and there was one piece of turkey on the bagel. And didn’t get the pickle. What the heck, very disappointing

The young lady working was very helpful but the older lady that came out from the back is very miserable to deal with. I placed an online order the day prior for a dozen bagels for pick up for the following morning. The younger lady apologized for not having the order ready when I arrived and started to fill the order. The older lady came out from the back saying the order ticket printed off that morning and that I can’t pick it up until the following day. I explained that my receipt said the order would be ready for pick up Saturday morning and she told me “oh well the ticket printed this morning and it won’t be ready until tomorrow”. The younger lady working apologized again for inconvenience and for her coworkers attitude.

This place is on another level. This would be an A team breakfast situation compared to the microwavable Starbucks, Caribou, and Scooters in this area. Don't get me wrong, you will find me time to time at those when convenience is a priority as you have to physically get out of your car for this gem. Best bagels in the valley. However, don’t mobile order - I showed up 20 minutes after my order time and it wasn’t ready. I ordered online. You choose 2 options for bagels. I didn't get either option and was given a plain bagel instead. I had requested that it be toasted and I didn't get that either. My bagel sandwich in general did not appear very fresh. The berry smoothie tasted terrible. I took one drink of it threw it away. We use to order from Bagelicious and are now trying to find a new bagel place.

Fresh, delicious - simply the BEST! My husband and I love BAB. My favorite is the everything bagel with regular cream cheese. Hubby loves the chocolate chip bagels with strawberry cream cheese. Overall experience was pleasant.
I also agree with many of the other reviews that the quality of the bagels are great, however
they do lack in the flavor department.
I personally prefer the other bagel shop, Bagelicious because of the flavor on the bagel.
The smoothie was drinkable but I prefer tropical smoothie.

The shop is clean and nice and staff was friendly.

I will be back, but I might try a different bagel and hope for more flavor.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg, cheese) on jalapeño bagel and it was outstanding!!! Everything made fresh to order. Everyone super friendly. Clean restaurant. Positively delightful! I read a previous comment about how the Oreo bagels were underwhelmingly sweet, but that will happen if you put normal cream cheese on them. Get the Oreo cream cheese! It makes all the difference. Their bagels are flavorful, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and the staff is friendly. We will absolutely return!

The bagels are fresh and have good texture which is why I'm giving 2 stars. Having said that the cinnamon sugar bagel I got barely had any flavor in the top half, the bottom was basically plain and flavorless. My husband's onion bagel had most the onion falling off and the onion was kind of burnt. These are pretty basic flavors and I would have been happier with the same flavor from Kwik Trip which is just disappointing when you're going some place that's supposed to specialize in this. If you want a bagel where the flavor is mixed in (like chocolate chip) it will probably be good, but if you like the kind where the flavor is a topping then go somewhere else.

The bagels have always been good but the customer service is lacking.

I recently picked up lunch for myself and 2 coworkers. After checking out I realized I had been mischarged. I waited until the other customers were through the checkout and brought it up to the cashier. After adding up with the charges should have been, the cashier told me, "well I just entered it in the computer and that's what it came up with . . . I'm not sure what you want me to do." I politely said, that I just wanted them to know that I was mischarged and that it should be corrected. She suggested that I call back another day when her manager was in and talk to him because she couldn't do anything.

Again, the food here is always fine, but I think I'll wait until I'm in De Pere if I want Big Apple Bagels in the future.

Very cute little place with great breakfast and great coffee! The Cinnamon Crumb Muffin was everything I wanted it to be. I had an Oreo bagel and was slightly disappointed in the lack of sweetness but it was still delicious. The amazing cream cheese masked the flavor of the Oreo.
