We went here at our daughter’s recommendation, and I’m so glad we did! Honestly, we almost skipped it because we weren’t sure everyone would find something they liked on the menu — that would’ve been a huge mistake. The food was absolutely amazing, 10 out of 10! Each of us ordered something different, and every dish was fantastic. Despite how busy it was, we were seated quickly and the service was excellent. I can’t wait to go back — especially for more of those pickles and bacon wrapped Jalapeno poppers. WOW!

My wife and I got there about 3pm. Not busy, only one young lady doing greeting,seating and serving. She was very nice and never missed a beat. She was great. We ordered a couple of drinks first and she was very helpful. Ordered our meal, wife, med-well burger, mine, med burger. Both came well done. Ticket said “no pink” for both. My wife was ok with it but I like less than well done. Tasted good otherwise and, the fries were great, although too many. Took home the rest. Love the pickles. If in the area, we will be back.

I ordered a Black and Blue burger, and I could actually smell the burger behind me before I knew the waitress was coming, and it was NOT a nice smell.

The burgers were more boiled than fried, no char. They were gray. And the burger was WET. Not saucy, but soggy. Most of their burgers are $20 or more, so I was expecting at least an average burger. This was the worst I’ve ever been served

Food tasted good, but I watched booth cooks plate 6 burgers with their bare hands. Handling the burgers, buns, fries, and everything with bare hands. I asked the waitress if the cooks need some gloves in the back because I just watched them do what they did, and she said “yes they do wear gloves” she then came back a little later and told me she talked to the cook and he does wear gloves while preparing food. To which I replied “I watched him put 6 plates together with absolutely no gloves on.” Not the waitresses fault but I didn’t enjoy the blatant lie to my face about something I WATCHED happen. I finally got to check out this place as of recently and loved the food! I got the widow maker burger and it was delicious! They do give you some pickles which was really nice and i really enjoyed the sweet pickles. The server I had was okay, I'm not sure if it's because maybe she's new or young but she would tell us she would be right back but would take 15-20 mins to come back with napkins and utensils. My group and I did have to wait 30 mins prior to being seated which we did not mind at all. They do have outdoor seating. The drinks are delicious there and I do appreciate their wide range of craft beers. The burgers were delicious, I would highly recommend the cheese curds and the crab rangoon nachos. My only complain with the nachos were that I got them kind of cold. The Bang bang shrimp poutine was also divine! I would go again to try out other items on their menu.
They have a good size parking lot so you should have any issues with finding parking.

Point of feedback / point of warning: the fish fry, and other entrees, are delivered on plates with paper. Wetter entrees (such as fish fry, saucy burgers) can make the paper quite weak. Before I realized it, the fish had soaked through the paper, and I definitely consumed some of it. This said, I am not yet dead.

Busy place on a Thursday night, around 6 pm. We sat at the bar. We got the onion brick, huge and delicious, 3 of us only ate half. I had the Black and Blue burger, two patties, plus all the fixings was probably 6 inches tall, came with a lot of fries, only ate half of that. Wife and her sister split a patty melt, ordered it with Mac and cheese, all very good. They bring you a plate of 3 kinds of pickles when you sit down. Huge beer menu, you can buy a 5 oz to try for a couple of bucks. Nick was our bartender, great guy, very friendly!
May go back tomorrow with some more friends.

I was very disappointed in my visit today. Uncharacteristically, the service was sub-par. We had ordered apps for the table, which were delivered but no plates or silverware. First time here tonight. Very straightforward menu of burgers and other shareable items, with some creative twists. Had a bacon cheese burger which was prepared nicely. The standout was definitely the bar tender Nick who went above and beyond to make sure every customer was happy. It's rare to find servers who actually care that you are there and interact with you as if you're an old friend even though you have never met before. We stopped here upon a auggestion from one of my clients. We sat at the bar while waiting for a table. Both bartenders were, quick and courteous. We were given some pickles to snack on (sweet style) we are dill pickle people, but thoroughly enjoyed them. We ordered a pretzel as an appetizer, there was no salt on it? That's OK, we are 5 out anyway. The mustard "sauce" was watery and meh. The cheese sauce was ok at best. Our meals came and we were not impressed. If we go again, we will have to try something different. We had very high hopes after enjoying the pickles. Maybe next time we will just see if they can keep bringing us pickles (for a fee), we really did like them!
Oops, almost forgot. The beer battered fries were really soggy, which was an added disappointment.

Wonderful first visit. Great atmosphere. Would highly recommend. Excellent trio of complimentary pickles were really delicious and crunchy before our lunch. I had a Double burger with crab Rangoon and chip topping on a bun with fries and rootbeer. A really unusual combination. I loved the Rangoon, and the burger but not together, which was fine, I ate them separately. My sister had gluten free double burger with gouda and cheddar cheese and sweet potato tots and a rootbeer, which she loved. Generous portion sizes. My meal was $20, so with the tip, just about $30. My sisters was about the same. Will definitely be returning to this charming place.

Our second time dining here while in town visiting for state basketball tournament. Our first visit two years prior was better. This visit, walking in, the floors were extremely "greasy" - maybe they were just redone? but a major hazard for anyone with mobility issues. Service was ok. What really turned me off was that each of us had something just a little off with our food - over cooked bacon, fries soaked in juice from the tacos (put them in a bowl or bucket), ketchup pre-packaged and separated. My biggest recommendation to the ownership - close for a few days and deep clean. Your restrooms alone need some love.

Really nice place, but unfortunately the main courses were just okay. A lot of the burgers seemed to have some sort of sweet aspect to them, which I’m not a huge fan of.
I got a patty melt, and the patties really weren’t anything great. I actually ended up pulling them off to just eat bread, cheese, and the bacon jam.
The cheese soup, pretzel, cheese curds, and fries were amazing! So I would come here again for appetizers, but have to pass on the burgers.
The friendly staff and, the delicious appetizers are what saved this from being one star.

As much as I want this place to be amazing as it has some great pieces in place, it just sucks. Every time we've gone, something has been awful. My wife's burger was raw one visit. They are never done correctly. You should always ask for no pink, because that's how you're getting it. This last visit, the house made bacon was absolutely the most gamey meat I've ever had. The floor is so slick its hard to keep your footing. Tonight I went to the brick house restaurant with my mother in law, my wife, and my 5 month old son. Walking through the door with low expectations because this is what we refer to as a "second chance restaurant" the first experience we had here, we honestly thought that there was a possibility the kitchen staff had walked out and quit. The 3 burger order took over 1.5 hours to make. So, with that being said we wanted to come back years later and check it out again. As previously stated the floor was sooo slick. I asked the waitresses about it and they said "it's always like that from the grease". Gross. After being seated upstairs we requested a high chair, and when I flipped it over to sit my sons car seat in it #dadhack it was missing a support. It was also so sticky I needed to wash my hands. In the mens restroom one of the urniles was taped off and had stagnant urine in it. Gross. Apparently the women's restroom was no better. Overall the food was delivered in a timely manner and the order was correct. I wasn't crazy about it and have definitely had much better burgers. We each had a burger, shared an appetizer, and had a mixed drink. The bill came to 145 USD. most likely won't return. It's a shame because the building itself is so full of character and potential.

I’m going to address the service that we had at this establishment, because unfortunately that is what stuck out the most.

We were a table of 7 celebrating a friend’s birthday. The server right off the bat seemed annoyed to have to serve our table. She immediately asked who was paying and wanted it to all be on one bill despite it being requested to be separated multiple times.

I am currently on a carnivore diet and ordered the bacon cheeseburger and requested no bun or vegetables. I also requested the fries be placed on a separate plate for others to have if wanted. The server said ‘oh you’re going to be a real treat’. I was actually floored by that comment due to working in the service industry for years.

When my meal came out, it was two very small over cooked hamburger patties and bacon, no cheese. When the cheese issue was brought up, the server said she would bring out a slice, yet never did.

Everyone’s order had some sort of mistake which had to be corrected.

It was almost shocking how horrible the service was. We had just been to the restaurant the weekend before with a group of 6 (which bills were allowed to be separated) and had a completely different experience, as far as service goes.

When it comes to their burgers, their patties are extremely small and most of the time anything bacon related, the bacon is always burned (we have been here several times prior to doing reviews).

Last week a friend ordered the macaroni of the month which was a green chili pulled pork. He said it was delicious, but needed a crunchy element to really complete the dish.

Unfortunately I do not see a reason to return to this restaurant anymore. We have tried so many times, and it is a continual fail.

6 of us ate there this Friday and I won't be back. 2 of us got the "Eggcelent" Burger and when we removed the top bun our hamburger patty was in crumbles, like it broke on the griddle and they just threw the pieces on the bun. It was impossible to pick up and, since they didn't give us any silverware and never checked back, we couldn't cut it. Hard to do "pink inside" when it's ground beef crumbles. 4 of the burgers had cheese that was cold and not melted at all. One of us ordered a bacon cheeseburger and there was no bacon on it. The pork sliders were good but ruined by the fact that the fried onions on it were ice cold.

My son and I had a late lunch today here and I was disappointed with the food. We ordered a medium rare and a medium burger. Both were well done, gray, wet and rubbery as if they had been pulled out of a warming tray. The fries were also just warm and only the bread tasted like it was freshly prepared. The ambient temperature of the restaurant was chilly (mid 60s F?) and most patrons wore their jackets - not comfy. The servers were professional and polite, and the beer was also good. We didn't order any appetizers but I imagine they're more likely to be made to order.

Was my first time here. Was told 10 min wait. It ended up being a 35 min wait. Got sat upstairs. At first, it was just us, which was my daughters and I, and 1 other smaller table. About 10 mins after, they sat 2 large tables of at least 20 or more each. Became uncomfortable and very loud. Our waitress had 2 other tables, one of which was 20+. She seemed overwhelmed, and our main course wasn't served by her. After waiting another 40 ish mins. Food was semi cold, and you could tell it had been sitting there for a while. Overall, I understood she was slammed with another large crowd, but I do feel like when the food is done, it should be served in a timely manner. We also all ordered our burgers w pink, and none of them had pink. For a bill of almost 60 bucks, I expected better!

I was recommended this place by a coworker, and it's hard to say that this was the first time I've received a bad burger.
I got the mac and cheezy burger and the mac and cheese had a lot of onions in it, which I had no idea would be present. So I pulled that off, and underneath was a misshapen, very lean, and dry patty. Which was a little pink in the middle. Then there was some rock hard bacon slices under that. Didn't even finish it.
The pickes were fine, but not my preferred type.
French fries were pretty good. Unfortunately they weren't enough to hold me over until I got home and we stopped at a drive through.

Our waitress was perfectly friendly, and if you're looking for alcohol, boy do they got it. A few pages of it.

We very much enjoyed the patty melt and black and blue burger and garlic Parmesan fries last night. And the pickle dish is delish. Great service and fun atmosphere. Well done!

Stopped in for a quick bit before our dinner. Nice selection of beers and great food. The bacon flight was great. And the pickles were great. The bartender was very friendly. Will have to stop back for the captn crunch chicken sliders.

Tried the Crab Rangoon burger just to try it. Probably wouldn't get it again. Food was hot and fresh, server was nice but very busy. Hope to come back to Green Bay sometime soon to try other eats there. The "Flight of Bacon" actually is worth trying. Great to split with a friend just for the novelty of it.

I've been here before multiple times and always had a good experience. Came here tonight for a Friday fish fry for my BIRTHDAY and had a horrible experience. We ordered the walleye and two kids meals. The skin on the walleye was slimey and gross. The waitress came over and asked how everything was and I told her. You could tell she felt bad and came back and had them knock 25% off the price of the fish. Well prior to her coming back, my daughter found a piece of hair in her kids meal so when the waitress came back I informed her. Again, you could tell she felt bad and kept apologizing. I told her it was OK and I was ok paying for the fish (at the discounted price already on my receipt) but didn't want to pay anything for the kids meal. She left and came back with a new receipt. The kids meal was taken off but now the fish was back to full price. Instead of causing a scene and making the waitress feel worse, I paid and left and called the manager after leaving in hopes of resolving this. She then informed me that she could give me a free kids meal which are $6 but the fish I was charged for was almost $20. I then asked if they had any fish without skin and she said the pollock didn't have skin. The pollock was cheaper than the walleye anyways so I asked of I could just have a free pollock dinner and she said yes. We got off the phone. 5 minutes later the manager CALLED ME BACK and informed me that she talked to the server who said I apparently asked to pay full price die my fish after it was already discounted so all they would be able to give me was a free kids meal. For one, why was I never offered a replacement meal from the start, for two why would I ask to pay full price for something I ate nothing of and for three, I'm an adult, why is a kids meal being offered in place of the meal I ordered. Honestly just kind of blown away by the whole thing.
