Fantastic restaurant. I’ve gotten the ribs and a blackened catfish and both meals were absolutely delicious. Even the sides such as the Mac and cheese and fries are noticeable better than average. Staff are friendly and service is decently quick. The prices don’t break the bank either. It’s a little loud, but that’s typical for a bar like this. Highly recommend coming here!

**Awesome spot!** The atmosphere was great, the people were super friendly, and the food was delicious. The smoked chili was absolutely fantastic—rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The lady behind the bar was awesome and made the experience even better.

One small heads-up: the ½ lb of wings only came with 4 wings, which was a bit surprising. Still tasty, just not quite what you'd expect for the portion or price.

Definitely do not pass this place up!! I had the shrimp dinner and literally the best shrimp I’ve had in the entire Midwest. Very lightly breaded, succulent and plump shrimp cooked to perfection. I felt like I was getting fresh shrimp straight out of the Gulf. Even the french fries were amazing. Must get a side with your meal. The shrimp dinner came with coleslaw too and again, the best coleslaw I’ve had in a long time with a decent portion size. We ordered cheese curds as an appetizer, which was a generous portion size and loved the sauce it came with. We also tried the smoked chili which I really enjoyed. The bbq sauces are so gooooood!!! The sweet BBQ is my favorite! They also have a mustard one, also tasty, and a hot jerk, which was very tasty, but a little too hot for like liking. I ended up asking to buy a bottle of the sweet bbq sauce to take home as that’s how delicious it was! They personally made one for me. Our waitress was also amazing, very attentive and friendly. I live over 2 hrs away and would drive again just for this place. A little hidden gem tucked in a small WI town! Don’t pass this place up!

This was our first stay in Plymouth. We saw the good reviews for Billy’s BQ and decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint. The food was excellent, especially the hand battered cheese curds! Our server, Carissa, was attentive and friendly. She was also very helpful with providing input on places to visit in the area. We’ll definitely come again next time we’re in town.

Very Disappointed.... I have gone here multiple times and had a good experience. Today, however, fell very short. A sidewalk stand at the the Mill Street Festival had a wonderful BBQ sandwich (live sample) on display for $5. Great - I'd like one. When I received it, the portion of BBQ was 1/3 to - maybe - a half of the aforementioned sample. I commented that this does not represent the sample. They looked at me with no comment. The adult sitting in a chair said nothing either. A total slow pitch to make this right; but, they didn't. Short changing a customer and, in this case, false representation, was truly disappointing. Would have been one star, but, like I said, I have had good experiences there before. I hope the kids serving do a better job next year as it reflects on the business.

Slightly above average smoked barbecue with less than impressive sides. I had the brisket burnt ends and it was nothing special but did the job and hit the spot. This is the BEST barbecue place I've ever been to! My friend and I visited, and we got brisket mac and cheese, pulled pork, and burnt ends. Had a great time here! Billy the owner was very friendly as well as his wife Marta! They had free sweet bbq sloppy joe and chips, as well as popcorn and pretzels on the bar! Prices are actually pretty good as well. The place actually has a ton of space, shuffleboard table and video slots.

Edit: It is with a heavy heart that I say that Big Billy has passed since the writing of this review, his wife Marta though is still going strong and keeping Billy's dream alive and well with help from his cousin Jeffrey and Billy and Marta's daughters when they are able. She has done a WONDERFUL job keeping the place going and the food as delicious as ever. I HIGHLY recommend stopping in and trying it out!! Good luck Big Billy's!!

I was looking for good BBQ joint and it looks like I still am. Nice energy and atmosphere there but the food was a bit disappointing. I don't know how long the sausages are saved for sale but it was too long. So dryed out couldn't eat them. Burnt Ends were questionable if it was even brisket, more like a beef roast. I'll go back to try other idems but was disappointing.

I and my wife have found Big Billy's to be very family friendly. It's clientele is very diverse - all ages, individuals from all walks of life, and all wonderful people. Children and service dogs are welcome. The owner is very personable and community minded, who enjoys decorating the windows of the bar, for all to enjoy. She is very supportive of ALL First Responders, which includes all the branches of our Military...as well as Our Country, it's Flag, it's Constitution;.. and most of all, its citizens - We The People!! For this - I give them ALL, a most deserving - Salute!! Yes - the wife and I do treat them as family! A home away from home, and a place I feel safe to hang my hat and relax after a rough day at work.....

I am now, retired Law Enforcement (50 + yrs, rank of Captain),... With this said,... myself and many of my Officers (male and female) have found ALL of the servers to be very friendly. The service remains impeccable... ( Heidi, Alexia, Jeff (the cook), Sue a friend of the bar, and all those servers not mentioned) are always very friendly and fun to converse with. The food - absolutely amazing.

Would I recommend the place to others - most definitely!! I and my staff, family and friends - gives Big Billy's a 5 star rating in all categories: Food, Service, Atmosphere.

In closing - I do wish to add: that the wife and I have been visiting Big Billy's since its opening and will continue to do so.

We were excited to try Big Billy's for the first time this week, but left after one drink. We walked in all smiles, but the server gave us hairy eyeballs and appeared annoyed, even though the bar was empty. After an attempt at polite conversation and a quick drink, we settled up and walked down the street to City Club where we had a much better experience with friendly service and good food. Hopefully, this person was just having a bad day (we've both worked service jobs, so we get it), but overall, it was a disappointing experience. The food sounds amazing and we'd love to try it under friendlier circumstances!

Honestly the BEST burnt ends I’ve ever had, tender, high-quality meat with a perfect seasoning/crisp/flavor. Unique shaped fries made for a delectable side. Sweet BBQ sauce and Hot Jerk sauce were also noteworthy. Only issue was our waitress who spent most of her time at the bar chatting and in her phone. Other than that I’d come back in a heart beat for the BBQ here! Highly recommend the barbecue, you won’t be disappointed! What a fun spot! Nice sized bar, tables, and areas where the games are. I'm not a fan of electronic darts, but the one here was pretty awesome! The bartender was out of this world 1st class. Have been to Big Bill’s three times and then ordered out tonight. Really good food. My husband spent a year and a half in NC. for work and ate some of the best barbecue in the country. He is hooked on Big Billy’s. We always order a ridiculous amount of food, but love having all of the leftovers. I am not a huge pork fan, but they certainly serve the best hamburgers in town. I would love it if you added barbecue chicken to the menu. Also great servers. Keep up the good work!
