If I could give the service a negative review I would. If they get your order wrong and you try getting it fixed, they ban you from the store and tell you to go to a competitor. Management seriously needs an attitude adjustment as this behavior is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never be returning, if you're more willing to say someone is unwelcome then you are to do your job and make the order properly you should not be in business.

i usually go to the north side biggby. they're more friendly and seem to care/like their job. (Esther is my favorite!) today i went to the south side location and ordered two drinks and two bragles. one of my bragles had paper in it so i had to return to the store to get it remade. the barista who took care of me didn't seem apologetic or sincere.

I absolutely love coming here! My fur babies also love coming here! Always friendly, great coffee, wide range of flavorings, great atmosphere. Speaking of fur babies, I recently had to have my baby Shianne put to sleep, the staff here were truly there for me and showed they cared...they even provided Shianne with her last meal and dessert, that means the world to me that they went above and beyond for us... Saw there was a drive thru line. Saw the inside empty and figured the business takes customers as they come. I usually get delivery, but happened to be in the area so I stopped by! Food and coffee is always very tasty. I kind of got mean girl energy from the 2 ladies who helped me in the drive thru though. One of them laughed at me when I handed her a tip, it felt kind of condescending? The other was patient at the speaker but felt short with me in person when handing me my stuff :(

Absolutely phenomenal service here!! I went to Bigbys for the first time this morning and will absolutely be back! Pheonix and Goat helped me pick out my very first beverage and were so patient and helpful. I ended up getting a blue raspberry drink with strawberry boba and loved it! Tried a delivery order of biggby, and I was glad I did! Can't comment on the building or service too much since I git a delivery but my delivery driver was nice and quick! In terms of food, I liked it all! The drink was really good, as was the bagel and bagel sandwich, donut holes and ESPECIALLY the cookies! No complaints, whether for coffee or food, I think Biggby is pretty fricken great!

They have excellent coffee but also have other drinks that are absolutely amazing. Every day of the week they have a perdition. One of the days my family and I went, our total was over $40, but the permotion of the day was to purchase any large drink at like a quarter of the price, so we only paid 18ish dollars. Another time we were there was kids get a free drink and sandwich. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and keep the inside clean and neat. I highly recommend trying Biggby coffee,

This place was awesome!!! We went on Sunday. There were only two workers and they were bustling making all these drinks. Both employees were very kind with how busy it was. The cashier apologized and we understood. They made sure that the food might take a bit which was fine. We were in no hurry at all. We asked if they had pup cups and they did. They even had little dog treats on top of the whip cream. This place was so kind and helpful even in a busy stressful time, and lack of help. Awesome job Biggby!

Had one in Kenosha a long time ago. Was so very happy to find one in Franklin. My daughter has good childhood memories of going and I told her, then she was elated to find one up near her! I got a latte amazing, and the bagel with cream cheese was toasted perfectly and fresh. Can’t wait to take that drive again after my may Coffee fast. Yes, I’m only a week in and going crazy.

Bigby coffee is amazing! The quality of their drinks is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. What really impressed me about this location was the cleanliness of their cups. Every time I visit, the cups are always clean when handed out the window, or wiped down right in front of me. I ordered a cup of coffee for here at 3:30 (they close at 7) and was informed that they can't do that past 3:00. A coffee shop that would not sell me coffee? The staff was glib and gave me no explanation. Absolutely terrible. This was my first and last visit to a Biggby's. What reason could they possibly have to not serve me coffee at a coffeeshop? I guess if you don't spend 6 bucks on a specialty drink you get treated like trash. Zero stars.

Very disappointed with today's service, first both sugar free coffees were given regular and both sandwiches were cold and cheese wasn't melted. There was quite a long line and I have worked in the food industry before so I understand getting out orders but the individuals getting the sugar free coffees were diabetic, I hope that this doesn't happen again because I love their coffee so much and their sugar free actually tastes amazing and not fake.

Quick and easy coffee spot to stop at! Super friendly service, and gave wonderful advice on drinks. I got a blended frozen hazelnut latte that was definitely one of the better blended drinks I have had! Normally the drink separates somewhere halfway while drinking it. However, there’s was smooth and creamy through the entire drink with hardly any separation. My partner got a dragonfruit Red Bull smoothie that was light and fruity. Would stop here again.

Stopped and quickly to get a coffee to go. Ended up getting a few muffins as well. The blueberry one was delicious! The employees were very helpful, and was in and out in minutes.
