I hate to give a subpar review, but this isn’t my go to coffee shop in the area. My husband and I got food and coffee here the other day. I ordered a quiche which was really tasty and came with a side of fruit. The few times I have ordered coffee from here I have been underwhelmed. Yesterday I had an iced Americano which was more like coffee water; the espresso was not strong enough. I will come back here for breakfast and treats, but maybe get my coffee elsewhere unfortunately.

My family and I have been loyal patrons of Brewers Two for many years. Since the change in management/ownership, we’ve noticed that some of the newer staff aren’t always friendly or welcoming when we approach the counter. That said, the long-timers like Sue and Beth—as well as Laura, who is newer—are consistently kind, attentive, and make the experience enjoyable. Overall, the bakery itself is outstanding, and we continue to appreciate the quality of your products.

I stopped for some coffee and some quiche to go. When I got home and pulled out the quiche, the slice was literally about 2 inches of quiche and 3 inches of crust! Two of us stopped by in the afternoon on Monday hoping to grab some coffees and a late lunch. It looked like a nice place in a nice location. Plenty of parking, and near the beach.

The signs stated that food was served until 3:00pm; but the cashier somewhat rudely stated that the kitchen was closed (this was 2:45pm to 2:50pm). We ended up ordering a scone, a blended mocha coffee, and an iced coffee.

I was disappointed by the taste of both coffees - it had a very "burned" coffee bean taste to them, as if they were over-roasted. The orange and blueberry scone was okay, but I honestly didn't get much orange flavor.

During our relatively short stay, two other patrons separately entered and tried to order food but were both told that they were too late and that the kitchen had already closed for the day. We intended to finish the scone in the store, but were a little frustrated with the workers' attitudes and audible comments as they scrolled through their phones on instagram. We left at approximately 3:00pm.

I'm unlikely to return to this location to give it another try.

Just moved to Pewaukee and needed a pick me up before work, stopped in for an Americano and they were playing Lana Del Rey at the perfect volume for 7am and it was just perfect! Was excited to see that they use Monin syrup so I'll definitely be getting some specialty drinks in the future 💜💜

Brewer’s Two catered my bridal shower at the Loft on the Lake - right down the street from them off Pewaukee Lakefront! One of the things that really caught our eye was their ‘Espresso Bar’ that fit perfect with my “Love is Brewing” theme. The café itself is very cozy and has a warm atmosphere. Mckena was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to planning for our event. She helped us pick out various sandwiches and wraps, a pastry assortment, and fruit and veggie platters that would cover our guest count of about 50 people. She was also very mindful and reassuring of guests who may have allergies. The day of my bridal shower, she and another team member, James, brought over and set up the entire espresso bar and beautiful food platters. They were so efficient in making different types of drinks for guests throughout the shower, replacing empty food trays, and cleaning up after guests so they could continue carrying conversations, participate in the games, etc. In the end, all we had to do was return a couple of utensils! We received a ton of compliments about their food and service from guests. We are so, so happy with our experience with the café and team!

This place is cute and cozy. I was excited to try the cherry amaretto late. Unfortunately, it didn’t wow me. Loaded with sugar and just plain. Nothing special. I met up with a friend for lunch and ordered a veggie wrap. It was bland and just okay, but not worth the money. The best part of this experience was the staff. I got a sandwich and a medium cappuccino with oat milk. Honestly, the sandwich was mediocre, lacking flavor and it was dry. The cappuccino had a weird taste to it. It definitely wasn’t worth the $19 I spent. But the service and atmosphere was nice! The ladies were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. However, it’s expensive and the food/ drink weren’t that great. Personally I wouldn’t come back or recommend this place.

I am a frequent visitor. Ellen did a wonderful job running the shop. Recently (JUL2024) she sold it. So, now under new ownership... The prices went up, but not too bad. The biggest negative change is they cancelled the newspaper subscription. Not a wise choice for a coffee shop. Service off the bat was awesome. We stared at the menu awhile and the counter person was wonderfully patient and accommodating. We ordered the green detox smoothie, iced strawberries & cream, and vanilla frappe with almond milk. Food smelled so delicious. The ham and egg croissant was toasty and flaky. Ham was very good. Tuna salad sandwich was pretty good. The celery adds a nice depth missed at some concepts. Bread was a whole grain and was okay. Nothing special. Preliminary thoughts on tomato and cheese grilled sandwich were not toasted enough and the cheese was not completely melted. Unfortunately deprived of a cheese pull. Good seasonings, though, just wished it was toasted and melted more. The savory scones served with the soup are very good and maybe my favorite part of the visit, honestly. Can i buy just those? :D The mushroom soup was okay. Quality in between diner and something fancier. I did not dislike it, but not the best thing on the table. I did not like the chicken cordon bleu soup. It had an off putting flavor, perhaps the mix between whatever swiss type cheese flavor they were going for. Scones still great though! All in all 8.5/10. Loved it.

We came here on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered a chicken avocado bacon wrap gluten free and a blt gluten free and also got 2 smoothies. I was beyond disappointed the gluten free wrap was already falling apart when I got it it was so small it was half the size of my hand. My sister got a gluten free sandwich which was also very small and we paid 11$ for each. We were so disappointed I didn’t want to send back the food because I felt so bad I didn’t enjoy it. Also my wrap didn’t have much to it and was drenched in honey mustard. Smoothies were delicious but definitely not good gluten free accommodations. Felt like a punishment paying $1.50 extra for gluten free accommodations for something so small and low quality.

I came here for the first time yesterday (7/8/2022) to get some breakfast and coffee with my fiancé. During our time there my fiancé accidentally knocked one of the small pictures on the wall (it didn’t fall, but it wasn’t hanging up straight anymore). Before we left I attempted to fix the picture, but failed, and a male employee came out and accused us of purposely messing with it as if we were middle schoolers trying to be funny. His tone was very aggressive and demeaning, and when I stood my ground and told him what actually happened, he just said “Okay.” and walked back into their back room. I was very disappointed because the rest of the staff was extremely nice and their food/drinks were great. I just wish we were talked to like the adults we are instead of like children all because of a small printed photograph of a buffalo… If you wanted good coffee/food I would still recommend this place. Just don’t attempt to straighten out any pictures that may be crooked because you might hurt that man’s pride while doing so and get yelled at for it.

Recently visited on a lovely Sunday afternoon... prices - especially for food - were quite ridiculous. The staff was extremely rude on every interaction - as if any request or inquiry was a true hardship. We are new residents of the area and spent $50 there on a casual walk with our dogs. We do not intend to return after this experience.
