Overall good breakfast experience, I have enjoyed all of the bagels I’ve tried there including the pizza bagel, cheddar bacon, garlic, and french toast. The only thing is that sometimes they run out of the poplar bagels early. So, if you show up in the afternoon your choices are limited.

I love this place. However, the older lady that works there currently is terrible. Ive been coming in since i was a kid. I always ask for a large cup for water and the older lady always tries to charge me for the cup of water. I just want a cup with a lid for water. I dont know why i would have to pay $4 for a cup with a lid. This makes me not want to go back.

Save your $ and go to McDonald’s or something. The ratio with bagel, egg, sausage was a joke! I order the “gourmet” southern bagel and all it had was 100% bagel, 20% cheese, 30% egg and 1% turkey sausage.

They were trying to be efficient but some were taking orders over the muffin case and the other gal at the register was also taking orders (there’s only one register). There were people behind either waiting to pay or just waiting for someone to help them. It was chaos.

A friend of mine and I ordered through Eat Street. We ordered half an hour or so before close. It took them 45 minutes to even prepare our order. We got our order an hour later, but however they forgot our cream cheese. Bagels were somewhat fresh, but some were pretty dry and didn’t have a lot of flavor. Very disappointing experience. Stopped here Sunday morning to pick up bagels and sandwiches. Thought if early could get the fancier bagels and my favorites because not picked over yet. The majority of bagels were “not done cooking yet.” Had a choice of 5 bagels, I.e. blueberry, plain, strawberry, Jalapeño and whole wheat. The person behind the counter was anything but enthusiastic about being at work, worst customer service I’ve experienced in years, couldn’t say “hi,” couldn’t smile. She looked like she rolled out of bed 10 minutes before the store opened, possibly why the bagels were not yet cooked when the store opened. The Lox and sandwich I ordered was skimpy with vegetables at best. The quality and care has slipped over the years apparently.

The bagels here are absolutely amazing. Even ordering plain, the scent alone of the bagels are tantalizing, and the taste is so much more so. Their food is fresh, the bagels soft and full of flavor. The staff are very friendly and helpful, as well as quick to complete orders. I haven't tried their breakfast sandwiches yet, but I would recommend stopping in here for a quick bite, or buying a couple of bagels for your next few breakfasts.

Went in for a breakfast sandwich. People in front of me had a large order, so I waited 10 min to place my order. There was a line of 6+ people behind me, and I watched the manager/owner walk around doing literally nothing the entire time while customers waited and the girls scrambled to fill orders. I had a breakfast BLT on a pretzel bagel with the cheddar bacon cream cheese...it was stupendous! My local BAB doesn't have the pretzel bagel and I absolutely loved this one. Our experience here left MUCH to be desired. When we ordered the cashier seemed to have zero idea what she was doing, and if she was new, okay, but someone needed to be helping her with the customers. We had to explain exactly what we wanted multiple times, we had to ask and double check again and again to make sure we were getting everything. The order wasn’t even complicated. We had to remind her that we wanted a dozen bagels 4 times and she still kept just standing there doing nothing until the more experienced girl turned to us and asked “are you still getting 1 dozen bagels?” And thats just the service. Our food is a whole different story. We ordered our sandwiches to be horrified that the eggs AND meat were being microwaved right in front of you, there was cross contamination left and right. My husband bit into his bagel (a breakfast sandwich on a cheese bagel) only to get a mouth full of chocolate, which we assume was from the bagel sitting next to ours in the makeshift bagel microwaving line up. We are sorely disappointed in this establishment.
