Previous review below. As this company is closing soon we understand that items are running out because they will not be ordering more when there is no bar or grill. Unfortunately the last month has been not a good experience for our family. You will wait for 20 mins to get a hello and a menu. Wait another 20 mins for your drink and to order. There has been only one server for the entire bar. I understand they do there best, but when the customer asks for the bill and is ignored for the next 20 mins then goes to the bar and gets attitude it is unexceptible. There games ate our money and we did not get compensated for it, the wait staff once again ignored us when asked.

Nice old fashioned bar is worth a stop if you’re in the area. Have a game area with various games to have fun including baskets and pool and a few others. Parents will bring their kids for lunch after a game. Food is pretty good and the folks are friendly

food is always a miss and I took a peak at the "kitchen" and it's no surprise as to why that is. burger smelled spoiled. fries were soggy and smelled off too. tables were dirty along with the floor. bathrooms were dirty as well. i don't recommend.

We found Bismarck's after the restaurant we came to town for was temporary closed. I ordered the 3 piece Sam Adam's ale battered cod, which was good. My dad ordered the All You Can Eat hand breaded pollack. That was really good. I'd definitely recommend the All You Can Eat over the Cod. We both ordered the Brew City Fries, and they were so good. The staff was nice.

I came for the Friday fish fry. I don't eat a lot, but the price was very reasonable for all you can eat. The atmosphere is typical bar decor. Everything was clean and well maintained.
Definitely worth a return visit.

Burger and ice cold beer for $20, what more could you ask for. 1st off the food was cooked to perfection, couldn't ask for anything else. I asked for a medium burger and it was right on the money. 2nd the service was incredible, 1 bartender and 1 cook ran the show. Had a nice amount of people roll in all at once and they handled it no problem. The atmosphere is great, playing some great music everyone can enjoy. It had a lot of room and a lot of games for everyone to enjoy. If I was a local I'd definitely frequent this bar, I'll definitely be back

Shout out to the male bartender tonight who said I could only get appetizers because of the time, but then carries two fresh made burgers out ofthe kitchen for him and his kid after I get said appetizer. I was also completely neglected by him when it came to alcohol because after he put my app in front of me he decided to sit down and have his meal. Eventually (10+ minutes later) a female bartender finally arrived on scene and she was wonderful, fully attentive. Also heard her offer the next people that came in (who wanted food) pizza as an option. Would have been nice if the guy that took my order offered the same. The girl was wonderful, the guy was lazy and complacent. I've been a customer for years, but I live a little further now. Dunno if I'll ever be back or if I'll recommend this place to anyone else. Do better.

The reply, clearly from the rude male bartender I was dealing with, is nothing but false. The kid wasn't eating, and I watched the chef prepare both of your burgers. Nice try, but when the kitchen and grill are that visible, your lie isn't ging to hold up. My friends and I went there and had drinks and lunch. I had the Bizmarck Bacon burger with onion rings. Was only able to eat the onion rings, and they were delicious! They came with a spicy dipping sauce, and by the time I was finished with those, I was full. I took the burger home and was going to eat it for dinner, but when I pulled it out to warm it up, I found a piece of hair in it. Not my own as mine is gray and short. This was dark and longer. It's too late to complain, and I really hate to, but I also hate hair in my food. Great place up until now.

Went in to order take-out around 2pm. Not busy. 1 or 2 tables in back w a few people. Bartender took my order attentively but when order came I checked it before heading out and no utensils or napkins and cook forgot to add the extra ranch dressing on the side of one order. Then noticed a large hole melted in the bottom of the 2nd orders take out container so had to ask for another Styrofoam container. Got back home to find that the medium-rare ordered burger was very dry and very well-done. Onion rings were ok but very obviously refried! They were extrmely crunchy as if the cook decided to reheat the onion rings by re-frying them instead of making them fresh. Also, ordered spicy buffalo chicken wrap and when opened and tasted this was a spicy Cajun chicken wrap which obviously wasn't what was ordered... (though they do offer a Cajun chicken dish on the menu).
Chips were also extremely crispy and likely also fried a 2nd time. Overall, this experience did not come close to this bar/restaurant's typical reputation or its 4.2☆ rating!
Maybe it would have been better to order during the typical hours for lunch or dinner when it would presumably be much busier and therefore much more difficult for the cook(s) to stick us with reheated, way overcooked food.
Major disappointment along with a relatively long wait and a painful $28 charge for the extremely disappointing experience.

We were in there Saturday and had one of the bartenders take a photo of us without our knowledge and put it on her Snapchat with disparaging comments. Nice sports bar in downtown Watertown. They have pool tables, basketball, and video games. There are plenty of TVs to watch sports.

They have a typical bar food menu, but the food was a step above typical bar food. I had a Patty Melt and onion rings and enjoyed both.

The gal that was our server was top notch. Best service I had in a restaurant in a long time. I believe her name was Jenny. I had a great fish fry and beer for a great price. I really like the older taverns. Historic on the inside. It is a lot bigger inside than I imagined and I did not feel cramped at all. I will be back again. I went to Bismarck's for lunch with my wife, sister-in-law, and my nephew on a Saturday afternoon. The waitress was taking our drink order within minutes of sitting down, and shortly after we ordered, and our food was served within 10 minutes. Excellent food, I had the French dip. My five year old nephew and I started to play shuffle board, give the bartender your ID, and then play as long as you need. Within 5 minutes, a clearly drunk man approached us about playing, and after five more minutes, insisted that my nephew and I play him and his friend. Shortly after, we stopped playing to not create a scene. I believe he was an out of towner, and other than that; it was a great experience.

Stopped in for a sandwich and beer after disc golfing the Rock River course. Downtown location. Had the reuben. Corned beef is made in house. Fantastic. Lunch is pretty quiet so we could talk and be heard. I am in a weekly Wednesday lunch group so there are over 8 people each week to go out. Overall good food.

I have only stopped in for a few drinks here and there but always heard good things about the food. I have tried to order food 3 times now and was turned down everytime. The first no one answered until it was too late and was told the kitchen just closed. So going off of what their website says- called at 8:45 and was turned down but the last time I called at 8:18 and was told I couldn't order because the kitchen had closed at 8:30??? Then CHANGE your website which says Kitchen open till 9:00pm for 1. And for 2 maybe teach your staff to tell time. I won't be back for drinks either after the attitude I got on top of the disappointment of yet again told kitchen closed.

The place is charming and is clean and well maintained. I have been here a couple of times for the food. The place always has a good crowd. Be prepared to wait for your food. I found the service if you are there to eat at a table and not at the bar to be slow. It has been the bartender that is doing double duty. Staff is friendly and the food was good.
