I would just like to give a special shout out to the assistant manager Joyce. We were there to celebrate a family members 90th birthday and Joyce made it a very memorable experience. I used to love this place.
Went here for dinner tonight and was sorely disappointed (not with the service - our server was very pleasant). The food and drinks were over priced. The marsala sauce tasted more like a gravy and had a burnt flavor. The green beans were the best part of the dish... shouldn't be that way when you're paying $25 for a plate of food. The selection isn't as good as it used to be. I wouldn't recommend.

I’m writing as a regular customer who has always enjoyed dining at your restaurants. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit to the Brookfield, WI location, and I wanted to share it with you directly.

I ordered a small side of plain noodles for my child—no sauce, just plain pasta—and was surprised to see a $9 charge for it on the bill. While I understand restaurants have pricing policies, this felt excessive for what was essentially a very simple item. More importantly, when I politely asked to speak with the manager for clarification, I was met with no explanation, no apology, and no effort to make things right. The interaction left me feeling dismissed and unvalued as a guest.

On a positive note, our server was kind and attentive throughout the meal, which I appreciated. However, the manager’s response (or lack thereof) was disappointing and does not reflect the level of hospitality I’ve come to expect from Bravo.

As someone who chooses to support your brand, I hope you’ll take this feedback to heart. I’d love to continue dining at Bravo, but I also believe experiences like this deserve acknowledgment and improvement.

I used to visit this place weekly, but I have to say the quality of service has noticeably declined. Our recent takeout order totaled over $80, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The sauce was extremely watery, leaving the noodles swimming in it. To make matters worse, the salad was placed underneath the hot food, so by the time we returned to the office, the lettuce was warm and unappetizing.

I spoke with the manager, Mike, who initially offered to refund the cost of my meal. However, because I placed the order online, he said he could no longer process the refund and instead promised to send a gift card via email—which I never received. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.

We normally enjoy apps & cocktails at the bar but we missed happy hour, but happy we did.
It was date night for my husband and I. We were seated in the dining room, the setting was romantic. Our server, Alanna greeted us as if we were old friends, welcoming us to her home. We asked her to surprise us and choose our dinners for us. She politely asked if we had a budget in mind. She thought about it for a moment and excitedly scribbled on her note pad. Shrimp Scampi for my husband and Lobster and Shrimp Alfredo for me. These dishes had a heavy Italian accent and the pasta was enhanced by the sauce. The Alfredo was gourmet not the type with butter pooling on the sides. She wasnt sure if I liked grilled baby tomatoes, so she brought them in a dish on the side. She knew we loved the warm bread and dipping sauce and got us another. Our soda glasses were always full and she generally wanted to know if we loved our dinners. We promised to dine in again soon and ask o be seated in her section again. She giggled and said "You can pick the dinner and desert for me to take home next time".
Mr. CEO of Bravo, Alanna should be employed as your company hospitality trainer. Absolutely delightful!

We visited Bravo on Saturday for myb daughters 23rd birthday. It was a pretty busy night but the restaurant was cold, mind you it is cold outside. We had one waitress & then we had a another waiter, who by the way was awesome. Out food was warm, not hot. Noodles in the chicken Alfredo were hard. There were other customers leaving telling us not to get the noodles because they were hard. The chicken tasted weird. It was not a good experience. I think the only thing good was the Cesar salad I ordered prior to my dinner entree. I will NOT patronize this place again. The gravy sauce over the chicken was so dark brown it looked and tasted like molasses, very bitter where was the Marsala wine taste?? I haven’t been to Bravo for quite some time ever since Coopershawk opened so thinking let’s try it again. This is one of my 2 favorite restaurants! Going tomorrow for my birthday dinner again. The shrimp Alfredo is absolutely amazing and they have this shrimp appetizer (can't remember what it's called) served in this roasted tomato sauce and omg!! It's so good I've had it for my main dish. Oh and don't forget the bread sticks dipped in that seasoned oil...just keep them coming. We could just sit and eat those all night. The service has always been wonderful even when extremely busy. I had a reservation 19 people. When we got there they had two tables separated from each other, said they could not accommodate the whole 19 people together., If that was the case, I should’ve been told when I made the reservation, I called and did it online and they said no problems but when we went to the restaurant, they told us they could not accommodate and could not put us together. It took 15 minutes just to get water half of my party went to the bar to get their own drinks as we we’re not getting any service. So, the food was great, atmosphere was good as usual there, HOWEVER; the waiter/waitress makes up 80% of the experience there. Needless to say, it made 80% of our experience horrendous. At bravo, you're supposed to recieve complementary bread, all the tables around us recieved it, we, did not. Our waiter, BRIAN, comes over and asks us what to drink, we ordered soft drinks and water, he rolls his eyes and says alright and walks off to get them, not sure if it's because we didn't get wine or a more selective beverage of choice but that wasn't necessary, we order an appetizer, while we were enjoying our appetizer, Brian comes over and starts mentioning his second job and how he had to eat there, repeating it 3 times and almost a look on his face. As I was finishing my appetizer, taking the last bite he took my dates serving plate along with the appetizer plate and left mine as I was finishing my last bite without much of a word or asking if we needed anything, leaving used dishware there that would have been collected if he had been patient and waited instead of being rude. During the main course he did not service our table and ask if we needed anything. As we were finishing up he threw the check on the table without asking how the food was or even asking if anyone/us would like desert. We hesitantly looked at him and mentioned we would like desert, he huffed, rolled his eyes, snatched the check and distastefully said "okay" with attitude and sarcasm. Apon finishing our desert we each had half of a piece of cheese cake we both ordered, and wanted to bring home with us. We mentioned how we would like to bring the cheesecake home and to our amazement and Brian's disdain, he now mentions that they are out of to go boxes of any sort, and offers a bread bag for our 10$ a piece slices of cheesecake. He eventually comes back with a small soup container that we managed to shove our half pieces of cheesecake in while we watch other tables, CARRYOUT TO GO BOXES, while they're leaving. I now ask for the final check, which he tosses on the table without a word without a check presenter just a receipt slapped on the table. Me still being a respectable human being i still left 15% of a tip in a 85$+ bill since the food was good. That is beyond generous for the experience we had with our server, Brian.

Everything is wonderful. The only slight negative would be the friendliness of the staff. Although they were not grumpy or anything, they could have had a bit more energy. Otherwise the food was excellent and we will definitely go back again.

Had a reservation for five people for
Thanksgiving. Waited at least fifteen minutes at our table with no greeting, no water, no mention of special turkey dinner. Finally I flagged down who I thought was a manager and they found a server to assist us. Supposedly the hostess forgot to tell our server we were seated. Took awhile to get drinks but bartender was backed up. No big deal. Server was nice but not very responsive. Never came back after our food was delivered until we were almost done. I’m sure working a holiday with special menu was tough but we paid a lot of money for food that was so-so, and service was meh.

Food is pricey, but good. Problem with tiny bugs flying around getting into your food. Staff seem to just ignore it. Wish they had different bread and oil. Also wish for the price the meal came with soup or salad. Staff doesn't seem that concerned with customer happiness.

For the most part, the atmosphere was nice, however the table we were at was so old it sloped to one side and creaked when the weight was shifted. It was awkward. Didn't seem up to snuff for an upscale, casual dining establishment.

Brittany was our server and she was outstanding. She was very soft spoken, but she took real good care of us. She brought refills when we needed, wasn't gone too long at a time but also didn't hover. There was one odd moment when the last person to be served their dinner had their food run out by someone other than Brittany. And I mean he literally RAN through the restaurant and around the table. Not very safe.

The food is just delicious. The bread and dipping oil is so good. In fact the herbed bread is great on it's own. There were several different dishes ordered and everyone just loved what they got. I had the Chicken Marsala and added a side Insalata Della Casa. I just love how they chop all the salad ingredients so small - like I do at home - so I can get every flavor in every bite. The flavor of the sauce with the chicken, mushrooms, and mashed potatoes was just wonderful. We had two people order dessert: one got the last crème brulee for the evening, and the other the cannoli. Both really enjoyed them. In true fashion I took half of my salad and marsala home to enjoy the next day.

This is the second time I have eaten at Bravo and at both times (the first time 2 years ago) there have been disgusting swarms of fruitflies inhabiting the booths we were in. We tried to ignore them and continued to order and eat. I ordered the pasta bravo. I thought the mushrooms tasted different but just thought maybe they were a different type that they use in that dish.The fruitflies continued flying around our food ,we even mentioned it to our server who made a big joke about it and we paid and left.That night I got severely ill with vomiting and chills,continuing until the next day.I am convinced it was my meal at Bravo . This is the third day and I am still feeling ill. I will never go back. They need to do something about the fruitfly infestation.DISGUSTING!

Every time I’ve gone to this location for lunch over the last year or two, there have been one or two annoying flying insects around my table and food. Every time. I’ve mentioned it to servers who tell me they’re working on it, but it clearly is not getting better. Food is good, but please fix the bug problem, it’s not acceptable.

The restaurant seems nice, very cheesecake factory type vibes. Menu is very overpriced for the quality. Overhead a man at another table say he'd need to eat 2 of the pizzas himself to be full. The pizzas are somewhat thin and small.

We had a pizza, pasta bravo, and calamari. The calamari was good but was drowned in non traditional sauces on each side of the dish.

I was meeting my sister for a cocktail. I was served right away. My sister came in and was also served quickly. After that it went down hill. We were sitting at the bar and no one came over to check on us. We wanted to order food and I looked over to the high tops and two servers were holding hands. I went to the hostess station to get a server. Apparently guests are not a priority at Bravo. We will never go back again.

Started feeling very sick after eating here. Started with nausea within few hours and then 6 hours later, started throwing up like crazy. This is the first time I’ve ever gotten sick eating out at a restaurant. I had the bravo pasta, Caesar salad, margherita flatbread and the free bread they bring out initially. One of the worst experience of my life, avoid at all cost. The food tasted mid and it was hot/humid inside

We were just there a few weeks ago, and a couple weeks before that, and so on. For my family and me, Bravo has always been a staple, and what originally made it so continues to be the case--cozy, relaxing atmosphere, awesome service, and fabulous food, consistently. It's definitely not an inexpensive place, but I've never regretted going or taking out food. I'm partial to the chicken, but I've had food from every category on the menu, and it has always, without fail, been wonderful. My parents had their 50th wedding anniversary there, as well as a couple retirement parties. I had a wedding shower and baby shower at Bravo also. Flawless. All flawless!

This is not the same place it was in the past. The food was bad, overcharged for a filet steak that was ordered medium and came well done. The price listed on line was $37.99, was charged $44.99. My fault for not seeing it there on the bill. Another plate was a chicken salad. The chicken was tough and very chewy and tasted terrible. Not eaten. It was taken off the bill only after we complained. $11.00 for a glass of Champaign for my wife's birthday, outrageous. I will not be going back again. There are many other options for dinner.

Place is run like a joke, had an order for pick up, all of the food was done except for a side salad and soup which I had to wait 30 minutes for. Nice ambiance and decor. I liked how high-class it looked inside, and I noticed they had an outdoor patio, which I thought was a nice option. There were plenty of people in the restaurant, but what stood out to me the most was the poor service. There was only one server working our section, and he was quite slow. It took a long time for him to take our orders and even longer to get drink refills. We ordered an appetizer, and it took about 20 minutes for it to arrive after we were seated.

The food was okay, just standard Italian fare. However, I did appreciate that the fettuccine noodles were homemade, which was nice. Overall, I'd say it's an average place with fancy decor.

We went here for first time in years. Back 14 years ago we would met here when we started dating as it was between our two homes, but life got busy and we just forgot about it. It was really really excellent, with nice relaxing lighting, comfortable booths and a great waiter who was crazy busy but when he served us he was 100% professional. We are picky food eaters and very picky about our calamari- theirs was divine! Tender and fresh, not chewy or frozen tasting at all. Best tiramasu ever- creamy and melt in your mouth. Not dry at all like many restaurants serve. The bolognase was also fabulous! Meaty with a great pasta and sauce. My all-time favorite was their lobster bisque. It was sooooo heavenly delicious. As we were eating, we made plans to come back again. We got sick of all these restaurants being so so and not caring and letting quality go downhill, but Bravo is the same as it was 10+ years ago. That says a lot for a restaurant. NOW THIS IS A MUST GO TO WONDERFUL RESTAURANT!!!!
