Outstanding in every aspect. Beer, food, staff and atmosphere. Not too loud either. It's a beautiful, old historic Hales Corners building and was rightly preserved during the road expansion. Super friendly, expert staff will take great care of you. Menu is a little limited compared to some places, but what they do, they do very well indeed. Make sure you try the freshly smoked brisket on a Saturday evening (usually around 5pm) before they sell out. Fish fry is always top of the line too. Highly recommend this place if you like beer, good food and good conversation.

My Husband and I went there Friday for dinner and sat at the bar. We first waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged and order drinks. When we waited for our food, we played slots and won some money - tickets print out behind the bar. A young bartender with long dark hair approached us and we asked for our ticket - she said very rudely "it will be a minute, I'm busy'. My husband said, 'when you get the ticket, can I order another drink please?" This time she was angry and said: "Again, it will be awhile, I'm very busy and have tables I'm waiting on". We could not believe how rude and disrespectful she was. We didn't even touch our food yet, we had it packed up to go and left. Because of her, we will NEVER go back. Worst customer service we ever had and very unprofessional.

Omg! The Bosch has the most Amazing Food! Their Dry Rub wings and fries are to die for. Their sandwiches are Fantastic. I am not a Fish eater but love their Friday Fish Fry including their Cole slaw and Tarter sauce. So disappointed. Went to get a fish fry & soup through the drive thru. Not much of a line so it went quickly. Food was expensive but had fish fry before & was very good. Got home & fries were lukewarm. Fish temp fine. UNFORTUNATELY, there was no coleslaw or tartar sauce. 😟 I paid almost $27.00with tax , and with none of my favorite sides. A nice place to meet a friend or a coworker. I go on a regular basis.

Recently they started a Hot Ham and rolls special Sunday from 8a - 2p. There was always a line in their drive thru so I wanted to try it.

Ham is ok and the rolls are not a high end type of bakery. For $13 I would rather go somewhere else where the Ham is better, where the rolls are of bakery caliber, and the price is significantly better.

This is a nice Pub. I will go back. I went there with a group of 7 people around 4pm on a Sunday. (Groundhog Day)
There were very few people there at this time. All of the food served here was very good. I had the Rubin sandwich. The meat was generous and very tender. I swapped the fries with the bean soup. The soup could have had more salt, but I didn't mind adding salt to my taste. Others ordered burgers, onion rings, seasoned fries, and some kind of chicken wrap. We weren't a big drinking crowd, but I did hear compliments for the drinks served. A Manhattan and a Cranberry m Mule were among those praised.

Everyone loved the food and appreciated the service. Our waitress was great, putting everything on separate checks. There is ample parking. I saw signs for hot ham with a drive-through that I may stop in for.

Stopped in for a Friday Fish Fry. Starting with an Old Fashion that was pitiful then a tap beer that tasted like the lines had not been cleaned in a while. The beer battered fish was flavorless, the coleslaw was some of the worst I’ve ever had. The tartar sauce was just cheap mayonnaise with some pickle bits in it.
My wife said one of the toilets in the lady’s was plugged and the urinal in the men’s restroom was plugged and overflowing.
The only positive was that the waitstaff was good.
We had a lot of choices for my wife, son, daughter in law and I to meet for a fish fry and chose poorly.
We will not be returning!

Went out for a Girl's Night and was having a great time, had some drinks and appetizers and our Server, he was great! We went to sit at the bar since there was a opening and the Bartender was very rude and refused to serve us when we had only been there less than 5 hours! No one was drunk, no one was loud or belligerent. It wasn't the fact that she wouldn't serve us, it was how she said it which was rude and unprofessional. We also had a $300 tab and because of her attitude her co workers recieved no tip! Learn to communicate better and be more professional!

First time here, came in a Friday evening right before 5pm. It was unclear that it was self seating and when I asked staff about how seating worked they acted like I was bothering them. Our waitress was attentive as she got pretty busy around 530pm. Food took awhile to come out but that was expected as it was starting to get busy on a Friday night. Food was average nothing special and quantity of food was ok. However, it’s a place that will nickel and dime you for every item and prices are already on the higher side for how the restaurant presents itself as a bar with not a ton of seating. We won’t be back. But there seemed to be an older crowd 55-80 there who appeared to enjoy themselves.

On Thursday night, 8 people in the place. We stopped in for dinner. In the middle of our meal they cranked up the volume of the TV's to an unbearable leavel. We had to ask them to turn it down, twice. The server said "well it's louder out by the tables than by the bar. But I will ask the bartender to turn it down again".
It was so loud we couldn't talk without screaming across the table. Food was just ok. Nothing stood out as a wow. Service was acceptable, up until the noise level became obnoxious.

I went here a few nights ago with my dad. The Pulled Pork is always a favorite and I really like their fries. My dad ordered the same thing as me and also enjoyed them. The place gets very crowded but I feel like they handled it pretty well.

I think next time I'll have to try their pretzel because it looks great on the menu but I didn't order it and looking back I definitely should have ordered it. Service is great and you really get a lot of food for the money. Overall, I highly recommend checking this place out.

Great place to grab a beer! Just wish they could upgrade their food a bit. Gave them a chance rather than hitting our favorite fish fry place. Been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Mentioned to my waitress that some of the fishfry was slimy and mushy. Not the first time either. She talked to the owner, Basically got an oh well response. No discount, no offer of a replacement fish. Very highly disappointed. Wait staff has always been great, but because of the lack of quality on the chefs part. I will never return and I will let everyone I know my experience there. Everything we had (2 orders wings, tenders basket, burger, Reuben, brisket sandwich, chicken sandwich) was well-prepared and tasty. • Ambience - there are definitely regulars and I imagine that’s with good reason. Loud, but we sat by the bar. Maybe less loud in the other part of the restaurant? Be sure you like country music, though.
• Service - friendly. Reasonable wait time even though it was pretty busy.

MEH:
• Fish Sandwich - bland. Fish was dry. American cheese doesn’t add anything.
• Brisket Sandwich - Ok, just nothing special. Light on the bbq sauce. Very smoky, but thankfully not too salty or dry.

Food menu was extremely limited for a Friday night. Date night was turned into a hassle since we didn't even stay to eat due to menu having 4 options for a main course. Also, hard to get into the parking lot which is odd since it's right off of 2 main roads with stoplights. Don't recommend for elderly who have trouble walking, their parking lot is 100% gravel and has many low points.
