I ordered pizza burgers to take out. They won't sell them ala carte' , each sandwich came with a side. So if you want an extra sandwich, you have to have a side even if you don't want a side....the price won't change if you don't get the side. The sandwiches were good, but they skimped on the sauce, so the sandwiches were dry. We ordered cheese curds for an appetizer and they were mozzarella instead of cheddar and they were a blob. All melted together. The Avenue location has no memory of the original Bob's Pizza menu because they argued with me about whether they had ever served the pizza burgers at the Merrill Ave location which of course they did because I ordered from there many times before it changed hands. I appreciate the new owners wanting to keep Bob's Pizza alive in Fondy but they should know the history and be flexible with what people might like to order.

Our go-to for the best (custom) pizza in FDL. The crust is thin and crisp, the sauce is just right. There's a good selection of "standard" pies, but our favorite is Tuna, Onion, Green Olives and Jalapenos - don't skimp on the jalapenos. I'm sure we're the only ones ordering this delight - and they ALWAYS DELIVER with a smile to our table, despite what they're probably thinking. Good tap selections too - something different every time. oh, and....full menu besides pizzas.

Came in for a pizza around 7 on a Thursday. It would was very crowded but found a table in the back dining area where we were then completely ignored and waited almost 20 minutes before a waitress even bothered to approach us. Mind you the back dining area had other people eating with 3 wait staff that all eyes definitely saw us and we tried repeatedly to speak to whoever went close but they still ignored. When someone finally bothered to bring my husband and me a drink we asked for menus and stated we were just ordering a pizza. No one returned to take the order. We sat there for a hour and just walked out.
We won't be back.

Very nice place with very respectable staff. Clean dining room, but it could be bigger 😒. The dining room fills up quite fast. The pizza is excellent and half-price pizza on Wednesdays. They do have a bar area that you might be able to hang out in while waiting on a table or hit up the game room, but I'm not sure.

Had the fish sandwich, was supposed to be beer battered, but ended up being breaded like a Mrs Paul's fish sanwich.
Was told would get beer battered on Fridays only. They have a fancy tarter sauce. Will come back to try pizza next. They have a coffee bar, regular bar dining room, and a game area. The fish sandwich was good considering this is a pizza restaurant.

We go to Bob's regularly for fish on Fridays. Ordered online for delivery, filled out address and logistics. After 1 hour plus I called Bob's. They thought it was for pickup? and is sitting there, on the bar. They were going to deliver it, but now my address was missing too. They didn't want to make the situation right by saying we'll remake a new order and deliver it. They expected me to accept delivery of the order that had been sitting there and was cold. They have no clue how to treat their customers.

A friend suggested this place for pizza. We went on a Monday evening and they had a 2 for 1 burger special. I ordered the one with gouda and bacon; it was fabulous (and I ate the whole thing which is usual for me). Our server was terrific!

I will say the pizza is good. I would steer clear of most everything else, especially the fish. The cod was some of the worst I have ever had. If you plan to dine in, make sure you have a long time to sit around. I have been there three time in the last six months and it was the same slow service every time. The servers are friendly, but the food takes forever. Last week we waited almost an hour between our appetizers and meal. I would say order pizza for take out, delivery or go somewhere else.

We went out to eat and decided to try the fish sandwich. Very disappointing after the extremely long wait for what we got. The size of the bun and amount of lettuce and cheese on the sandwich was good but with the SMALLEST piece of hardly warm fish on I have ever had anywhere! It needed at least 3 of the size of fish pieces we got to fill that bun to make it worth spending the money on it! Not sure if I would go back at this point.

Really disappointed with my first time there. Wasn't even sure we were at the right place because the FB advertised Bob's on the Avenue and we could only find bobs pizza and none of us wanted pizza. We entered thru the bar that's the parking lot that our GPS took us too. The first thing I got asked was "you're here for doordash? What's the name" while I'm standing there with my child and 3 other adults. Waited almost 10 min to order drinks. We got the Easter brunch and the ham dinner wasn't very impressive, didn't seem like anything was homemade other than the "cheese potatoes" which was more like potato soup on the plate, 0 cheese pull was more like cheese flavored cream, along with the ham juice everything was drowning. Thankfully I had a mini store bought cold biscuit to soak some of it up. Pizza sauce tasted off on the kids pizza. They appeared to only have 1 server 100% focus on the dinning room and he couldn't handle it even tho he was doing his best. They could have used at least 2 more people to help for the Easter special. No paper towel in the bathroom, just the unsanitary hand dryers. A few Game machines out of order and not labeled, even after I told them about it they did not put up signs on the broke machine. They did refund the credits that were taken from the out of order machine but because they were short staffed it took awhile to get it resolved.

The food is always super great. However I’m sitting in the restaurant right now writing this after having sat here with no food for over an hour. Yes, it’s a Friday night but over half of the tables in here are empty. The waitress has only come refill our drinks twice. We easily went over an half hour without being talked to buy any employees. Also, if you come here be prepared to endure the yelling and screaming kids coming in and out of the arcade.

Half price pizzas for dine in guests on Wednesdays!! We enjoyed the Mediterranean pizza- although there were no herbs or spices to distinguish it from just a chicken pizza w tomatoes & onions lol the garlic sauce was not too garlicky, and the crust was delightfully chewy. The deluxe was quite salty- no noticeable herb or spice in the sausage & sauce except for black pepper and a lot of salt. The tomatoes and mushrooms were canned. The traditional wings w Buffalo sauce were also quite salty. Would definitely return for half price pizza, but opt for garlic sauce vs tomatoes sauce. Service was great!

Showed them I called the right number and they even said they remembered taking the order so how do you not have it. Fun spin on a Supreme where they do tricolor peppers and also Canadian bacon in addition to sausage, pepperoni, onions and mushrooms...and they are fresh not canned mushrooms. Good amount of cheese and sauce. Crust has a crispness to it and a chew. Very good. Service was good as well. Our only complaint is that they have a decorative walkway going in and it is super slippery when wet. It was cleaned off of snow coming in and we almost fell. On our way out it was snowing and covered and first step we slid. Looks nice but not practical for a business entrance.

November3rd. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. There were 12 of us and we were told 45 minutes wait for a table. We explained we just left a funeral down the street. They sat us immediately in the coffee shop which was closed. The servers were fantastic, food was delicious, everything was very nice. Definite 5 stars and we will be back! (In smaller groups lol!)
