Tried this for the first time and loved it! We had the beef empanadas and they came to us almost too hot to handle right from the oven. Just delicious - lightly spiced filling and a flaky crust! So good!!
We will be back to try the other flavors. We asked about freezing them and learned we could or we could buy them uncooked and bake them ourselves at home. We definitely recommend this treat!

I can’t say enough about how awesome Bonne! is. Not a sit-down place, but the perfect take-out to bring home for lunch or dinner. The ham and cheese empanada is my personal favorite, but the sweet potato tacos are the best I’ve ever had in my life. And I don’t say that lightly. This is the type of restaurant that you will visit regularly.

Try something new. You never know what flavor you might like. I bought the whole menu (in two Seperate visits) and my family and I did a taste test to see our personal favorites. And the are branded on the empanada themselves so no need to worry about which is which.

Walked here today with my coworkers and what a charming little place! No frills and no indoor seating but WOW these little handheld empanadas were delish!! I had the beef and spinach ricotta and both were equally amazing. The chipotle side sauce has got to be made with magic…it complimented both empanadas perfectly. Oh! And I had an iced apple cranberry cider that was adorably garnished and delicious as well. Welcome to Deerfield, Bonne! We will be back!

Bonne! Empanadas is truly excellent! I was so surprised and excited to find an argentine empanada place pop up so close to home. They absolutely deliver on amazing authentic flavors while also trying out new combinations that work out super well in empanada form (the breakfast and the bacon, date, and goat cheese are phenomenal). The dough is flaky and buttery and works excellently with all flavor combinations. The beef empanadas are a classic flavor and are spot on to the best ones I’ve had in Buenos Aires. I already can’t wait to go back again!

We really enjoyed the empanadas here! We tried the breakfast, cheesy chicken, beef, ham and cheese, and the western empanadas and all were delicious. The service and food was great. There isn’t anywhere to dine so I would recommend taking your empanadas to go or for delivery. We will definitely be returning soon!

Yum! Great selection of flavors! We tried 6 different kinds and enjoyed them all. Each empanada is “branded” with the type so if they get mixed in the bag you can still tell them apart.
