Coffee at least has caffeine in it. Employee's we're rude because of a misunderstanding they had. Very slow with only one car ahead of me and no one in their parking lot. It took 15 minutes of waiting for 1 coffee. Won't be returning here when im in a pinch again.

It’s always something new with Biggby. And it goes off who’s working that one day the coffee is good the next time you go the coffee is burnt, Also, some of their workers are great others are very rude almost entitled and try to tell you how your coffee should be. One day, you can order over the phone for pick up the next day you call talk to a different person then you can’t there’s absolutely no consistency in it honestly sucks. It used to be one of my favorite coffee places now I dread going there because I never know the outcome. Everyone is always on a different pages there. It would be nice if they could all get on the same page for the customers.

Never fails every time I’ve gone here my order gets messed up. Definitely need a very thorough description of what you want. It’s BOGO for muffins and when I asked what kind she said lemon, blueberry, and coffee thinking it’s a lemon blueberry muffin I said one of each for BOGO and she rings me up and here I am with 3 muffins. Hello it’s bogo I don’t need 3. And that’s just one incident of many.

I was on the fence as to go to $t@rbucks or BIGGBY this morning. I decided to go to BIGGBY. I stepped in and there were several special needs people inside. They were enjoying their treat and each other’s company.

I just sat back and watched them interact with each other. When the owner, Tom, and his wife, Anna, came into the facility, all of the group greeted them joyously.! they knew them by name. Anna stayed and talked with the group of people for quite some time. You could tell that she thoroughly enjoyed having them there.

My sister lives out of town and has special needs. She is looking to move up here eventually, especially now that our father passed away. My mother will be coming to help my sister. Find a home for my sister. I will definitely be bringing her to this Biggby.

It was so refreshing to see a restaurant. Welcome them with such open arms. I cannot wait to bring my sister here to meet others and to feel like she belongs.

I cannot say enough good things about what I saw this morning! Anna, you are amazing! It is nice to go where everyone has a name and a purpose!

I use to love this coffee shop but it has recently gone down hill. I had fruit flies floating in my son's hot coco. I did call and they replaced it with a new one and gave me coupons. Next time I went back for a latte I had a bandage at the bottom of my cup. I just can't believe it! I won't be back at this location anymore, I will be starting to get our hot beverages from dunkin donuts instead.

This was a wonderful experience with my daughter on Black Friday. The hot chocolate and ham and cheese bagels were delicious! My daughter had the turkey bagel that she loves. Very friendly staff and I will definitely be going back. Received a gift bag with multiple items in it for Black Friday and I ended up buying extra bagel sandwiches, muffins and coffee to take home.

I’ve noticed that anytime I have agreed to tip the barista after paying they get our order right and if we don’t the order is wrong for example putting whip cream instead of cold foam and vice versa. I enjoy their drinks but prices are getting to expensive. $6-8/drink. On top of this, they have not updated their menus with the actual cost that you are being charged. So when you think you are going to get charged one price it's often .50-.95 more per drink, and nothing extra added. Baristas just blame the owners laziness in not changing the menus over. Sadly, I've found myself going to other competitors more since their comparable drinks are $1-2.50 cheaper at this time and they are fully transparent in pricing.

I went through the drive thru Saturday morning and ordered an Americano with two shots of espresso. The person working asked me what size. I reiterated I would like two shots of espresso with water (aka Americano). She asked me the size again so I guessed medium.

We waited over 10 minutes in line. Originally I thought only one person was working, but there were three. One person was seemingly doing most of the work at the window while the other two were... Waiting? No idea why it took 10 minutes. The car in front of us had 2 drinks, not like they ordered half the store.

I was handed an enormous regular to-go cup of coffee that was literally just black coffee with water. I paid $4 for literal watered down coffee. Not to be overly snobby but how does a coffee shop not know what one of the most basic coffee orders is?? Ridiculous.

Love, love, love this place! Amazing food and great beverages. I would suggest that they give out napkins with every sandwich because I do find myself always needing one. And I've also had some pretty unfortunate experiences there with them missing items on my bagels or not spreading the cream cheese on both sides when asked... so my tip would be to put more love and pleasure into your service and really listen to what people are ordering. Things have been getting better lately though and this will forever be my favorite place for coffee.
