I am never going here again. The service was horrendous and the bar tender was being absolutely unreasonable and rude.. We ordered pizza and they forgot about it, okay; that happens whatever, but when we asked about it after we played a round of bowling they went back into the kitchen and you could here them yelling at this maybe 17-21 year old about it from the bowling lanes. They then drug the poor kid out who messed up to idk make a point that he messed up?
Which was so over the top and uncomfortable for all involved. I got extreme second hand embarrassment from the poor kid..
Sooo then they tried to fix it again by bringing out a 9 inch pizza when we paid for a 16 inch and when I mentioned that we were supposed to get a 16 inch and had PAID for one, the woman who was bartending acted as though it was OUR fault or like we were trying to pull the wool over her eyes to get a free pizza or something. There was no receipt given but I know what was spent.
But when I tried to mention "hey I'll just take the 4 dollar refund and we will be square she then cuts. me off saying " it's too late its already in" all gruff like.
Oooookay whatever. But THEN the second pizza never came..
She never confronted us but was LOUDLY talking bad about our group to the other bartender and the patrons sitting around the bar, pointing fingers at us from behind the counter and side eyeing us every chance she got. I got soul crushing anxiety from there on out and honestly I have never been treated that poor at a place of business.
Mind you we⁶ never raised voices, we were leaving the other patrons alone, we minded our own business, I didn't even complain when the second pizza never arrived. UnfortunatelyI felt like our business was unwanted and an inconvenience and I was really disappointed.

I had very bad vibes here. Came to bowl and grab some food, but the service was disappointing. They completely forgot one of our pizzas, and after an entire game I asked politely if it was still coming. Instead of handling it professionally, they yelled at the young boy who took our order and made him come out to deal with the situation, which was very uncomfortable to watch.

When the pizza finally came out, it was a 9-inch even though I had paid for a 16-inch. I was just going to ask for a refund of the difference, but the older lady stomped off, told the boy to come back, and said they’d remake it. We went through another full game and still never got the pizza. On top of that, the lady acted as though we were being unreasonable.

Overall, very poor service and attitude. Would not come back.

Dont let the outside fool you, this is very nice inside! There is a full size bar, pool room with 6 very nice pool tables, a small arcade area, and a very nice bowling alley! There was plenty of seating so you dont feel like your right on top if the people bowling next to you. Their pizza was very good too!

Was with my friend and we left because they wanted cover charge for a band not even starting yet while waiting on food, sorry but shouldn't be held hostage in an area while waiting for the long wait time for food and required to pay to come back in after a smoke. He only left bar area
I've been several times and sure toss alot of cash here but not again.
Make sure ur very cautious on Friday and Saturdays so you don't get stuck paying for something that no one told u u would have to, just cause u went outside the bar. At least give refunds for the food.

Worst customer service ever.

Participated in the ambulance bowling tournament and entered every raffle they offered. Spent hundreds of dollars. Ordered a pizza after we were done Bowling. While waiting for our pizza we went to leave the bar area to use the restroom. They wanted to charge us for the cover charge for the band later. The "owner" said we had to pay the cover charge. I explained we have a pizza on order and we had been here since 2pm and spent hundreds of dollars between benefits for the ambulance service and drinks and food. She didn't care, wanted my wife to pay the cover charge to us the restroom.

I will not be given them another dime of my money and I recommend the ambulance and fire service find another host for their fundraiser in the future.

Went for lunch. The bartender was friendly and quick. I ordered a burger with fries. The burger was a grocery store style burger that was frozen. It was cooked but had a slightly raw/frozen center. It was a 2 out of 10 burger. The fries were much better and I’d order them again.

The location is clean and did not have a smoky smell like some places do. It was a tad dark for 1pm but I could get over that.

I’d try again but pick something besides the burger.

I am a huge Turkey Club fan and these guys NAIL IT! They also make a delicious dirty martini. This place has a bowling alley too! They have pool tables, dart boards, pull tabs, claw machines that pull out White Claws haha! And get this.....they have Slot Machines! This is one of My favorite places in Reedsburg. They also do a music bingo event once a week that I hope I can try one day!

Great place for a little bowling on a rainy day in Reedsburg. Reasonably priced and had bumpers and ramps for little ones if necessary. We didn't eat there, but saw some food other had ordered and it looked decent. Will definitely go back in the rain keeps us from the outdoors which is what we are out there for.

The lanes and just fine. The gentleman working the bowling alley payments is very nice. However last night & the few other Thursdays we went to bowl the woman behind the bar ALWAYS neglects to serve us. We always have to wait several frames (of taking turns on who has to wait) to get a beer or cocktail. Last night the other group bowling had the same complaint. They were open about it with us. We understand that she had guests that were dining at the bar, but we wanted to buy beverages & our lengthy wait seemed unnecessary. Overall a poor experience the multiple times we have been & always the same bartender.
