The drink, I always order did not taste quite right, and when I called the barista was very rude and disrespectful. This is the only coffee spot we’ve ever had a problem with like this. So sad because I looked at other reviews and it seems to be an ongoing problem here. We won’t be back.

I prefer to leave this as private feedback for the owner. However, after several poor experiences and feedback received with eye-rolls, it was time to leave a review. While the breakfast options and coffee are fine, the customer service/baristas are rude at best. There have been inconsistencies with coffee orders and food items, and specials have been incorrectly messaged. I've left feeling frustrated more times than not. Scooter's is down the road and the staff is very friendly and they have a rewards program!

I am a regular customer. As of lately the baristas in the morning have been extremely rude and disrespectful. For example one day I asked for cream cheese on my bagel rather than on the side. I then could hear the girl making my bagels say mean and awful things about me behind the window. I asked the girl at the window who it was and the baristas name was Emily. I wanted to write this review calling her out so that she knows how hurtful that was. I will not be returning to this biggby as that experience has ruined it for me. She has not been the only one who has been rude or disrespectful but I feel that she was the final straw for me.

Usually I love this place and recommend it to friends. I typically come during the week and have great service. However, the other weekend I went and was very disappointed. I ordered 2 drinks and they were both wrong, I also ordered 2 sandwiches and they were undercooked, the eggs were cold and cheese wasn't even melted. Since it's not extremely cheap its disappointing to pay so much for breakfast and look forward to it only for it to be not what you ordered.

UPDATE: I went back today and the girls working were so sweet and my coffee came out amazing!

Super quick stop for a chai, and was pleasantly surprised. Although it was very sweet, its under note of spices give it a uniqueness that major coffee chains don’t have. 100% recommend, as a sweet treat though.

Website and signs say open until 7:00 pm. This was the 3rd time in the past 2 weeks I've stopped on my way home from work 6:40pm light off and closed. Tonight 2 people were standing inside, but not open to take an order. Guess I have to stick with the Sheboygan locations.

I ordered a matcha drink woth vanilla cold foam on top woth light ice.
But the matcha was just piled on the bottom and clumbs on top.
Yes fast service but doesn't always mean great quality. 😒

The Cosmic Chai Latte with two shots of espresso is fantastic. The girls are very friendly, geese are always entertaining, and they have free pup cups, so my pups are always happy to ride along. Plus... Drive-thru is high enough for a high roof van to fit in. Made it even better!

Waited outside last night, Saturday December 17, for 20 minutes and not a single person took my order. It was cold and I only had 15 minutes for my work break. Later that night, I was outside biggby sitting on the bench talking to my dad on the phone, owner of the place pulls up and asked why I was there. Not happy with the workers, especially the one who called the owner on me.

My go to when I need a little pick me or a super delicious bagel sandwich! Everything is customizable and tailored to exactly what you want from the drinks to the bagels! The baristas always give a warm welcome and the geese are always fun to watch and the landscaping is beautiful 10/10 recommend 😊

I drive past Biggby Coffee in Plymouth every day on my way to work, but I never stopped to try them out. Having skipped breakfast, I decided to take a chance. What a pleasant surprise! It’s not just coffee! I tried the Tropical Blast and OMG it was awesome! I also tried the ham and cheese everything bagel with garden cream cheese and it did not disappoint. Most importantly, the people who work there are friendly and courteous. It’s now my favorite place for on-the-go breakfast.

Bad experience, they left 3 inches off my drink and they refused to make a frozen strawberry punch mock tail even though the other Biggby’s I’ve been to, all made the strawberry punch mock tail frozen. Not only that but also I clarified that I wanted boba in my drink TWO TIMES to them and they didn’t put Boba in it so I had to go back to get one with Boba, very disappointed and probably won’t be going back anytime soon…

Great Coffee! It’s nice to get new business in Plymouth from time to time. Since we don’t really have a chain style drive through coffee shop Biggbys is a nice addition. The prices were fair and the service was great. I’m looking forward to our next visit.

Waited in line for 20 minutes and received the 8$ “coffee” without any espresso in it. Just milk and flavoring. And I had asked for oat milk even and it was just regular skim milk. Not very happy. Did not have time to wait in line again to have it corrected. Will not be returning. I had big hopes for their coffee. :(

Location just opened in Plymouth Wisconsin. Wanted to check it out right away and get some photos of the building. So far so good even though the line was around the building, it moved quickly and of course the coffee is pretty good. I will update this review as needed.
